Best place around to purchase supplies for Bonsai, great soil selection, and pottery. They have tools and a couple types of tree to choose from. Some already potted and styled, some untouched and waiting to be styled and potted. Highly recommend if you live in Rockford.

This was a really nice nursery! I took my mom and my 3 kids (under 4 yrs). We had a great time and got some veggie plants for $1 each, such a great deal! Customer service was great as we needed help finding a couple vegetables outside. The ponds were well maintained and my children enjoyed looking at them. Overall the store was clean and I would highly recommend stopping in ! I also like their arrangement of outdoor benches, cement animals, and memorial stones as we are looking for a dog one and might return to buy the one I liked there.

This is a beautiful nursery and the people there go out of their way to talk with you and answer any questions and find solutions that work for you. I wish I ad known about this place years ago. Highly recommend a walk through. This place is huge though. They told me the poinsettias will be coming in soon!!

Friendly helpful staff. Good prices on fresh greenery and Xmas pots. Not as big as some places, but we have been stopping at Rock Valley Garden Center the past few years when we come into Rockford. It's worth a visit!

We've been going to Rock Valley Garden Center for years. They have anything you could ever need for your bird sanctuary, or your indoor or outdoor garden. This business is a hidden gem!

New supply of bonsai in stock! Great selection. Usually it's fun to browse spring season stock, but between road construction and ridiculous spring weather, shopping is not very enjoyable right now. We'll be checking back next week when the temperature is more agreeable!

Great place to shop, they have most things that hydroponic stores have, I love coming here. The staff is also very knowledgeable and helpful.

Not all the plants there yet, soon I suspect. My wife found what she was looking for. A little bit harder to get there because of construction but you can.

Great prices, good selection of succlents! I got these lithrops there. Couldn't find them anywhere else in Rockford. They also have classes that start after the first of the year like "how to bonsai" and "introduction to hydroponics" along with "how to make a fairy garden" my friend told me about them and now I won't go anywhere else.

I go here when I need hydro supplies on Sunday since 815 is closed. The ladies don't know much when it comes to the supplies themselves, but it's a good family run spot to get anything needed when your local grow shop is closed😉

Wow! New to the area and got a flier in the mail for all there discounted items. Only to be told all veggies, plants, pumpkins, mealworms, et. All locally!Price are great and staff very knowledgeble and friendly. They have more stuff plus great odds and ends. I was also told they do christmas wreath and trees.I will now supporting our local business.Thank you Rock Collage Nursery!RMadden!

Always with friendly service, this spot offers many different kinds of plants, from ornamental to herbal to native. Also offering a large array of bird and squirrel feeders, pond supplies and fish, soils and fertilizers, hydroponic options, indoor propagation lighting, seeds, pots, garden decor... and a cozy little room with local honeys, jams, jarred goods and syrups... you are likely to spend a good chunk of time exploring, especially in spring and summer when the outdoor plant section is stocked. All employees I have encountered have an excellent knowledge base and answer questions with confidence.

Rock Valley Garden Center is a great place for plant starts for the garden at $1 per plant. They also have great native flower and grass species for your native gardening needs. Love this place and their friendly, knowledgeable staff!

Very good selection at end of planting season, got a couple of shrub types during their half off sale!! Good staff to ask questions, helpful. First time there (not from local area), glad I stopped in. Yes prices are higher than box stores because they are dedicated to nursery and having items the box stores don't have. Check out their large selection when you are in the area!

I love this garden center. Always full of fun treasures to find. They are very friends and have amazing deals to get your garden popping! I bought my first ever zen garden here. They have a few different options to choose from. The Ying yang was my favorite!
