Surprisingly quick checkout on most visits. Floor help is lacking yet that is company policy. Keep looking and purchase items you didn't know you need. Locked liquor cabinet can take 4-14 minutes for a response and then liquor was sent to service desk until I was done shopping.

out of stock on most important items like purified drinking water, the online count is completely off one item said 54 in stock yet there's zero here.shelves are a mess with product on ground, barely an employee in sight, called for 1hr no one answered.almost every freezer has fallen food.great location, quick checkout

This review is specifically for the auto center. I recently had to get new tires. I shopped around trying to get the best deal for the best tire. My last stop was Walmart. I mean, who goes to Walmart for tires, right? I figured I’d be going somewhere else for sure. BUT they had the same exact tires I was looking for at another big store. The same model number! They were $300 less! That’s absolutely huge. I couldn’t not go there. So I asked when they could get me in. He said “right now.” Really? Other places wanted to schedule me for a week or more out. I gave them the green light. Walked around the store for a while, went for a walk around the neighborhood and about an hour or so later it was done. I’m sorry but I don’t know how much better service can be. I was impressed.

I like the store. I do my groceries every week. I wish Walmart could carry more plant-based and/or organic products in the future. More and more, it's becoming the norm, and no! it's not more expensive if you eat less/no meat, fish and highly proccessed food ;) Finally, I would like to address a problem that becomes general: why do some people park their car backward on angled parking lots?!! I look into the rules of the road, and I didn't see this new rule! Trend or rule, let's have common sense, people!

When this Rockton, IL store was built it was wonderful. It was built with special things that were supposed to be environmentally better. it was clean, things placed in logical locations, aisles didn't go so high that you feel claustrophobic. Now I feel like it's a mess and they don't carry things they used to. Bad choice to change it to resemble all the other stores. I can't even give it one star, but have to so the review would post ... will be looking for another place to shop unfortunately.

As usual Walmart emoyees are either stupid or being trained to bait and switch I called for a price on a PS4 and was told they had 4 in stock I was there in 15 minutes to purchase the system I again told The associate that I wanted to make sure it was a PlayStation for pro. I was told yes sir it is and then he’s starting to ring it up. Looked at the box and I was like I don’t see anywhere on here where it says this is a PlayStation Pro. It’s only a PlayStation 4 this is the third time I’ve specified and clarified that I wanted a PlayStation four At this time I was told no, sir. This is not a pro The pros I asked to speak to a manager they bring the Up to talk to me She proceeds to tell me I’m sorry, sir we don’t sell the PlayStation 4 pro So I go to the customer service desk Who want a Saturday duringb The Christmas season Couldn’t even be bothered To be at work that day with all the customers there to purchase their Christmas presents So I had the Be the assistance store manager, which I believe she’s not Tell her what happened If I was to buy the PlayStation four pro version at the 300 Would they do to make Since I was Lied Was done because I clearly stated I wanted Three times and three times they try to sell me the non-pro version Talk to so-and-so about getting you or finding out what we can For you She comes back and says oh yeah, the supervisor in the electronics department so there’s nothing we could do for you. I will be calling to corporate offices first thing a.m. Monday morning buyer beware bait and switch is real.

I was shopping today with my daughter and had items in the cart I was purchasing. I wasn't done shopping, but seen a T.V that was a deal so I throw it in the cart. An employee came up and said that if I was ready to check out electronics had to be purchased in that department. They way he said it that rubbed me wrong.It made me feel like he thought I was going to steal it. There is no sign that says that. I put it back and continued shopping. That will be my last trip to a Wal-Mart and I will let others no about my experience.

Well, it's Walmart - relatively clean and newer location. There's a large selection of groceries, general merchandise, clothes, toys, health and beauty, and a pharmacy. The people at the pharmacy have been helpful.

My wife blew a tire because another Walmart drove on it when it was flat we took the damaged tire to this Walmart to use the warranty that we paid extra for the guy at the counter looked at us like we where stupid and had to explain to him that the tire is under warranty and we want a new one and then got attitude back and got told nothing they can do you gotta wait for management

Much better than the Beloit one. Beloit hads a racist spikey haired older lady checking receipts, and when they hear you complain...they try to trespass you from the store. Also the 400 lb security guards from Brosnan " Security" aint accomplishing anything.... You could probably just walk briskly to steal stuff.

Moving more and more items into locked cases. I stood at one for 25 minutes for a stupid toothbrush. Asked multiple employees to radio someone with a key to which they all said they're unable to. Treating paying customers like thieves is ridiculous.

Most convenient store. Hours have been expanded. One request to the management since COVID restrictions are over, store openings hours could be made to 4.30 am or 5 am for elderly people so that they can negotiate the traffic safely in the early hours and complete their shopping on time before the morning traffic hits the road.

Never impressed with Walmart, I don't like checking my own items, nor bagging them. The store should be well stocked and never is. The employees should be helpful, friendly and wearing clean clothes and clean, combed hair. There's always expired products in the dairy and lunch meat departments, nobody seems to know their job nor wants to work is the impression perception I get each time I visit. We have limited shopping choices in Beloit Wisconsin.

This Walmart is actually a very nice walmart. Most of them are out of stock or a mess and always trashy. But this one is relatively clean and usually has what you want. If you make an order online there's very little chance that it's going to have something missing. All around really good.
