My mom actually referred me here, and I absolutely LOVE THEM! The staff members are super kind and very helpful, they absolutely loved Batman! They offer grooming for cats, he is coming in for his first cut and has already been in to see everyone! Will post pics with his fresh cut !

Best place to take your pet, hands down! Grooming, healthcare, vaccines, checkups…anything is worth the visit, even if it’s just to pick up some treats and a new blankie. I’ve never been nervous about leaving any pet here, especially not my soon-to-be 14 year dog who’s been coming since she was a puppy. Same story for every childhood pet I grew up with as well.Super clean facility, friendly and professional staff, incredibly knowledgeable doctors, and everyone is a pleasure to know!Lake Street Animal Hospital provides consistent and great care that’s always explained thoroughly. I never feel like I leave with unanswered questions or without a proper line of action for my pet. They’re consistent with checking up on their patients to ensure the treatment is the right action plan and adjust accordingly when needed. Every employee has a genuine pride in the treatment that they give, and they’re always happy to see my little baby!

This Hospital and it's wonderful staff have been nothing but kind, supportive, and friendly during the many years that our family's animals have been their patients. They greet you by name, or even a hug when you walk in the door, always remember the fur babies names as well. We love coming to Lake St because we know our animals are receiving the best care from some of the best people. I can have piece of mind given the way they handle their clientele. Any questions I have, big or small I know I can call them up and get some direction on the situation. Cant say enough great things. Liberty, Mason, Peter, and Ripley love going to their appointments for all the loving they receive when they arrive.

We will not be bringing our pet dog back to your location. The visit was way too expensive compared to other locations around the area. The visit also felt more of a sales pitch than the care for our dog. It really felt like I was at a car dealership. Our dog is eight years old and still playing as a happy dog. Jumping up on the couch, chasing her toys , and play fight.

We’ve gone to Lake Street for almost 10 years with our dog, Lola. Every person at Lake Street AH has been caring & wonderful. Add two 6 month old recently adopted kittens who both had some unexpected issues and although they were booked up, managed to squeeze them in. They diagnosed and prescribed with professionalism, and showed them compassion and love at the same time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I started coming to Lake Street Animal Hospital when I followed my amazingly wonderful groomer, Molly, after Jimminy Clippers had closed. First off, the staff at LSAH is so kind every single time I drop my boys off for a groom. I haven't had much interaction with their staff outside of the ladies at the front desk, but, they are always so welcoming and kind. So I can only imagine the rest of the staff is the same way! : )But, Miss Molly, I can't say enough about this woman right here, SIMPLY THE BEST EVER!! I drive roughly 25 minutes one way to LSAH and I would follow her wherever she was grooming from!! She has treated my fur babies like family since day one. She has been grooming my 3 dogs (well now 2, Bella crossed the rainbow bridge July 2022) for many years. One of my senior dogs, Bella (Pomeranian), required extra care because she would twitch a lot and her little peanut head was crooked from several strokes. Bella would get sleepy easily and Molly would do anything to make sure she was comfortable. Including grooming her from her lap and taking as many breaks as she needed to when Bella's health issues were flaring up. Bella would literally fall asleep in her lap because she was so comfortable with Molly. Talk about treating fur babies as her own family. <3My other two dogs, Louie (Yorkipoo) and Pickles (Mini Aussie), Louie is my old man and has lots of old man bumps. She takes such care when clipping/trimming him and he looks like the most handsome boy every time I pick him up. Then Pickles I request a specific trim to highlight his beautiful Mini Aussie coat and he is beautifully blown out and trimmed to perfection no matter what. Molly has been grooming Pickles for his whole life, the last 5 years. Molly will go that extra mile to let me know if she finds a scratch or a cut that I may have not seen under all their hair/fur. Where I feel any other groomer in my past would not take that extra time, since it's just a paycheck for other groomers. The boys always looks so dapper with a bow tie or bandana that Molly puts on after each groom and Bella had the most adorable hair bows!Where I can't say this enough, Molly treats not only my fur babies like family, but, anyone that I have referred to Molly. Don't hesitate, call LSAH and get your dog or cat groomed with Molly, you will not regret it!!

Dr. Jeremy and Lisa were awesome. They took the time to go over everything. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Luke was happy and relaxed. Very happy! Honestly the best practice we have been to so far. Very very happy with all the staff and Docs!

If I could give 10 stars I would. It’s apparent that everyone at Lake Street puts the animals well-being first. Even though our regular vet was out on maternity, the doctor we saw spent time getting to know our dog and out him at ease before he began the exam. I can’t say enough good things about this practice.

They used to be a good service, before their main veterinarian retired. Now, it's gone down hill in service. Very rude people who work the counter and they're lacking in courtesy. I'll never bring my pets back there.

This review is on Lake Street’s groomer. One word…AWESOME! If you’re looking for a professional caring consistent groomer, Molly is the one. Molly has been our one and only groomer for years just for that reason. We can’t say enough good about her. The care and love she has given our yorkies is truly appreciated. We can count on a consistent experience every time. We highly suggest booking an appointment and do it quickly because she books up fast.

Dr Amanda Riesterer is the best! She is so kind, caring, supportive and informative. She has been exceptional with all of our dogs in both regular check ups and difficult appoints with aging sick dogs. We are very grateful for her kindness. All the staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful when you need anything. Walking into the office, its like seeing old friends.
