This pharmacy is awful. They consistently screw up medications. When medications aren't in stock they notify no one, average time to get a refill has been 10-20 days. I've asked multiple times to make a note that I was paying out of pocket on my account and every time my meds are delayed for insurance. They recently dispensed 13 migraine pills to me when my prescription is for 90 days, never said anything to me as to why when I picked them up. I had no idea until I got home and opened that bag. I will be switching pharmacies, it's totally not worth the headache.

Your Pharmacist failed to properly advise my son on the proper way to secure his new Libre Freestyle monitor. They won't replace it and there is a two day wait for this life saving equipment from Libre directly.When I asked to speak to the store manager, he informed me that Walgreens is a Convenience Store that just has a Pharmacy. He has nothing to do with them but their money. Way to go Walgreens., you have the most unprofessional staff that I have ever encountered.

Waited in an HOUR AND A HALF long line to get my daughter a flu/covid shot. Got there on time for a 3:30 appt. for my daughter's vaccine, and she wasn't jabbed until 5:00. Awful! What the heck is going on there?? This store always has plenty of shoppers. There are lots of elderly people in Roscoe. They need to hire more people, especially at the pharmacy!

I'm a pretty patient person but I'm so done with this location. I never have to wait so long for my prescriptions at the other stores. Be prepared to wait 45 min to an hr. Ain't no body got time for this.

Waited and gave benefit of doubt. So I waited till there were four incidents in two months. Pharmacy- rude, excessively slow, sarcasm and when there was minimal cars .

Please fire everyone at the pharmacy besides the girl with red hair/shaved sides. She seems to be the only one back there actually rushing to get work done. Everyone else mopes around and every time I've been here I've waited in an hour long line. The drive through is even worse. I've seen people wait at the window for literally a half hour.

Walgreens is OK. Been using them for years. I was want too happy when i went in for my covid, flu, and when u got there at 8:45am they were out of covid. They could have texted me and let me know so i could have reschedule right away.

This pharmacy is AWFUL. Every time we try to get a prescription filled there, there is a problem with it. They send notifications that "your prescription is ready " when it's not. They run out of stock and don't tell you or order more. They run the medication through the wrong insurance. It takes 10 days to get a prescription filled. And the staff doesn't care. Never going here again.

I understand that many businesses are understaffed and struggling to keep up with heightened demand, but I’ve absolutely had it with this place. I’ve tried to be patient about the long 30 minute lines in both the drive through and the inside counter. I always see the staff working hard and hustling around, it’s obvious they need more help. I requested a prescription refill 4 days before I’d need them, thinking that would be plenty of time before I’d leave for vacation… wrong. They would not let me select an earlier pick up time than 5 days away! By then I’ll already be gone! People need their medications on time; this could easily turn into a health catastrophe for some if it hasn’t already. Whatever is going on at this pharmacy, it is clearly a management/corporate problem. They need to get it together, pay their current staff more, offer better incentives to hire more employees, whatever it takes.

Zero stars is what this Walgreens deserves! I had severe vomiting with nausea for 24 hours. My Dr office called in anti-nausea meds at 1:00pm I was unable to drive I was so sick so I called this pharmacy and explained I had someone to pick up med before they went to work if it could be done within 2 hours. They told me they didn’t have it. I called my Dr they said it was absolutely called in and accepted. I called Walgreens back and said it was called in and the lady on the phone rudely replied that the pharmacist was busy and when they could get to it they would. I was shocked. I am an RN and if I spoke to my patients the way she did I would have no patients to see. Then after waiting 25 minutes to speak with pharmacist I was hung up on “accidentally”. My husband finally was able to pick up prescriptions at 6:00pm when I was notified it was finally done. No compassion, no empathy, no kindness. Sad.P.s. 15 min after taking med vomiting stopped. I needed that med.

This has always been our pharmacy of choice for multiple generations. Understand that they are very busy, but if you have the patience, everything will go out as planned. The staff have always been professional, and we were able to get our vaccines one hour after scheduling online.

Useless pharmacy staff. Was quoted 20 minutes to wait for an important medication and waited there for over an hour (that’s actually why I had the time to write this review). Do yourself a favor and get your prescriptions filled elsewhere.

My wife had 3 prescriptions that needed to be filled 1 cor pain and 1 for infection. They had a problem getting to go on insurance but finally got it right. We talked to them on the phone about 4:15 and dispute a 3:40 pick up time they where not ready were told to come closer to 5pm. Never said they close at 5pm.I drove to the drive up window at 5:03pm. Pharmacist and a tech looked at me shook their head turned out the lights and leftI went in the store and talk to the pharmacist. I explained what happened and let him know my wife ews in pain with an infection and needed the medicine. He said he could not go back in the pharmacy and sell them to me.The service here has been going down hill.

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. Honestly if I had the time I would take this higher up. My mother has very serious mental illnesses and needs her medication with no problems. This pharmacy must not screen who they hire very well, because I picked up my mother's pills to find the bag with the label was correct, but the medication in the bag was not. Something as serious as medication that dramatically effects my mother's mental health just so carelessly packaged where she did not receive what she needed. It's literally the difference between her being admitted to a mental facility for who knows how long or being able to function safely in her home. I spoke with the pharmacist that day and she was very condensing pretty much telling me "oops sorry" I had to then drive back to the pharmacy, wait another 40 minutes in line because all staff runs around looking for medication that isn't even organized. There are literally medication bags EVERYWHERE ripped up and thrown on a shelf in no alphabetical order. This place needs to be shut down or fire everyone on staff and rehire people that actually have a brain in their heads and want to perform their job correctly. I hope someone from corporate sees this and does some digging on what's actually going on in their pharmacy. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR HEALTH

This Walgreens is the epitome of inefficiency. The pharmacy operating manager openly told the technicians working the counter and the drive thru to focus on paperwork, calls, and filing scripts while she refused to do any of those tasks herself as she made sure she only had to fill. Additionally the staff are rude and unhelpful to customers when busy. You are better off going to a Walmart/Meijer or a small pharmacy than this massive inconvenience…

I went in to dispose of some old medicine. Had one bottle I couldn't fit into the bin. Asked the pharmacy tech for help, she handed me a bag and said put it in here. I was unaware that you could open bottles and empty them into a bag. I voiced my confusion and in a response absolutely dripping with condescension, she repeated the same thing. I called the pharmacy manager to complain...I really don't believe, given the managers attitude, that anything will be done. The pharmacists are great, but the few staff members that regard customers as troublesome...they need to go.

The pharmacy misplaced my prescription, found it 20 minutes later after looking, gave me LESS than the prescription ordered by my doctor and told me to call them a week before my prescription was to run out so they could order more. Not sure why they wouldn’t just order more now and fulfill my order now.Tech seemed overwhelmed, but remained friendly. The staff don’t seem to be working as a team.

My doctor faxed my prescription in and I called 2 hours later and she said it will take about a hour and I don't know how come it takes that long because they get so many breaks for lunch and then they stand around talking I'm tired of it.

In the last year, the service has become atrocious. Typically wait an hour to get a prescription that has been called in. Then to have the tech argue with me that they're low on staff while the store is accepting new lines of business with covid testing/vaccinations. Common sense tells you if you can only pick up 5 things, you don't try to pick up 10.Had all of my prescriptions moved to the hospital because it takes less time to drive there and back than it does to wait here

This Walgreens shows contempt toward customers. I got in line at the drive through pickup lane with 3 cars in front of me and 15 minutes to spare. It shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes a customer, right?. Well the first car seemed to take forever. But the next two were quicker. My clock showed one minute until closing time as I finally pulled up to the window, only to have the “Closed” sign tossed in my face. It wasn’t like there was a string of cars behind me or anything. They were just heartless. You can’t spend an extra 2 minutes to help one last customer?I could see through the window that they were still serving somebody at the counter. So I rushed inside hoping to pick up my prescriptions before leaving town for the week. Fortunately (at least I thought) I parked the car and got inside to the counter while it was still open. But once again, you demonstrated how you really feel about your customers by lowering the door as I stood there trying to explain how long I had been waiting in line.Way to show how very little you care Walgreens!
