This is a very good F & F. Large with lots to see and fulfill. Also, very helpful associates. They ordered a grain for me that normally they don't stock. Jeremy in agriculture went out of his way for me. Bill was very, very helpful - he offered to load my vehicle. A great experience all around. 🙂

I've never been to Farm & Fleet before this visit because I live in Montana, but I've heard about it from others that live in the Midwest. it's really a great store that has a lot of goods for home and around the house or farm. I got a really great deal on nuts around the holiday season. it's worth checking out their weekly shopper for deals and probably joining their Rewards Club.

Was told there auto dpt was out a week or two with no cars in there parking lot and only one car in the shop only thing needed was an oil change . Besides that the store side is amazing!

I still haven't been in this store, but I've ordered online for drive-thru pickup several times. The drive-thru staff is a well-oiled machine. I was in and out in minutes. They are very friendly, too.

The young man that waited on me I totally forgot his name his service was sufficient and timely I really appreciate it to help he gave me when trying to purchase a battery for my not to mention I enjoyed that the store was clean and neat

I asked one person nicely to direct me to where an item is and if they have it. Instead they say "It should be over there" and points. She was not helpful at all. To find the item I had to find another worker and asked him where it's at, he had to call a worker over to him to ask where it might be, they were not even sure if they actually carry the item, but then proceeded to point once again towards the department not knowing for a fact if they have it. We were not escorted to the item, We then found the item on our own. Just for there to be a sale sticker that is huge, on the item and then found out the sale sticker was expired. I am NOT at all pleased. I have rewards because my boyfriend uses it. I personally will not be back on my own and won't at all encourage anyone else to.

Nice store, real clean and well organized. Customer service is great, especially if you find Kennedy at the register. She was great. There are great products on sale. The pickup process is a little bit tricky in this store since one must get by a specific entrance

Sept 13 2023. I placed an order online for pickup at the Rockton store, expecting it to be ready by 2pm on the same day. However, when I went to pick it up the next day, I was informed that they couldn't locate the order. My primary grievance lies with the store manager, Rhonda, if I recall correctly. She seemed reluctant to take any responsibility and claimed it wasn't within her job description. After numerous phone calls, she eventually contacted me, but instead of straightforwardly informing me that the issue had been resolved, she provided a series of explanations and excuses, which only prolonged the process. It wasn't until the end of the call that she mentioned the issue had been fixed. This entire situation could have been resolved with a single phone call, rather than the unnecessary back-and-forth. I've never encountered a store manager who displayed such a lack of concern for customer service.

Use caution when going to the automotive center. It's a scam even if you buy tires there, I was told my car need all they work and my tires were under 2/32. This was false. I proved it and contacted customer service. He went off on how they don't work on tires under 2/32 and I stated in an email they were not under that rating. Long story, they said I needed two grand worth of work done to my car. Even though they can't do all the work. Went to a real mechanic and the total cost will be $550. Got to love a place you can't trust.update for Farm and Fleet comment below. Not sure why you comment when you can't help.* I tried to contact you over it and talked to Tim D. Wouldn't help.Called the 800 number and got an “I can't help you” but let me take your name down and someone will call you. No one ever called

Had basically no weed eaters in stock even though online said they did. Took forever to find the right employee that could go look in back. He eventually came back to say he couldn't find the one I needed and wasn't sure where it would be. Had to drive to other store that said they had more in stock...fingers crossed. Again, had to search for right employee to look in back because they weren't on the shelf. He eventually came back with one that looked like the motor was drug around on the concrete. He was a teenager and informed me he would have to take it outside and test start it and give me (a 40 yr old dual degreed engineer) a demo of how to use it. I said I don't need that. He left and came back to inform me that he had to demo it or they couldn't sell it to me. Really? That's just...wow. Do you have one that's not all scraped up at least? He takes it back to the storeroom to check the others for damage and eventually returns with another employee instead. The other employee asks me if I would mind coming back on another day. He isn't old enough to be allowed to start a weed eater so they refused to sell it to me until there was an adult salesperson there. Absolutely beyond ridiculous! No way. Thanks for wasting hours of my day. I ended up purchasing one at Lowes instead, hassle free.

I love this place, it's awesome. I know this sounds funny but I'm from GA and we don't have these stores down there. Tractor Supply is great but Farm & Fleet has a lot to offer and they have their own brand of clothes that I really like.

horrible customer service, i am at small engine repair to pick up a trimmer… have been waiting here for almost 20 minutes, and ringing this push for service, nothing in response. plus a gentleman walked out of the back looked at me continued w his work day, walked back out then didn’t say anything. horrible service

We were looking for replacement solar lights for outdoor decorations, unfortunately they did not have any. They had a lot of really cool solar powered outdoor lighted decorations, but no replacement batteries or lights. At least that is what folks at the service desk told us.

Good place to go for a wide variety of goods. I've gotten bolt cutters, carhartt clothes, an oxy-acetylene torch, a chainsaw blade, and a blender from here. Staff is helpful but not super friendly. Prices seem all over, some things are more expensive than Amazon or Walmart, some things are cheaper than harbor freight. They do have drive through pickup, and the whole place is large and roomy.

Don’t ever take your car to their auto department. They are crooks. Told me my struts were bad.. Went to a second opinion that I trusted and my struts were fine. Replaced a wheel bearing that did not need to be replaced.

Farm & Fleet in Rockton, Illinois was nice and clean. It was very organized. Cashiers were very friendly at the registers. It seemed like they didn't have enough staff throughout the store when you had a question but maybe it was lunch time for the employees. There seemed to be a lot of deals on things. I will be visiting this Farm and Fleet in Rockton, Illinois again in the near future. I will report back if I still feel like it is short staffed.
