Recently moved, decided to choose the barking lot since its close-by and the positive reviews and pictures of long-time customer's pets. They were already familiar with and knowledgeable about my Bichon Frise-Poodle mix. And some pictures were the same mixed breed as mine and looked very similar and showed me they would do a great job. My dog seemed much calmer than he was at his previous groomer, dropping him off. He didn't look back af me or cry at me even once, which was new for him, it takes less time, better cut, told me I have a very good nice dog I was lucky to adopt years ago. They knew how kind and loving my dog was and said he was great and didn't give any grief, and for the same base cost as old groomer, better cut, faster by not overloading with too many dogs. When I picked him up, he was getting just finished, and I was happy to see and happily surprised to see him much calmer than he typically would be seeing me again. He seemed to have actually enjoyed it and he was very happy with the 2 toys you let him pick out. Bentley shall be back! 😁

I had the unfortunate experience with Diane that left me shocked and disappointed. The service at this establishment was not only subpar, but also accompanied by an unwelcoming and aggressive demeanor that I simply cannot overlook. I strongly advise all pet owners to avoid this salon at all costs.

Friendly & affordable service! My dogs smelled and looked amazing when the groomer finished her job on my 2 doggies. Couldn’t be more pleased, she even took her time afterwards to go over the sores on my dog that she had located such as a wound on his paw (my dog has bad allergies so he was biting himself a lot, I wanted to rule out dandruff & fleas). Since then I have changed my dogs food, he has been much better! Outstanding work! She even fit me in on my only day off!!

Deb Davis did an awesome job. I don't have a breed that needs fancy trimming or clipping. She listened to what I needed & cheerfully complied. I brought in my own shampoo & conditioner, & she was ok with that.Reasonable price, too.

Wouldn't even hear us that the dog we wanted an appointment for is a YORKSHIRE Terrier. Immediately bit our heads off that Terriers are short hair. Being rude to potential customers is the poorest of customer service. Not listening, being disrespectful and lashing out to other people doesn't set a positive view of how they would treat an animal.

Rachel is the best. She has been grooming our toy poodle for over 11 years and each time she is gentle and makes her look wonderful. Our little dog does not trust strangers but Rachel makes her feel comfortable. She is very reasonably priced as well.

Took my dog there a few times. The first visit was wonderful. The 2nd and 3rd time the work was less than acceptable. I questioned the quality of the work, and was told that my dog didn't want that done this time. 🙄

These people are terrible groomers! Terrible. My dog was dropped off with a mat behind her ear and when I picked her up it was still there! Paw pads are supposed to be shaved. There is still long hair on her pads. Safety was a concern because the dogs are not secured on the table the way they should be. They didn't touch her ears because they told me they don't unless asked to. I told them what to do when I dropped her off. Their policies were not told to me when I dropped them off and I am a new client! Correction, I was going to be. Never again!

Lacey is THE BEST! She will work with your puppy/dog until he's comfortable getting groomed. She helped us out today when we had a little emergency - burrs around our puppy's face! I recommend The Barking Lot!

Everyone was so kind. I have a big dog and it takes someone with a lot of patience to work on him. They gave him back to me clean and happy!! I will be returning back to them and I highly recommend you give them a try if you haven’t!

It was my first time coming here. They got me in very quickly. I was very pleased with the work they did. Only downside was that they only accepted cash. Also I used google maps to get there and had a hard time finding the place.
