Very clean store. The staff greeted me at the door with a friendly hello and asked "if I needed any help finding anything?" As I was wondering around the store, an employee came up again and asked if I needed help finding anything and at time I did. She took me right to what I needed and got it off the top shelf for me. They also have the latest Paw Patrol, unicorn, and Sloth stuff. My daughter and I love going to DG for our collection's!

I love how convenient it is. The remodel has definitely improved things. There are lots of food options, with the exception of fresh produce and fresh meat. I love the new home interior section.. I have covered my house in dollar general decor lol.BUT on the downside.. The employees are overworked and underpaid. They have a high turn over rate because of this. A lot of time if you need help with finding something, the employee is looking for it with you. Not that it is their fault, normally they are just new. They work hard but never have enough time to get everything stocked, so it can be a mess a lot of the time. They're also supposed to be watching for people needing to check out. It is impossible when they are stocking shelves at the other end of the store. I watch customers get angry because they have to wait, then take it out on the employee 🙄. A lot of time if I am shopping and see a line forming ai will let them know, because they don't deserve the treatment they get when a line forms.Oh and the whole cash register system is horrible. It freezes Constantly and has for years. They company obviously doesn't care. I know it has been reported and it has been looked at, but nothing gets done.So, Dollar General's corporate officers need to get things figured out because they are becoming as horrible of an employer and as uncaring of a company about it's customer's as Walmart. Actually, it may be on the verge of being there already. Get your stuff together people.

Corporate greed at it's finest! It is the only place in the town for non-food essentials. So people spend alot of money here. But they work their night managers to death to keep labor down so they never last more than a year. The will be out of stuff for prolonged periods. One summer, the air went out a bunch of times and instead of just replacing it with the billions of dollars they have, they waited 3 weeks for a part during a heat wave. It was 95-100 degrees in the store. The chocolate on the shelves melted and had to be thrown out and the manager had to keep a towel around her neck to catch the sweat. Elderly people could barely make it long enough to grab toilet paper. I try to go here as little as possible.

Well I guess closed at 10:00pm really means closed at 9:55. Stopped by just before close to grab 1 thing and the automatic doors were shut off. Stood there for a minute, opened the door and was told by the 2 employees that they were closed. Said that they close at 10:00, despite there still being customers in the store. Guess I need to drive to Jacksonville from now on to buy everything. Sad, I'd rather spend money in the community I live in.

We have 3 stores within 10 miles of our home and all 3 of them are disgusting. They are dirty, cluttered and many of the isles are impassible. I wish the corporate office would make them clean up their stores.

Our autozone jacksonville is awesome. If you need help with putting something on they will help you if they are able. You can find about anything there for your auto.

It is a Dollar General is all I can say and I can say this dollar general store prices are higher then any other one around and honestly why doesn't dollar general have to make their store handicap accessible the isle are to small and cluttered

I like it because it's close to home. But you have to watch the prices it will say 2 for $3.00 yet they don't get it in the computer so sometimes you don't save unless you watch every item

It really depends on which one you go to actually. Some aren't so crowded. Some are a LOT cleaner. Also depends on the time of month you go.
