Truly appreciate the staff here for going above and beyond to fill my husband’s prescription. The first three Walgreens did not have his medication in stock and even with computer systems down the Rock Falls Walgreens took time to authorize his prescription and fill it while we waited. Excellent customer service! Thank you !

Nothing but problems at this store. Went to Walgreens tonight to pick up called in prescriptions. Pulled to the window and kid was on the speaker phone and wasn't saying anything to anyone. I was at the window. After about 10 minutes someone came to window. Looked around and said my prescription wasn't ready. I asked when will they be ready? They asked the pharmacist and he said 8. So went for a ride and came back half hour later and they still weren't ready. Was told pharmacist was behind. Why did they say 8 then. Now tomorrow we are going to have to dodge storms to get them. Other times we went, it took about 15 minutes for them to find them. Also was behind a car that evidently the people who work in there are also personal shoppers. We waited for half hour while lady working messed up customers order and had to go back and get the right stuff. It was all over the counter. This place has become so horrible. This is our last pick up there. Not going back.

We had a script sent in 3 days ago…now we’re told it’s out of stock. Didn’t you know that 3 days ag?! This is not the first time! Now we are calling everywhere, and Will be traveling somewhere I hope!

After multiple times of having them tell me my insurance will only pay for a 3 months supply after I confirmed with my insurance it will cover a 1 month supply, I am moving all my prescriptions from this terrible business. I would not recommend. There are still plenty of other options out there that communicate better with the customer and not try and get more money out of you by telling you falsehoods about what your insurance covers.

Early today (around 10:00) I called the pharmacy in the Rock Falls Walgreens for my wife and I to get an appt for our flu shots. We are seniors, so we need the stronger dose flu shot. They gave us a 2:30 time and we were happy. We got there a couple minutes early to fill out the paperwork. So we completed our papers, turned them in, and the lady said it’ll be a few minutes. Meanwhile, about three or four other people came in and asked for the same, for their flu shots. We waited in the seats nearby to be called. Well, 5, min went by, then 10, nobody was coming to give us our shots. Then 15, and 20 min went by. Finally after 25 min passed, the lady called us over and said that they are out of the stronger flu vaccine and she was sorry. I said, “We had appts, they were for nearly a half hour ago.” Why did they even give us the appts if they weren’t sure they’d have the shots? And if they’d just run out earlier, why didn’t they call or text us so we didn’t have to make the 20 min trip in, plus why did they have us sit and fill out the forms if they knew they didn’t have the shots, AND keep us sitting there waiting for 25 min knowing they were out of shots!They said they only had so many delivered, and can’t control how much or when they get the vaccines in. Then the taller, dark haired pharmacist piped in with, “We just ran out and there’s nothing we can do.” His attitude was “It’s not our problems, it’s yours.” That made me angry!They should have a way of keeping close track of how much vaccine they have, and how much is being given out, and if the run out, then don’t keep making appointments, and for sure, inform those who have appts. that they did run out and informs us not to waste our time and effort to drive to. The store, be asked to fill out the forms, be kept waiting for 25 min past our appt time, and then act as if it’s just, “OUR PROBLEM.”That guy should be fired for stating it is such a manner and acting as if our time is unimportant!I hope someone “higher up the ladder” sees this and responds appropriately. He needs to be taken down a peg or two for such a pathetic attitude!

It is fast on filling your prescriptions and they also have some groceries and fresh milk you can pick up in store if you aren't using the drive through. They have a 2 lane drive through. There is a Duncan Donuts shop right next door if you are looking for a quick breakfast.

From Nebraska and on Easter Sunday realized I didn't have enough insulin with me. Called Walgreens and the lady in the pharmacy went above and beyond to make sure I got the insulin I needed. My insurance company wasn't cooporative so she found a coupon to get me the lowest price available. Thanks for helping me out!

Always so pleased with the service at Walgreens Rock Falls.Pharmacy technicians will move Heaven and Earth to solve any physician's mishaps. The pharmacy technician will receive your script & get you on your way.They take great care of your prescription and even going as far as not altering your doctor's persuasion of care. You'll get what the doctor ordered and nothing less.

Went with husband to get 2nd. dose of vaccine, appointment was at 645pm left at 9pm lost his paperwork we just thought they were running behind. Don't think we will go there again for any type of shot.

I bought soap here to wash my bird with. Surprised the had bird soap. Pretty cool only the second time I’ve been to a Walgreens. Very impressed with the soap. Cleaned my bird so good you’d wish it didn’t clean my bird so good. Anyway. If you’re ever wondering if Walmart has bird soap they do. So stop at your local Wendy’s today because they have the meats!

The new building is in a great location with a drive thru for Rx pickup which the old location did not with Walmart across the street so whatever they don't have Walmart will so it's a win.

Had an insurance issue for my kidney transplant meds, and Rockfalls Walgreens helped me out with an emergency fill to hold me over until we get it situated, friendly service and prompt care in dealing with my medications.
