Great experience with the manager, Michael! He helped me for quite awhile to find all the right parts for my kitchen faucet. Michael was very patient in answering my many questions and a super nice young man. Never felt like I was a bother.

Nice not to deal with Home Depot all the time. I walk in, get my stuff, leave. No self checkout, no long lines. They have the repair parts used in your track home. HD employees don't even know basic building codes, if you can even find one.

A shout out to Michael K at this Ace. He helps out my mom every time she goes in. She is in her 80’s and he is so patient with her and helps her with her little projects she has. Great job Michael! Thanks for looking out for my mom.and not trying to sell her something she doesn’t need.

The men & the manager were courteous & helpful. But the female cashier Kandy looked like that was her first day on the job. Took forever to ring up the transactions of other customers & made numerous mistakes & had to ring them again. Causing delays to others.

Love, love, love Len's Ace Hardware and the helpful staff, including Steve, Reggie, and Michael (Mr. 110%). Was visiting from Alaska and helping fix things around my relative's house and Len's Ace was my go-to-place for both materials AND instructions on how to fix things. Got so much done on this trip, thanks to the team at Len's Ace! More than just a store.

Bought a lawn mower there. Price was competitive with big box stores but the service is much better. Gave good advice and filled it with oil and and gas. Competed the warranty and helped load it in the car.

Customer service is outstanding! Been there twice in one week purchasing leaf blower, weed wacker, and chainsaw. The 3 different people that helped us were awesome and knowledgeable. Helped explain which model is best and accessories needed. Stop going to these big chains and start coming back to local stores like Ace! The difference in customer service is night and day.

This neighborhood Hardware store is better than going to the big box stores. Usually there is some one to greet you at the door and direct you to where you need to go. Friendly staff, competitive pricing and things you don't normally find at the big stores. Went there again today. Propane filled, bought some screws, hose sprayers and great stuff to insulate around some windows. They also have complimentary popcorn on Saturday.

Needed to replace a valve for my shower. Steve (wears a black vest, assuming is a manager)was VERY HELPFUL. He let me borrow a tool so I could safely remove my old valve, matched me with a new valve and gave me tips on proper installation! This store is GREAT, with helpful experts!

Many friendly, knowledgeable employees willing to assist. However, often their advertised sale items are sold out well before the sale date is over. We have even tried checking 3 different locations with same results. Many times items sold out in first day or two, while sale was supposed to last 2 weeks!!!! This has happened to us many, many times, so clearly they often underestimate demand.

I have been twice and today was a great visit. The elderly gentleman I was with went in for a metal container like a garbage can for bird seed storage. I had to wait in the car with his wife. Well here comes and employee not only helping him out but carrying the container! I know where to go now!

Every time I visit Len’s, I get exactly what I need. They did us a solid this past summer when our lawnmower died. The price was very affordable and there was no pressuring. They are always polite, helpful and know what they are talking about. Unlike the bigger home improvement stores, the service alone makes them the people you want to buy from!

Hands down, my favorite hardware store. Customer service could not be better. Friendly assortment of young and older experienced staff. I do not know of a better place to buy odd nuts, bolts, bushings, bearings. This is the place to come for metric bolts and related hardware. Has things to finish the job when the auto parts store doesn't. Usually has a bag or two of complimentary freshly popped popcorn ready for me. These are the nicest people.
