I am writing this review to warn others of the horrible experience my dog and myself had at this groomer in hopes of preventing others from making the same mistake. The first time I took my dog here was a great experience. In fact, I was telling people that it was the best grooming he's ever had. I can't remember the name of the person who first groomed him and I apologize for that. However, the second time I brought him in was a very different experience. She (I believe it was the owner) fit us in at the end of the day which I now realize was a big mistake. His appointment was at 3:30 and she said it would take 2 hours. It took close to 4 hours with no notice or update that it would be that long. I had to call and ask. There were instructions of how to groom him from the first time we brought him in and that was not read or followed. She said my dog was very calm and still and a good boy during the grooming. I tipped her $15 because I was appreciative of her fitting us in. When I got home I realized what a hack job she did. He had multiple cuts and razor burns all over and a severely and infected wound on his paw. Had to take him to the vet. I will never take my dog here ever again and hope others read this and decide to do the same. I have pictures but can't figure out how to post them here.

What a wonderful staff! They took care of my dog Lola with the up most care and professionalism. I have a pit/lab and she can be a little antsy for me to handle on my own, but they took care of her like their own. When I picked her up, she smelt great and felt so soft. And her nails were trimmed perfectly. I couldn’t have wished for a better result. And their prices are unbeatable! I really appreciate the awesome work you guys do and will continue to use your establishment for Lola, you guys are great!

BEWARE! I took my large mixed breed dog here for a grooming. The lady that took care of my dog, Angie, was great. I was happy with how my dog came out. Three stars because there was another employee at the front station, working on a tiny Yorkie when I dropped off my dog and another tiny Yorkie (different one) when I picked up my dog. Unfortunately I did not catch her name but BEWARE. With each dog I saw her working on she was aggressive. Pulling their collars very hard to correct them and yelling at them like they understood her. I would never let her take care of my dog after what I saw. If you had a Yorkie groomed here today Tuesday November 28 your poor dog was likely mistreated. That lady has absolutely no business handling animals.

Bailey is kind, patient and gentle with the animals she works with. Everytime I go in I can see how calm they are and how well they respond to her. Luna the 🐕 always comes out smelling good and perfectly groomed. Teeth cleaning is also available.

We've been bringing Justice to this location for about a year now. Always service with a smile. Enjoy seeing all the other animals at the location enjoying their stay. They have moved to a new location which is going to be awesome. Lots of lovely character to the new location. Justice will be returning she always needs her nails clipped and a fun visit.

Angie is amazing, my cat looks better and better each time she grooms him. Very good with him also, he's not very trusting with strangers but he is not scared of her at all!

I have been looking for a groomer for my cat so I reached out to Angie. Originally texting her, per web instructions 6-20-22, never hearing back from her. I tried again on 9-29-22 she replied this time and when I mentioned the prior text, she said "I probably missed that text" This time she said she could "probably take one more" we set up the date and time at 9:30 a.m. I had him at her place in his carrier at 9:30. Advised I wanted his bum trimmed, I didn't want him shaved, but bathed and groomed. By 1:48 p.m. (4 hrs. later) I had heard nothing, so I texted her as to the status with him. I was told she would be done in 10 min. with that information I headed towards the salon. When I got there, she was combing him out, next to him was a huge pile of hair/fur that she said "I had to shave his belly it was so matted I couldn't get a comb thru it" she was continuing to comb hime and he was panting, I was shocked the next thing I know she puts him in the carrier, I paid her and we were out of there. I give 2 stars because he was clean and looked good. That fact she shaved him after I specifically said I don't want him shaved, is disturbing simply because she could have texted or called me with what she found and made a suggestion vs. just taking it upon herself to make the judgement call and buzz it all off. Then there is the matter of 4 hours, really? If you were not going to get to him for 3 hrs after I dropped him off, why didn't you tell me to drop him off at 11:30 vs. 9:30 and then make him sit there in a carrier? I will not be putting my guy thru that again and will be moving on to continue to seek out a "good cat groomer" there has to be one out there somewhere.

We brought my cat in to get her nails trimmed for the first time. At first, I was a bit nervous because there were dogs all around the table, but the lady there was incredible!! I don't think the whole process took more than 5 mins. It's a smaller, local business and we'll definitely be back. Excellent price as well!

I was extremely dissatisfied with my service this time. I took my golden retriever in to be groomed at 9am Yes she had knots and really needed groomed. She is a well mannered dog. We dropped her off and I stated just cut half of what's there off. If you need to trim some spots a little shorter due to knots fine. I called at 2pm to see if she was done the lady said no I asked if 5 would work she was very happy to have the time. I arrived at 5pm she had my dog on the cutting table and was not compete. She was on her cell phone complaining about this and that while never once greeting us and she did not know that was my dog. She griped for 20 minutes while using one hand to cut my dogs hair, then got off and finally came and told me lucky had more work than she expected. My dog is Cassie. She then went on with the other lady had already washed her and had her drying before she saw her. She lied, I dropped Cassie off and she was coming in the door at 9. My dog is completely bald on her belly and butt. She is not blended on her butt or sides. I don't think anything was removed from her chest, neck or ears and tail. What a waste of money!!!! I will not recommended nor go back. Horrible customer service and horrible trim job.

Angie is the best in the area. I refuse to go to anyone else for grooming and boarding. Been a long time customer and supporter. You should be too! Angie is the best at what she does and her passion and love for animals show.

I deleted my 5 stars about Angie I had put here before. I believe it was last February I took my Chihuahua & my poodle mix, both rescues, to her. I've waited this long to do a review because I am so angry, I'm shaking writing this. Any groomer especially with experience should know you NEVER shave a longer-hair chihuahua down! Their hair will not grow back. To top it off, I had instructions I had written out for her on what I wanted done! She never read them. She has a tendency to have you bring your pets in early, then doesn't groom until right before you are coming to pick them up. I had also brought my poodle mix in, not to be shaved, but to get a haircut, same damn thing. I wrote instructions, she never read them, my poor dog was so unhappy. Angie must take in too many pets and then rushes to get them done & does a horrible job. My neighbors have said the same thing. They too are looking for a new groomer. She lost her own business, I see why.

Nope. Ok. I had an appointment for two dogs. At the end of the day they had only groomed one dog. I had to actually go back the next day for them to groom my second dog. I have Dachshunds, they aren't that big. The reason why my appointment didn't get the job done....too many walk ins! Yes! That is what I was told! So nope. One star is sufficient
