Jenna did a fabulous job on our baby's first grooming! She did even better than our vet did on his toenails at a cheaper rate. He was fresh and beautiful and Jenna is a sweetheart of a young lady! If I could give ten stars, I would!

I visited pampered pets today for the first time ever :-) took my dog there to use their private do-it-yourself bathing station. It was amazing everything that you could possibly need at your disposal and only $14 for 30 minutes was plenty enough time to groom a full size black lab :-) the staff was very welcoming as if I had been there many times before. The store has so many neat things for your pet :-) I would definitely use this facility again and again as well as I have already offered it up to two of my closest friends with dogs highly recommended :-) a definite must try :-) p

The girls here really love animals you can tell it by the way they treat them. My dogs are feisty little guy and they took real good care of them trimmed his nails buff the nails for a very reasonable price believe me only $10 for a nail clipping $15 total if you have them buffed down it's basically a walk-in you don't really need an appointment for that service and they have a lot of used dog clothing for very inexpensive prices check it out

So I never been the type to leave a review for anything but seeing my little girl in pain and barely able to open her eye I wanted to speak about my experience. So I come from California and I was so nervous finding a new pet groomer for my little girls. I have a little Maltese and a small white cat. I dropped them both off today to get their hair cut. When I picked them up my little Maltese GG ran into the car and hid in the arms of my girlfriend. I knew something was wrong. Soon after I saw my little girl could barely open her eye. She's in so much pain as if someone hit her. I know that logically the owners will deny this but I want to warn all loving pet owners out there of this place. There's no reason my little girl should be in so much pain and not able to open her eye. Never has this ever happen until I brought her here. Please beware. My little girls mean the world to me and if you love your pets as much as I do then all I can do is speak about my experience. This is not ok!! And I seen another review here that said her dog was so thirsty like they weren't given anything to drink. Well mine was so thirsty too. I love my babies and it hurts me to see that my poor decision to bring them here caused them pain. From one loving pet owner to the next be careful when you bring your pets here.

They did a phenomenal job on my corgies. I’m actually going to begin making the commute from Rockton to have my dogs groomed here starting tomorrow. I have given the Hair of the Dog salon a few tries and they just do not groom my dogs as well as this facility- for the same price too! My dogs came out with their “pants” trimmed, nails clipped, and fluffy at this place. Totally worth it.

I've taken my dogs to Lisa and Brooke for 20 years. They treat my dogs as if they are their own and trim them exactly as I ask. They are quick to respond to phone calls and texts and have gotten us in on short notice when needed. 5 stars isn't enough.

This was the first time I took my dog here and its going to be the last time.I dropped my dog off at 10:30 this morning by 3:00 I figured something must be wrong so I went there they hadn't even started on my dog they told me to come back at 5:30. I just took my dog home the poor thing was so thirsty and I don't even know if they even took her out for a potty break.there was another person standing there ahead of me that was in the same situation. Maybe you shouldn't schedule so many dogs to be groomed in one day. Greed will get you no where. animals should not be treated this way.

There is also a cat grooming inside called all paws her name is Angie this was my first time taking my cat she is absolutely wonderful and she does an amazing job Angie thank you so much for taking care of my Miss. The staff is so kind to all the animals .They do a great job grooming and pampering your fur babies.The do-it-youself Doggie wash is a must .Keeps my house from smellimg like a wet dog LoL!!! Great gently used supplies,and new stuff too. I highly recommend this team .
