Wayne's always has what I am looking for when it comes to animals... Love the selection of fish! My dogs love the raw hides and the pig ears! The people that work there are so nice and very friendly! They are very knowledgeable as well!! A must go for your pet needs!!!

I have been here once so far, great selection, helpful staff. I got a snail and a pleco. The snail didn't make it, but it did seem like it only had one eye (I don't have anything in my tank large, or aggressive enough to do that) so maybe I just got unlucky. Pretty new to snails as well, so I'm not going to hold it against them. The pleco is still alive and well and the one I got from PetSmart didn't make it (common pleco from here, a rubberlip from PS). So for now, it's 50/50 but snails are snails and idk much about them, could have been on me.

Dirty fish tanks . Owner is rude . No real corals to speak of . What they do have is not for sale .spent 200 bucks first time there and sold me a dead coral

Friendly chatty staff! While I do wish they had a little more selection for pet birds, they're the only place that consistently carries the large bulk I need for my flock and I will continue to be a patron here. I've never had a rude person or a bad experience here. ☺️

Absolutely one of the best hidden gems of Rockford!!! Highest quality pet foods offered here as well as the best lower cost foods as well. Huge selections, great bones and treats for our family furry ones I think also some made locally for them,

The staff are absolutely delightful here! A wide range of fish, aquariums and equipment, feed and rodents. As new residents to the area, this will be our go-to store for everything we need. :)And the dog on the floor is such a lovely baby.

They charge double what the local fish stores do, then when a fish dies within 72 hours they tell you oh well its 24 hours. Myself, my nephew, father will never be back. DO NOT BUY YOUR FISH FROM HERE!!!!!!!

They have exotic animal food, hundred of different species of fish, garden plants, birdseed, not much they don't have. They're friendly and ready to help if you need anything

I would give it 1 star but the people who work here are really nice and they do give great customer service. I bought some fish and spent over $100 3 days later one of the more expensive fish had died. I called Wayne's and they informed me that there policy on fish is only 24 hours. I understand that they have no idea what my tank water quality is and it has tested fine. The pair to the fish that died, is still alive and doing well. PetSmart gives a 2 week guarantee on there fish and I have yet to lose a fish from there. I love to support small local business but it's kinda hard to when they don't support their customers.

I've been going here for a while never had a problem I bought a a bearded dragon from there she seemed healthy but I trusted them in the information that they gave me and she kept deteriorating and then I bought worms from there they told me that it was okay just don't give her a lot and then the next day she passes wish you guys would know your information better and put warning labels on your live food supplies like the worms.....

Went there had a bad experience with one of the workers he keeps asking me if I want to rehoming my animals and I said no there are fine and he keeps asking me every time I go there this is the 3rd or 4th time he asked and he is getting me really mad cuz I don't appreciate it and I known how to take care of my animals I'm not going back there again

We love Wayne's Feed store! The highest quality pet foods/ beautiful fish including koi/bulk bird feed/very good selection of garden vegetables including sweet potatoes and collards. Annual and perennial flowers by the flat.. :)... oh, and straw bales !

Love this local pet supply store. Excellent selection of saltwater fish. Always well staffed so I'm in and out. They even load my heavy purchases into my car for me.

A true Rockford treasure, they carry the best dog food you can buy. They will also load it for you. They have all sorts of critters too! Fish and fish tanks and all the stuff to go with them. You can actually talk to someone who knows what they are talking about. Stay out of the big box and help keep this little gem in Rockford!
