Restrooms are always sparkling clean, and whenever I order a pizza it gets whipped up freaky fast and is always astoundingly good when compared to other Casey's I've been to. Employees are always kind to me as well, certainly will keep coming back 👌

Great staff. Been here many times at different times. Always had a friendly encounter. Ordered a pizza (one of many) that got messed up as far as toppings. Manger not only apologized but gave me 2 pizzas back in return. No not at same time but one then and one I could order in future. More establishments need to take lessons from this team.!

I love how the employees look so angry when you walk in but 90 percent of them are very helpful or extremely nice. The food is a solid 4 out of 5. There breakfast pizza is a 4.5 out of 5.There gas is competitive priced there air compressor is free and is almost always in working order unless someone kinks the hose or steals the tire inflation tool. I would recommend this gas station over the Walmart one any day of the year.

Sad because I live right next to it... But I'll never go back inside this Casey's location. Terrible sad grumpy employees that look depressed and like they hate their jobs. Terrible service, terrible experience every time. One lady in the restaurant section is the only exception... And she makes great burritos... But I'll have to find food and beverages elsewhere from now on. Literally will drive farther to have better pricing and better service with people that don't look like they hate you for stepping foot inside the store. Also got a pizza there Friday... Was the worst Casey's pizza I've ever had... Usually a fan. Overall just very disappointing.

Dude! These 3 pizzas are RAW! C'mon man if I wanted to take and bake I'd go to Walmart.Nothing but 1/2 cooked dough with a lump of 1/2 melted cheese in the middle.I have literally ordered 100+ pizzas from this store but the pizza crew must have been stoned tonight.C'mon man!

Quick edit to my review below. Consumers be ware with this or any automated response. As you can see they respond asking me to contact them so they look good here under reviews. I actually tried twice to contact them and left an email. As of July 20th still no response. No surprise I'm just a little guy ranting.Heads up if you use your Fuel saver or Hyvee saver card here it will take your money off your card but won’t take off your gas. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I guess that’s my fault right. Cashiers are unwilling to help and clueless. Save yourself a headache. FYI it’s just this location that has an issue. Rant done but not forgotten. 😩 😡 lol 😂 I’d give the customer service a zero if it actually would let me.

I live close by. The staff are always awesome and the pizza is always delicious.My ex was complaining that all the pizza places were closed and I made him try Casey's. He liked it and ate quite a bit (even though he'd NEVER eat gas station pizza 🙄). So, guess who won that round *REDACTED*!!

They never have breakfast burritos ready in the morning and when u ask the lady seems like its this big chore to do it. But they put everything else out but breakfast burritos smdh

I stop by this store whenever I'm in the area. Today stopped by right at lunch. Two cashiers in the store but only one open. I was getting two slices of pizza. I left my wallet in my truck. Well the one cashier grabbed the slices and put them behind the counter. I wasn't going to eat those slices after that. Handling all that money working with all the people. No thanks I don't want to get sick. I was insulted. Thinking I was going to steal the pizza. They probably had to throw the pizza away. I'm not going to be treated that way.

Order a sub ahead of time, and when i got there it wasnt done. I only have so long of a lunch break and i spent most of it waiting for my food. The lady had the ticket right there but had to reask what i wanted. Still took 15 mins before it was done. It takes all of 3 minutes to make a sub. Not happy.

I'd rather burn in the blaze of 1000 suns than shop at this location ever again. Employees are far more concerned with where to sit, or when to smoke than ring you up or treat you with civility.

Might have to start taking my business elsewhere-everytime I come here its full and the ones that are open are out of order..it never fails! I'd expect this from Walmart before Casey's! ...4 years later it never fails with this location...HOW DO YOU EXPECT TO KEEP BUSINESS

Very disappointed. Called for 15 plus minutes and it rang until it hung up each time. Called the Rockton location and they had to call the office phone to get an answer and they were told phones working and when they tried the main number same thing, no answer. Ordered from Rockton and had to go past Roscoe and out of the way 14 miles round trip!!! After that I was afraid to even try to order online who knows what would happen!!! Sad and disappointed. Hope they get their act together soon!!!!

I usually get gas here but I never have any issues unless I get lottery tickets and then depending on the cashier I have gotten a rude cashier before

Pumps don't print receipts. Have had to go inside for the last 2 or 3 months to get a reprint. Each time I hear they are fixing the problem. When???? Not getting fuel there anymore.
