Have shopped here for a handful of years now & always had a good experience. They have a great loving atmosphere to bring your pets in. Friendly staff. Plenty of products for different animals.Brought our newest little guy in to pick out his own toys & other supplies. For his first time out, I would say this place was a nice start, especially with the right people.

The best place for all natural dog food and hard to find products that don't have all that nasty junk and preservatives. Michelle and Riley spent so much time answering all my questions about different foods and diets. You can tell they truly care about animals. I trust that they know what they're talking about. Such friendly down to earth people too. Lovely place, we'll definitely be back, thank you!

Very nice pet store. Much better than Petsmart or Petco. They had a great selection of supplies as well as animals. There weren't a lot of employees, but every customer was helped with their needs and we were asked several times if we required assistance. We will definitely be coming here regularly for future supplies!

Great selection, great service, locally owned and operated. Michelle is wonderful and her staff is amazing. Flexible hours to accommodate our family. We bought a tortis and a ferret from her and couldn't be happier. She is more than willing to give advice and let you know when amazon might be a better bet for your needs. We always prefer to support local and don't mind spending the extra dollars to a genuine local business.

The staff is really friendly. My dog has a very special diet. The owner helped me understand what would work best for him. We also have exotic pet needs. She carries a large range of products at different prices from low priced to the larger models. Come here all the time.

I was in there for about an hour trying to find the right animal to get my daughter. The staff was friendly, helpful and overall considerate. Highly recommend :) they have lots of animal cages, food etc.

Absolute Nightmare - Avoid at All Costs!I can't believe I wasted my time and hard-earned money on this company. From start to finish, the experience was an utter disaster. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Where do I even begin with the laundry list of issues I encountered?Horrible customer service! This company is a total train wreck. Avoid them like the plague unless you enjoy wasting your time, dealing with horrible customer service, being lied to, and being overcharged for subpar products. I regret ever giving them a chance and hope no one else falls into the same trap I did. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a reputable company that actually cares about its customers.

I absolutely will always choose here over any other pet store, the staff is so kind and caring, as well as knowledgeable about animals. The one lady with the colored hair is so sweet to my puppy and always goes out of her way to help me find the best stuff for him. I love this store!

Of course I could order my pet supplies online...but I won't because I have MICHELLE's!!! Their prices are just as good if not better than the competition!

What a fabulous local family business!!! Pride of ownership is so clear in their spectacularly maintained habitats. They carry THE BEST OF THE BEST pet foods here for not just your dog and cat but birds, reptiles, fish, small animals...you name it. And the wealth of knowledge they WANT to share with you comes from a family that has lived and breathed this since at least 1978!!! You can go to Petco or Petsmart but understand that typically staff there has less than 6 months on the job training- While you hope/expect they are telling you the right thing for your pet it's still retail. Coming to this store I can confidently say that ANY recommendations you get comes quite literally a LIFETIME of experience. You just can't beat that. As a recent transplant to Illinois I drove by so many times thinking they weren't open. It is easy to miss them as building set back a bit but GO HERE!!!! After 20+ years of having also worked in this industry with both a large retail "BOX" store and a Mom and Pop like here I can tell you the service, friendliness, knowledge and total overall experience here will be absolutely second to none.And a note to owners- congratulations on an amazing job done in your store. It is a true hidden treasure I have discovered in my new community 💖

The employees are super nice and considerate, they’re all awesome… except one, I think his name is Tim but me and my sister had come in a week or so ago With our dog and he was very rude to us and our dog, he made us very uncomfortable. We ended up leaving early which sucks. But we do appreciate all the other workers who are always amazing to us❤️

If you have a pet, you should support this small business. My dog goes with me into the store where she is loved and doted on while I shop. They also carry items from other small businesses. This place is exactly what every pet lover expects but doesn't always get from the big box stores. Fantastic service every time!

Went today to get my lizard some food... unexpectedly my car wouldn't start! I felt embarrassed but I went and asked the ladies if I could leave my car there they said it was fine ! And even helped me pass cables ! I was very thankful, very sweet people that work there offered great customer service 👏 I go once a week and they have a loyal customer for life !Definitely recommend this place !!

Wow! These folks have a love for our pets. Guide you to the "Just Rite" food, treats, leash everythg. For that matter.Fun place to visit...Knowledgeable & caring. Reasonably priced.They greet my little Lewey with a scratch & a treat every time.How cool to have a place like this here in Roscoe.😏
