I'm unsure why everyone these days is in such a hurry and to make bad comments about a cashier that does the best job she can do only makes that person look like an idiot.The cashier that helped me is extremely nice and does her job isn't that what they're there for?They need more help...only 2 cashiers and cutting their hours when we need them the most doesn't help the community, it only makes them angry like the customer that made comments to the cashier that helped me today. Love this store and the employees.

Very friendly staff. Everyone is helpful and we'll mannered. Cashier's are quick and they are usually really well stocked.~~~~~~~~~~UPDATE~~~~~~~~~~The cashier's Latezya, Julie, Ana, and Heidi are great. They are always happy to put on a smile and help. I love this store so much it's my favorite Dollar tree in all of Rockford!!! Plus the manager Cassie is amazing and super helpful!!!!

I could spend all my money here. There's so many things I didn't imagine they would have, especially make-up. I got a call and I had to leave, otherwise, I wouldn't have minded waiting in line and it was a long line. I'll come back when I have more time. 🙂

most of the time the store is clean-best employee is Letezya aka Lilly- she is a sweet kind young lady-most items are a good deal-some not- the carpets need to be replaced though; VERY DIRTY!

Can't go wrong for a buck. So much stuff. And dishes wow. I enjoy shopping here and will continue coming back. The stuff is good to. And food too Wow what more can I say. Happy with my shopping experience.

It would be great if the employees had enough common sense and respect for others to wear their masks properly and to enforce the LAW by making others wear one as well. The mask goes over the nose.

I love the prices and variety of items. Most of the workers are nice. But the other day I was in there and some employees were stocking the shelves. As I was trying to get through, it seemed like even want to move, even though I said excuse me they acted so rude

Defanitly good deals!!!! Name brand stuf 4 a dollar. Realy! Awsum!! Need more people working. Its the crowd that makes u not wanna go back unruly kids running around screaming! parents with rocks 4 brains! But doller tree is good if u can handle the misfit customers!

Store closes early!! sign says open til 8pm. I walked in the store before 8pm for one item and they told me they were closed already and the door was not locked and they did not have their mask 😷 on! Very rude, sarcastic lady name sandy with a smokers voice says they are allowed to close early and I had to leave..I will not return to a business who hires employees like that with no customer service skills.

Love how much nice and good quality stuff they have and everything in the store is only a dollar. They even have name branded prodocts as well. Great place to shop on a budget and they accept wic or snap

Winning to get a few things that I needed for Thanksgiving the young ladies in there were very helpful very polite very cheerful they made my experience very very good considering my fuel pump went out in the parking lot

I bought earbuds from a different dollar tree which ended up only working on one side when I opened it and so I tried this one instead and the same thing happened this time ig you get what you pay for other wise a good experience

Everything is fine except the store looks really dirty the Windows were dirty , the sidewalk look really bad and the carpet is really bad I know it's a $1.00 store but should still keep up with it and make it look nice and clean
