I frantically walked in this store 30 minutes before closing time to find something to wear for a wedding. CJ jumped in to help me immediately and brought me all sorts of things to try! I left with a wonderful skirt and a top on hold in case my backup option doesn’t work. The whole staff was super friendly and helpful and the clothes were great!

This place can get very busy but I did come here on a Sunday afternoon. Not a lot of space to move around. The clothes are trendy and cute. They are pricey but if it’s on sale it is affordable. The only con of any clothing on sale it’s final. No returns on sale items which is unfortunate. I had to put everything I was getting back because of this policy.The only reason I am giving this place three stars is because of the dressing room set up. When you try on clothes there are no mirrors inside your dressing room. If you want to see your outfit you have to walk out in an open area were multiple people can see you. No privacy at all. There were also men sitting in the fitting area which was a little uncomfortable. I’m a bit self conscious about what I wear and it was overwhelming knowing I couldn’t try on clothes and see how I looked without tons of people watching. Very poor design on this store. I won’t be coming back because of this.

HUGE shout out to the team at the Aritzia store at the fashion outlets of Chicago!!!!! Kat *with a K*, Sam, and Jasmine were absolute gems. My client and I were in for a personal shopping shopping day and the team had my clients items pulled and immediately got a fitting room started for her!!! When we needed new sizes they were quick to grab the sizes. If something was still pending, they gave updates or if they didn’t have something they offered alternatives and suggestions. Really amazing team and the energy was top tier. Thank you for making myself and my client have a really great shopping day at your store. ✨

Friendly staff, but I felt that they checked in too often last time I was there. Otherwise, they're genuinely helpful. While you browse, they take your items to coordinate a fitting room.Even at the outlet, their items are detailed: made for your comfort and convenience. For example, I bought a white pleated skirt. The cloth was thick but did not weigh me down. It included shorts to prevent chafing and cloth loops to help hanging. However, be careful with their fabrics and pay attention to the care labels—one of my cardigans shrunk because I set my dryer too hot.

most of the employees were super sweet but one thing I would note is how clingy the workers are in the fitting rooms. I was just about to walk out of my fitting room but turned around because I forgot to hang up a pair of biker shorts and from the corner of my eye I saw a employee just leaning against my fitting room and watching me through the small opening the curtain had. I told her I forgot to hang up a pair of biker shorts and she just stood there and watched me the whole time. The vibe was off and I thought I was over thinking it but my sister also noted that they were hanging around her fitting room to. I work in retail and I completely understand fitting room protocols like making sure a customer is finding everything alright and asking if they need anything but the constant watching and asking made me anxious and uncomfortable. I’m not sure if they thought we were stealing but my morals are high, I don’t steal, and we ended up spending 250+ Dollars there…

I’m a frequent shopper at Aritzia. I walked in this location with 3 Caucasian women. Within the first 10 mins of shopping, I was approached 3 times while the other 3 women were able to shop in peace. I was approached 14 times by the time I was done with shopping. Mind you, several times, I was approached by the same workers. This is especially upsetting because I’ve told these workers to leave me in peace several times politely. The fact that my request was ignored, I can’t help but feel targeted. For someone who drops thousands of dollars for their clothes, I’d appreciate to shop in peace. This was the worst and most anxiety inducing shopping experience in my 20s.

Aritzia opened the end of 2022 in the Fashion Outlets of Rosemont mall.It opened with a lot of fanfare and a lot of interest.I had to check out our for myself to see what all the fuss was about.What I saw was either workout clothing or business casual styles.Mostly small sizes, with high prices.The quality was not great, and a lot of the clothes were made in Romania.I really didn't see anything that I was thrilled with, and I certainly did not purchase anything that day.Not sure if I will ever shop there again.

If you feel like you don't fit in the aesthetic of the store, make sure you get out of there within 10 minutes before they find a way to kick you out. Only Caucasian allowed to browse. Unpleasant experience!

I had such a good experience despite my reason for shopping. My youngest brother passed away on March 29th at the age of 25. His favorite outfit to wear was all white. I had purchased a dress online with express shipping but was not getting any updates. So in my desperation, I went to the store to buy backup items.Chermaine, was such a great help. She was kind and patient and very helpful. She offered her condolences and immediately went to work finding me options to wear. She even helped my friend who was with me at the same time.One of the tops I purchased they did not have my size in store so Chermaine overnight shipped it to my house. It arrived at the same time as the dress I ordered over the weekend that I was afraid wouldn't make it. I ended up keeping 2/3 things I purchased. The top she overnight shipped I wore for the second day of services.She was awesome.Amazing experience, 10/10.

Poor design, and workers with an attitude. Not allowed to sit in back where dressing rooms are but have two giant couches. Common sense men go with your gfs to this store. Don’t properly address either just say to get up and leave

I was looking for a super puff jacket and Nikki helped me with it. She was super helpful, knowledgeable and helped me compare to a canada goose jacket. I found a perfect pastel green super puff jacket. All thanks to Nikki! :)

My wife’s finger was insured by a 0.5 inch needle that stick out of a pair of the pants, we did not even get an apology from the staff, first time we had this experience shopping in any stores, not recommended in term of the experience we had

Didn’t let me in the back because it was only women’s only!? Mind you was there a few months ago with my mom and sister the workers didn’t say anything. And there’s male workers but okay.
