Our first visit to LOL. Our Golden Retriever hadn't been groomed since late last year. We try to keep up with brushing but she needed a good trimming, winter coat reduction, nail trim and wash. I was very pleased with the outcome, she looked beautiful! Because our dog loves to swim, we set up future visits for her so she won't get out of control during the summer months.

First time taking my Luna girl and she looks fantastic! She has separation anxiety so most groomers she's been to there's been rough hand offs but the staff here were so nice and she didn't fight it for once! Good service- definitely recommend them.

I absolutely love taking our dogs here. They get so excited when we pull in the parking lot because they know they are going to get a day at the spa. They are on time and are so good with our pets (even our Border Collie Banjo) who can be a pain in the you know what) I highly recommend this team for the work they do.

I believe i’ve wrote a review before but we absolutely love this place! We have a german shepherd who has anxiety and they treat him like family. He always comes out looking so clean and smells so good. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

I just love this place.... they take really good care of our furbabies, and on top of that, they do an amazing job... they don't just cut your furbabies fur just because of a single knot. Needless to say, we found our perfect furbabies pet salon.....

So excited a friend told me about this place! Very reasonable pricing and the woman I've seen both times I've dropped off my puppy was really nice and good with my pup. I highly recommend giving LOL a shot for the doggy daycare :) My pup always comes home worn out from a day of playing haha

Our family started taking our Maddi here on a referral. The staff is so NICE and takes such good care of her. They show big patients and the level of care makes me confident she's in good hands. There appointment system is easy and they are fast. `You wont regret leaving your furry friend here lots of care going around. The owner loves her clients and shows.

I have a lab/pit mix who absolutely hates when we try to trim her nails. We were taking her to our vet but, were unsatisfied with the length and how much they charged. After reading several reviews we chose to take her to LOL, and I’m so glad we did. You can’t beat the price, they were friendly and did a great job with her nails. We will definitely be back.

Mrs Peggy is an awesome lady . My dog just loves her. We go there twice a week for a doggie day care (so I can get stuff done around the house ,appointments, etc. She also grooms my dog whenever necessary and does a GREAT job and is very responsible in price. She keeps a clean ship and respectful of all the humans, dog, and cats that come in and yes she grooms cats too.

Wow !! What a great experience not only for our farm cat but for me as well. We got greeted right away from a very happy kitty and by doing so it calmed our cat down.The customer service was amazing and so knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend them and will be bringing my dog in when it is needed.LOL is for sure filled with lots of love 😻😻

11-month-old boxer pup needed nails done . All I'm going to say is wow , very pleased and will definitely be back! My boxer puppy very excited all of the above not wanting his nails done and the groomer new exactly what to do to get the job done safely. Will definitely be back! Prices are Awesome! I have Big Dogs, German Shepherds and Peggy is ALWAYS gentle with them weather they are there for a bath or just nail trim and ears cleaning. My Girls love her!!! Facility is always clean!! Daycare dogs make it a little noisey sometimes, but over all is an Awesome Service!!!

Be very careful to tell her step by step what you want done to your dog. Make sure she understands you so she doesn't tell you there was a lack of communication. Almost shaved my Morkie and his face too! And charged me full price $50? Really and I gave a tip, what was I thinking?

Got to the appointment a couple minutes early, lady came out of the back room, didn’t even say hello to us, just said “Well you’re late” & I said our appointment is at 12:45 (it was 12:43) & she said “Well I show 12:30 in my computer.” Then I asked if she wanted a copy of my dogs vaccination records that I brought with & she said “No I don’t but I guess I can look at them since you brought them.” Didn’t bother petting my dog, letting her smell her….nothing. Just took her by her leash & dragged her to the back. When I went to pick up my dog she was still wet & still covered in loose hair. Definitely, never ever going back. AND I brought the email confirmation showing our 12:45 appointment, highlighted the time & put it on the counter. The same lady looked at it & didn’t say a word. 🤬

Excellent! We go to LOL mainly for nail trims for my two dogs one of which gets aggresive around her nails. Peggy handles her perfectly. She always gets us in. She groomed our spaniel/beagle mix and the results were fantastic. I highly recommend LOL Pet Grooming.

Took my very vocal and excited/nervous good boys to get their nails trimmed this morning. I don’t recall the ladies name that trimmed their nails but here is another THANK YOU! She was very patient and did a great job on my boys.

The groomers disregard all information that you tell them. I told them not to trim the hair on top of his head, and they trimmed it extremely short. It is the middle of winter and they trimmed his hair extremely short. They also shaved his feet and left absolutely no hair on his feet…IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER. We will not be returning.

Horrific experience. Extremely unprofessional. Didn't ask for proof of vaccinations which I had brought with me. Didn't even get name name or information on each dog. We went for nail trims. They traumatized my female so badly fighting her she literally was screaming and fighting to get away. They put her in the standard grooming slip leash around her neck. She has a collapsed trachea. I didn't know this because they took her in the far back of the room away from the waiting area. I heard her screaming and went back there. She was pooping and urinating all over. I explained she has a collapsed trachea..reply was "that would be nice to know ahead of time ". I took her and my other dogs and said this was a bad idea. Loaded them in travel carriers and paid $10 for this beyond words experience. Shame on you 2 ladies! You have NO BUSINESS BEING IN THE ANIMAL SERVICE INDUSTRY!

Very patient with my senior cat who is having trouble grooming himself as he ages. He was so happy to be free of mats and his coat looks wonderful.
