DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! They over book, have too many dogs tell you to come back and then label you as a do not rebook. My dog is the least aggressive dog there is. Absolutely ridiculous. Obviously they don’t like making money. I had caller my appointment in advance because of the economy and look at how they responded to me. (A real professional would never talk to a client so disrespectfully) So rude. I have four dogs so clearly they don’t remember which one I was. I guess they are too busy to keep track with their out of date notecard system. I mean it’s 2024 and they use index cards. Obviously they have mistaken me for someone else

Chris did such an amazing job with my girl!!! I truly wish that I had a before & after photo. Nakeya was shedding by the handfuls. Now she is pure white and smells amazing❤️❤️❤️.

They got my golden retriever in the week I called! I got a BIG trim done on him, and it turned out so even and perfect. He thinks he is a farm dog so he definitely came in super dirty and rambunctious lol, but they took their time on him and he came home looking way better than I expected! This was my first time using this groomer and I will say we’ll be back, and I will be setting up an appointment for our lab.

We brought our Maggie in for a much needed grooming. She is a farm dog and gets matted and scruffy quite easily. We were absolutely amazed at the job they did on her. It took longer than normal and we understood why, so it was not at all difficult to not only pay them a very reasonable charge but to also give them a much deserved bonus for such an excellent job. PS. Maggie is older and bothered by the noise children can make, and when we brought her in, I mentioned that issue to them. They quickly rounded up the kids that were there and placed them in one area, and then took Maggie for her grooming. It is this attention to the needs of both the pet and their owners that meant so much to us. Can I add a 6th star?

We have been using the pet grooming service for the last 3 trims and our dog has been generally happy to go, (happier to leave), and the grooming has been as we have requested every time.

These guys were great. We needed to get our dogs nails clipped. We stopped in and they had us out in 10 minutes. Chris did a great job. We will be back!

I have been taking my Cash to Wizard of Paws for almost 4 years now. He's always had the best care, the most love, and amazing vase while in their hands. Ive never worried.about him while he's there. The family owned establishment will forever come highly recommended from me. I've had friends take their dogsthere And they're so happy with what and how their fur babies come home. Wonderful job to all of you, for working together so well, and loving our babies...5 stars always and more if I could give. Your patience, love, hands on constantly is so special to each of our dogs... Thank you for the peace ofmind while cash is getting groomed...🙏💯

The place is absolutely filthy, like weeks of dust, grime and pet fur. Not just a day or two. There were kids running around on all that filth and hair with no shoes. The person who was trimming my dog's nails, put the lead around her neck so tight she couldn't even hardly breath and was choking and he argued with me about how tight it was. I made him loosen it stayed with her. These are the exact conditions where your animal can pick up ringworm, kennel cough, fleas at cetera. I will never go back nor will I recommend the place.

It's been a year my dog hair still hasn't grown back, and they showed me a carpet and said you like it this short in turn I said don't cut 2nd coat well they did and he still has no hair

I can't say enough good things about Wizard of Paws! You walk in and feel like family! No joke! :) Alex is AMAZING with my Morkie!!! I'd follow her anywhere ( I did lol), and they are so lucky to have her. I would trust them in a heartbeat with any of my fur babies! Very reasonable pricing too! Easy to make an appt. So accommodating too. I am a nurse and work crazy schedules. I can drop off my baby at lunch, and pick him up later that day. Give them a try, and you won't regret it!

They were okay with dogs. Bad with puppies. Not very nice to people. Rude and even though I told them every time to make sure they got my dogs hair even everywhere. They always had parts of him that needed trimmed when I went to pick him up. And I always tipped them even when they did a bad job.
