One more to go on bad reviews on this Walgreens! This Walgreens is the worst I’ve ever been! Rude people!!!I was about to pay and Manager John yelled at me saying that I couldn’t pay with a coupon from pampers. I said “can I please see your policies where it said I can’t, because I’ve using them here before” and he said “no”, I was so embarrassed because was customers waiting to pay, and they heard him yelling and been rude to me. When I was walking away I asked him for his name, he said “John” and “if you are not going to buy, you can leave!”. Ever on my entire life I feel so ashamed and embarrassed for being treated less than nothing. I felt like Manager John was racist towards me.Manager John shouldn’t be on that position if he cannot be nice to customers. He could’ve done things differently without yelling.

This must be the slowest most disorganized pharmacy I've ever been to. Went there for a flu vaccine and it took 90 minutes to eventually get it, even though i had an appointment. They lost my paperwork I filled out through their online scheduling portal. They confused me with someone else multiple times and even thought I needed a prescription for something else. It certainly had me paranoid that what I was getting was indeed the flu vaccine I wanted. Walgreens needs to better train their people, the entire experience was unacceptable.

0 stars if it could be possible !I recently went in today with my grandma and the cashier doesn’t even bother to say hi , and on top of that didn’t assume i spoke fluent english, where she rudely told me twice that she didn’t need to scan some items that I had already brought to her ! don’t go there if your dark or tan skin they’re gonna be racist to you!

0 stars if I could! ANNIE from the pharmacy was extremely unprofessional. I got there and asked for my medication she asked for my rx card and I told her I didn’t have one. She told me she suggest I go home and look for it. I have strep and a sinus infection. I never once mentioned that I wasn’t willing to pay 67$ out of my pocket. She told me it didn’t matter because it was 7:30 and no one was gunna fill my prescription because it was 30 mins to close. I was medically neglected because I WANTED TO PAY FOR MY MEDICATION UP FRONT CASH. I told her that was fing ridiculous. She told me to please not curse and then told me she would fill my prescription. I don’t understand why my prescription wasn’t filled earlier when my doctor sent it over at 1pm. I’ve paid 90$ for medication out of my pocket before. I’ve never ever had this problem at any other Walgreens. I have family who work for cvs specialty Caremark. Now here I am with ZERO MEDICATION. Not okay. Waiting for a corporate response.

Katie has been my pharmacist for the last two years. She has seen me go through tons of trial and error on meds, and kept me in the loop with medication shortages. She was one great doctor, and her last day is sometime this week. I just wanted to thank this branch for always ensuring I had safe medication interactions and being kind and patient. Thank you.

I’m not sure how this Walgreens location is still open. Constantly out of everything, constantly having connectivity issues with their POS’s, extremely slow/unhelpful staff, absolutely horrible pharmacy service, the list goes on. I can’t count the amount of times I have requested prescriptions to be filled and showed up exactly when they told me, just to be told it will be another 15 minutes cause they haven’t done anything to fill the prescription punctually. I am now on my third trip back to pick up a single, recurring prescription because I was first told to wait while they filled it (after being told it was ready) and was told the second time I came back that the credit card machine was down. I got attitude for not having cash and this was the last straw. I will pick up this prescription and change all of my medication needs to the closest CVS.

I made an appointment here to get a Covid test last Wednesday because I was sent home from work the night before with a fever. Yesterday, I got a random email stating my appointment had been canceled "due to unforeseen events," but I could reschedule. Of course, that upsets me because I've been missing almost a week at work. So, I rescheduled for the same day at an earlier time, thinking that they had a lunch break at that time or something. Well I just drove to get my COVID test here after receiving a confirmation email for this appointment (which I will post) only for the lady in the window to VERY RUDELY tell me, "No, you're not." After asking me what I was there for, she said that they canceled all their appointments for the day and was very condescending to me when I was clearly upset about it. She told me that I should have gotten an email stating it was canceled and was SO RUDE when I told her that I didn't get one other than the CONFIRMATION here at 6:00am. When I asked her what do I do because I had been waiting for days for this appointment, she just smugly said, "I don't know. You can call the other stores." I was so upset by this encounter that I'm writing the very first negative review in my 32 years while sobbing my eyes out because I NEED the covid test to return to work/get sick pay if it comes back positive. I never got an answer as to why it was canceled, and I was too upset to think properly. Thankfully, another Walgreens not too far heard my plight and worked me in. When I told this other tech what had happened, she had me give her the address of this location and THEN SHE HEAVILY SIGHED, which makes me bet this location often does things like this. I don't know if I was treated rudely due to my 'goth' appearance or if they treat everyone equally awful, but this was a TERRIBLE place with TERRIBLE manners. Avoid this location at all costs!

This particular 5 star review is for my experience with the beauty/makeup consultant Bernie. Due to covid, many cosmetic and department stores are not doing color match services but Bernie went above and beyond to give me her best estimate on shade and tone based on my neck. She also educated me on the brand no 7 and their skincare and beauty line. I’ve always been hesitant to try cosmetics from a drugstore but I’m glad I gave this brand a try. It has quality ingredients and it feels great. Thank you Bernie for the excellent customer service you provided me.

I wouldn't even give them one star. TERRIBLE and rude. They never have prescriptions in or never have them on time. My daughter just had surgery and her surgeon sent over a pain med prescription. Went to go pick it up and they don't even have it in stock but will have it on Friday. The didn't even have the courtsey to call and let us know that. Gee, that won't really do her any good and seeing as the prescription is most often used immediately after surgery for pain. They refused to even look to see if other stores would have it because it was a controlled substance. This is becoming very routine for this location. As of today, moving all meds to another pharmacy.

This Walgreens is very nice. They have a good selection, especially the cosmetics section. They carry brands that a lot of other Walgreens locations don't carry, so it's always fun to browse there. Their staff is good and try to take care of the checkout lines as quickly as possible.

On last Friday around 4:15pm they let a person with no mask purchase without saying anything to him. There is a sign on the front door that says it's mandatory. I tried to buy 2 small hand sanitizers and she said I couldn't buy it because there's a limit of 1 which there was no sign saying anything about a limit. I said there is no limit sign so she has to honor my purchase, but she let the other guy with no mask to come in and make a purchase. Which set of signs or rules are you going to follow Walgreens?

Awful customer service in pharmacy. Rude staff who have no clue what's going on and expect you to have all the time in the world to make multiple trips to get prescriptions that were supposed to have been filled and they didn't do them.

Horrible customer service. Horrible advertising has bug sign that says 10$ but you go to check out and it’s always some other underlining purchase . Then the shift lead wants to be pretentious because someone is confused that you advertise like this . Then y’all wonder why people steal from your overpriced store

The customer service is really bad. I ordered some photo's, they were awful. On some of them the upper portion of the heads of the people were cut off. On some other part of the bodies were missing. I am very disappointed.
