I left items behind and tried calling them it says lines busy all the time I just want my cheesecake and my Twinkies and the personal checking us out severely slow. Like on purpose took forever to have a few items scanned me pay won't be out the door

For some of these remarks of the DG in Rock Falls saying that it was dirty and cluttered which is totally wrong our store has always been very clean you can get through the aisles and we work our butt off to keep it clean. Also the remark with the two registers we always have to have one person working on the floor putting things away and one working on the register, when we get behind we do call up the other person to work on the register, I have been at this DG for four and a half years and enjoy working there, a lot of the times our budget has been cut to keep enough people on the registers. We work as fast as we can to get through our line and when the other employee is on break we are not allowed to come back and clock in and help due to budget cuts,so I apologize to people that have to stay in line too long but we try to get through the line as fast as we can.

I love DG- much friendlier than Walmart, and love their digital coupons! I will say, however, you cannot be in a hurry at the RF location if there are many patrons- they never open the 2nd register too readily! Sterling DG is awesome, and speedy!

This location is very run down. It's always cluttered, the smell is horrible. It smells like paint thinner or some type of times Everytime we go in. The staff has always been nice though , no problem with that.

I was in this store on 11/10/2019 and payed with my Debit card and the next day looked at my banck account It was charged for the same purchase twice for the exact same amount back-to-back. Will never shop there in Rock falls Dollar general ever again...

Much larger than other Dollar Generals I've been to. Clean store and friendly staff. Very well stocked and a lot of products.

Clean place you can find everything easy but usually a line an only one check out lane open an even backed up most of the time they dont open a 2nd one.

Not sure why somebody wasn't at the register. Between here and Walgreens it takes awhile to check out because there is no bell to ring if you are ready.

it's ridiculous how you have to stand in line to pay for what u want if one of the clerk's is on break They won't come out n help their customers or their co-workers...It's sad when there's 5-8 people standing n line to check out WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE....?!
