If they don't have it, they'll find it for you. If you're not sure how to do it, they'll take the time to explain it to you. Just a consistently great place run by great people.

Old school hardware store. Love the fact that they have just about anything you can imagine. If you’re in a pickle and need some supplies fast, this is the local place to check out. Staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

Every time I have ever stopped in, they greet me as I come in.. ask if I am looking for anything in particular, I tell them and they walk me right to the item! So nice to go into a place and the employee actually know where everything is! Unlike these big chain places! Local is so much better!!

The guys are not organized and they gave us the wrong valve as well as cutting a new pipe which they screwed up the threads which then screwed up our faucet and we had to go by a new faucet. Oldest gentleman not friendly and didn’t want to get away from his computer. Really sad a small business has gone to pieces

I have shipped Rockton Hardware for years with satisfaction. You don't find service like this many places and certainly not in box stores. Sales people really know exactly what DIYers need to know to complete a home repair or project. They won't oversell you and will recommend just the right product for the job. Great inventory of hardware items. Highly recommend and glad they are a part of our community

Completely support home town hardware store every chance I get. Always go there 1st. They are soo helpful and usually have what I need. Friendly, smiling, know where everything is...unlike Walmart staff....even with their GPS guns.. Walmart go away!

I actually stopped in because a acquaintance of the business had a snow plow for sale. The people working were very friendly, and the store itself is one of the few "old school" hardware stores I've been in in a LONG TIME....you remember those hardware stores, right? Dog sitting by the counter, parts and tools and rope and wiring and everything else you thought you couldnt find at a hardware store? This is that hardware store.....heck, I'd drive back again just to have more time to just wander around inside....brought back alot of good memories of going to the hardware store with my dad, and aim glad I wandered in!

Christmas Eve my basement flooded. The flexible steel hose from my water supply line going into my water heater burst. Everyone was closed Christmas morning and called around. Except someone answered their phone and said, we are closed but come on down I will be in the building. So friendly and kind! I will be giving him my business from now on! Thank you again! Best Christmas morning gift! Hot water now!

Old world knowledge... for modern solutions. Staff knows their stuff. And they have everything. Its like walking into Willie Wonkas chocolate factory (except they have tools and other handy man supplies). If you tell them what your doing they may offer practical advice on what tool or product best meets the task. And for some reason there is always an adorable black labrador or chocolate labrador each time I go, Just chilling in the entryway.
