I have to say I was definitely surprised by the pizza we got!!! Pizza was loaded and delicious!!!We had stopped ordering from here because the food was not up to expectations......... But we will be ordering again!!! The local pizza shop has some competition now...... Because Pizza Hut was so good and a lot more affordable!!!!GREAT JOB!!!!!

Website is really miss leading. It offers deals with an enticing picture of a pizza that includes meat, sausage, and other garnishes, when you order pizza it comes as a plain cheese. The deal does not match whats in the picture. I can’t stand dishonesty and businesses that like to hook customers. You literally have to read the fine print now when order a pizza. I will never order from them again.

My grandma and I usually order once in a while and never had any issues until recently. Pizza Hut partnering with door dash now is the dumbest thing ever. The other day we ordered and the first dasher didn’t give us our drink so I called and told them and they sent a new dasher to bring it. This dasher was pretty much demanding and insisting we needed to pay an extra $6.92 because according to him we ordered through and after I explained to him what happened and that we ordered through Pizza Hut he still said we owed him and didn’t leave until I called Pizza Hut and they confirmed we didn’t owe him anything and the delivery was free. Pizza Hut either needs to stop using door dash or communicate better and make it clear the customers don’t owe the dasher/door dash anything under any circumstances.

The wings were very good. The pizzas were horrible. No taste whatsoever. Very little sauce and toppings. All you could taste was the breaded crust. We will not order from there again. Sure has changed for the worse in the last year.

Would give a minus five if possible. They gave us an empty box and then didn't even bother to try and make it right. We are out of the delivery area, so the best they offered was a refund in three days. The pizza I did get was undercooked. To top it off, the manager Charity hung up on me when I asked for the corporate number. Worst experience with this store ever.

Yesterday, my husband and I ordered the new cheesesteak pizza and we asked for it to be golden brown because lately when we order pizza it’s always doughy and taste like it’s not fully cooked. We also ordered honey barbecue, boneless chicken, wings and breadsticks. We got the food earlier than the designated time which always nice to see. The breadsticks and the boneless chicken wings were fine however look like it was barely cooked and extremely doing, and I request of golden brown did not happen. Toppings look like they weren’t even cooked & cold. We ended up throwing it in our oven and finish cooking it because it was cold and doughy. I was going to call and complain however, my husband was hungry & did not want to make a fuss. We simply just dealt with it. I honestly would give zero stars if that was an option.

First, $35 for 8 pieces = $5/piece. Too much for what it isSecond, the manager was very rude to my friend who was sitting on the curb outside waiting for the pizza to be ready.Third, I ordered extra cheese and it didn't seem very thick at all.Fourth, they are chincy with the toppings.

To start off I hardly have problems at this location. The pizza and other items are always on time and as ordered. This time was even better experience at the end. I updated the app and placed an order. The app glitched somehow and when i placed it, the app still had my order in the cart. I closed the and went back in and cart was empty and order was placed for pickup. About 20 min or so later i get a text from doordash about delivery status, i was like i ordered for pickup. So i checked the app again and it said delivery, i was like whaaaaat. I called in a little deturbed by the issue and the manager said the order was ready and would take care of doordash. She went really far and above expectations.Thank youI will defenatly be returning for sure

I payed with my card over the phone they guy said it didn't go through so I said no worries I will pay cash. When he gets here I paid cash and he reassured me my card won't be charged....well it did go through on my bank statement so I was triple charged for 1 order of cheese sticks....I ended up paying 23.11 on my card plus 18 in cash ...called the manager* Sasha *to straighten things out she hung up on me then did not answer the business phone when I called back. This is the worst food experience in my life. Talk about terrible work ethics along with no experience at how to handle this situation...she didn't handle anything but hanging up the phone. Never again pizza hut .

We tried the cheesesteak pizza for the first time and was very disappointed. It hardly had any toppings and seemed it could have cooked longer as well. Just very disappointed when you look forward to it and its not up to your expectations.

I ordered take out and was given the wrong pizza. Unfortunately I didn't realize this until I got back home and at that point having a hungry tired family, I didn't feel like going back and waiting another 30 mins for the correct pizza. The pizza wasn't good. The cheese wasn't melted and crust could have been cooked longer. I will not be going back and would rather order a frozen pizza as that tastes better than the Pizza Hut one

Pizza was good but could have been hotter. Never mind they put my order in the warmer (even after comparing the order slips) when I was standing right there waiting!New order: This time around, they got the order wrong & most of it was lukewarm or cold (marinara sauce for breadsticks).

Started working in the area a year ago and was sad when you were closed. Now that your back open I have had tons of great experiences and couldn't be more happier with Jen and Tasha. Great staff! The place is clean! The food is fresh and hot!

Ive never had an issue in the past i order every two weeks i normally get a big dinner box and because i dont like there wings or pasta so i get an extra order of breadsticks, all of a sudden today its an issue and a hassle and it cant be done keep in mind i been ordering like this for 2+ years

Went inside ordered veggie pasta , added sausage cuz can't get it over the phone. Did not get sausage after paying extra. Sauce for breadsticks is cold. Not impressed. Worker was friendly, just not impressed with food changes.

Mold in kitchen area, under the drink fountains and your food is being made with pans that are set on racks with Grease and dust build up. Clean that place up, it used to be amazing will not go back until the health department checks them out.

If i could give less than one star i would. I hate writing these comments cause as a manager of a restaurant myself i know what the weight they carry but honestly something had to be said. I called to see if they were still open and chyanne answered the phone. She said they closed at 10 and this was like 9:26. I tried ordering online but it didnt work so i went up there. Entered, was greeted and made it worse chyanne was apparently in a mood and that seeped over into my experience. While taking my oder the two closing staff kept interrupting my ordering which is fine, they needed guidance from chyanna but sis wasnt it. She showed her frustration and dismay all over her face. If you can handle night shift love me a mid or opening manager
