I went in and ordered a pizza from Nick at the Casey's in White Hall and he went above and beyond his job. The pizzas was made perfectly and when he couldn't find my house he called me and was the most polite young man I have ever met. He definitely needs a raise for outstanding customer service and politeness. Thank you Nick for being at my go to for everything place. Truly makes me happy to go into our local Casey's and know that I will get treated like a customer should be.

This is the third time we have ordered pizza from a caseys and they've put onions on our order despite saying no onions everytime. Once in White hall and twice from this location in roodhouse. The first time we ordered a pizza that actually has onions and we requested none because we're allergic. This time we didn't even order a pizza that comes with onions and STILL got onions. I don't normally complain or post reviews but this is absolutely ridiculous. There are better ways to ruin your business than trying to kill your customers. I also understand both locations are horribly understaffed but that's still no excuse. All that aside even the bathrooms at this location are disgusting. I went into to both of the restrooms looking for a clean toilet and there was dried urine on both toilet seats. I get that they're gas station bathrooms and not to expect much but is expecting a clean toilet really too much to ask for? They also asked me if I brought back the pizza they messed up this time? Like, why? I've never been asked to bring back my messed up orders before and the cashier wanted to give me a tone about it. Lady, yall have never asked me to return your mess ups before, the person who answered the phone didn't ask me to and, it's not my problem she didn't so don't give me that, well she should have junk.

They were rude when u wanted to put in my rewards and wouldn’t even let me or try because she did not want to deal with it. So I probably won’t be going back if I can’t use my rewards points

Worst service ever the manager is rude and when the mess up an order they change words and won’t replace will never order food from there again this is the 5th time they have messed up my order within the month
