Hate when items that are commonly bought on high shelf, have to find a way to reach. Clothes are getting more pricey for not name brand. Do like my comfy outfits. Depends on what u need, other stores are cheaper. Only place I like to get my groceries in town n everything else.

My Sister and I want to give a Shout Out to Seth in the Paint Department, Rock Falls.Seth was so helpful. Very knowledgeable in the paint department. Helped us find and mix the color we were looking for. And was just genuinely very nice, so helpful, funny and he gave us Exemplary Customer Service today!Thank you so much Seth!!!

Bought a few items. Pay. Lady hands me a bag. I get home realize that half my items are missing. I call customer service, with the receipt, with a reference number, paid with a debit card and I can't get refunded, without physical coming in.

Ok we all been to Walmart and super Walmart. The Rock falls Walmart is not a supercenter. They refused the upgrade. What I hear is the owner invest a great deal of his time, meticulously mulling over every product this place has to offer. I'm not positive but that's what I heard anyway.When u walk in it's very believable I made a full loop on a day that was pouring badly outside so I could really check it out I hadn't really been throughout this store particularly and by that I mean past the front in a decade or two. It was all the same concept just in a smaller scale. even the cheaper items are good cheap items mostly good use of space. I didn't see much room to add anything else. It does get a bit narrow in the back isles in the two back corners nobody in the store but me and another patron had to turn side says to get past each other.The isle that is probably everyone favorite or the first one passed thru is the clearance sale isle. There is an array of an assortment there. Lol you never know what it find there. It's very eclectic. Anything from neck heaters to air mattresses and random electronics and so on, for cheapThere is a really reasonably priced craft isle the prices were better than in sterlings store but the selection is limited quite a bit.I personally like the stationary section There are always a couple items on rollback or basic stationary items for cheap.I also like the tool section very reasonably priced items and the space was utilized properly from what I can tell. U can pretty much figure it out with what they have and they won't steal ur wallet in the process.The garden section definitely has what u need. It's bigger than I would expect for that size store. I like that they seem to have seeds for gardening year round and they are much cheaper than what I have seen around. I will be getting my seeds from there.Clothing can be a lil weird I have seen basic brands cost more than well known names brands I just so def which one is correct. But they covered everything u could possibly need. I did not make a purchase in this section because of it.The grocery section has no produce and they do not have freezers. No eggs or milk for along time in the fridge section dry goods are on point but no liquor limited beer section. Go there to stock up on non-perishables but not to full on grocery shop.Towels were cheaper than I have seen them anywhere.Shoes were outstandingly priced in my opinion but the small clearance section was a gold mine got the shoes I usually buy for work in my size for 4 dollars that's was good enough for me.Was told by the app they had only the tall skinny blue propane tanks but I found the short thicker green Coleman tanks in camping they had two packs and single and also by the wood and fake logs for fireplaces, there were single tanks if the Coleman's.I did have a bad experience with the minute key machine. Was making keys and it only takes exact change which I thought I had. So to my dismay I was a dollar short. So u went in to get change and come back. They cannot open drawer without purchase not even at help center which I find hard to believe. So I buy a candy bar that I didn't need or want. That's 2$ by time I get back machine had set back to normal it's unable to give refunds and usbst associated with Walmart so that was 3$ each key was 4$ per key I was having 2 made, that's 8$ so I paid 13$ for 2 keys. I'll just go the "less convenient apparently less expensive route" anywhere else.All in all not a bad store but more if a things u need not necessarily what u want store. I will be returning.

Many new workers. Some managers are very rude... went in for a quick trip, unfortunately the service desk register crashed on debit. Luckily I had some cash. Never enough cashiers at that location.. only go since it is close by.

I can’t believe the stupidity if this place, I stopped in to grab a few items I then was sitting in my car using my phone it was quite a while I was on the phone and this place actually called the police. I will never use this place again and will be changing all my prescriptions over to Walgreens. I have never had a store do this I will be talking to the manger this was totally uncalled for.

It was great to see actual cashiers and no self check outs. Everyone was friendly. Store looked a little dusty. Nobody was standing around watching everyone work.. it was actually nice.

Very small and cramped Walmart location. No self-check outs which is weird for a Walmart. Definitely skip on this location. Its worth it to travel out of the way for a better Walmart.

Worst place I can think of. Besides the fact all the employees are incredibly rude to customers, being an employees yourself is risky. My friend ended up passing away due to suicide and when I took off I was accused of not doing it "properly" and was yelled at right before being fired. Rockfalls Walmart is downright garbage. Trust when I say there is a reason they have to keep looking for workers! I'd give 0 out of 5 stars if I could

It is a small Walmart, but it still has a pharmacy and a good enough variety. It lacks vital food products but it has everything else you can normally expect from Walmart.

Good for the quick pick up. The staff is really friendly. They don't have the food items that the Super Walmart in Sterling has, however it is much quicker getting in and out. Easy and close parking is usually available.

I wanted to buy a phone and the only one available was in the next town over. I went and bought the phone there but when I tried to activate the phone... the phone couldn't be activated. Straight Talk said that the phone couldn't be activated because whoever scanned it at the register scanned it wrong. I got told to go to Sterling Walmart in my hometown multiple times. Apparently I need to start saving boxes when I buy a phone too because they can't refund the phone without the Box. I got a 3-month plan and it came with a free phone. Well this is two days I sure wish I had back.

Kayla and Brandon were beyond helpful with a return from a third-party. They went out of their way, even though it was busy, to get my return taken care of. They never questioned the return and sent me to 3rd- party. It was very much appreciated!

It is not like a regular Walmart just letting you know! It is like a giant Dollar General with only a couple aisles of food and only some of the essentials you might need. Workers are very slow, but there are a few that are very sweet even though. Sterling Walmart is the place to go for all your better quality and helping needs.

Typical Walmart... takes forever and a day to unload 2 racks cause "no one is certified to drive a forklift". Walmart needs to fix this problem. It's a waste of our time as drivers.

This is a great small in and out Walmart. Not a huge section of food at this location but quite enough if your travelling and need something fast. The staff at this store have always been very kind.

It was actually a pleasant surprise. I only went in to get vaccinated for flu & shingles (already had my covids shots) the pharmacist on duty was absolutely amazing. Very polite & insightful. You can tell the staff enjoyed working that day because they followed her suit.
