The groomers are GREAT! They are very friendly and professional. I take all three of my dogs there.My dogs dew claw on his front right paw grew extremely fast since his last visit. It became ingrown & didn’t realize it because he never let me know in anyway that it hurt him. Before I was even in my car, she called and asked me to come back in the store to show me and advise me to call my vet to have it looked at and cut by them. They were still able to groom the rest of him and he came out looking very handsome!

Petco won't allow you to book a nail trim online, but the website says they accept walk-ins. I loaded my dog up and drove over. We arrived just after 4PM and their posted hours were until 6PM. The lights were out so I went inside the store to ask and was told, "She's gone for the day." There was no sign posted, no reason given, just "She's gone for the day." I'm done with Petco.

Always a great experience and everyone is so nice. They groomers have been on time, kind and make sure my three fur babies are safe, comfortable and well taken care of. The salon is clean and well organized, which I know is difficult to maintain. But the team here does it wonderfully. Jace is so gentle and kind. I watched as he carefully picked up my 17 year old, anxious Bella and place her gently onto the table. And instantly I felt at ease knowing she was in his capable hands. I am so happy with the Vital Care Premium program and the groomers at my Rockford Petco! Thank you!

I have been going to Adrianne at Rockford Petco since 2020 when we got our pup Mochi. She is the best groomer and knows my dog's personality he's a little anxious she takes excellent care of my dog. Adrianne is the best groomer and very professional.

Adrianne is one of the best of the best groomers. She's a manager who makes sure not only your dogs are well groomed but the employees learn as well.At least, I can say this about this location and we don't go anywhere else.Excellent, thorough, personable, passionate, and very great at her job.

If I could give zero stars I would! I had an appointment with Rachael I believe and right off the bat she called me to change the appointment time 2hrs earlier than my original appointment. I accommodated even though I had a doctor's appointment for my toddler a few hours before that. I dropped my puppy off and about 1.5 hours later she called me and told me my puppy was too dangerous to complete the full package I chose (premium shampoo, nails, teeth, etc) and that he needed training.I was taken aback and asked why she thinks my dog is dangerous? Because I have 3 kids and 2 of which are toddlers and he's never been dangerous around them. She gave me a short answer and didn't even speak to me when I picked him up. Rather, she had me wait and wait until a dog trainer was ready to speak to me. I never asked for dog training services since my puppy is already in training at a different facility. All she did was insult me and my puppy the whole experience. I filled out the survey that was emailed to me, and she calls me only to ask, "Do you have any questions for me, or do you want an explanation?" I stated "an explanation should've been given to me the day of while I was waiting for my puppy". Then she continues to argue back and forth with me for almost 10 minutes and told me to call corporate. I'm disgusted with her services, and I will never shop at Petco ever again.

The staff are friendly and really take the time with my dogs. They handle all the grooming for all the family dogs and would recommend to anyone. They treat each dog like family and not just another job. The dogs love Bonnie and her staff.

Adrianne at PetCo Grooming is the bomb. My dog is scared of a lot of things and has special needs and she takes the most amazing care of our Roxie. We never worry about her when Adrianne is taking care of her and she comes of so fresh and clean. I won't take her anywhere else.

I have been bringing my dog to the E state street Petco for almost 5 years now since he was a puppy. He loves to go there :) bonnie Adrian cain and all of the girls are amazing :) they treat my dog like he is their own and I really appreciate feeling comfortable knowing I can take him somewhere where he is loved :) I have recommended several of my friends to go see the girls :)

Groomer is caycee. I always make appointment with her. She knows my 2 dogs. Is gentle, never any knocks on skin and does nails so they are not tender.

Tobey was in bad shape. His fur, although not matted, was impossible to get a comb through. It was oily and thick. His nails were long. He came out looking like a new dog, and he seems to be happier and younger.
