Dog has been sick near end stage kidney failure.Able to get in right away Had blood work done.. Not eating. Basically have to decide what to do. Wish there were payment plans. Workers helped me bring in pet since was alone, she is a bigger size dog

I had to come here today due to unfair and unjust reasons, but if it had to be anywhere, I'm glad it was here. The staff were all extremely friendly and sweet, genuinely friendly and sweet. They talked with me on a personal level, not in a staff/corporate speak. They made sure I had everything I needed, checked on me, gave me plenty of time and space, and we're just damn good people. I'm sorry we all had to meet under such terrible circumstances, but I'm glad we still did. And as a bonus they got some friendly and chunky office cats that roam and just want some love!

Took my 7 year old cat to get neutered. He's never been to the vet, they were very nice and he came home and was back to normal. I like that it's a small clinic. Not a lot of noise and smells that usually freak out pets. He was very relaxed while there. Taking my 3 month old kittens next month for their vaccinations and scheduling for them to get fixed next. I don't need all the bells and whistles cuz pets like simple and easy. Less stress on them which makes the experience a good one for them. So they can get back home, to doing what cats do best , anything they want..

I use groomer attached to this vet facility. Rita S. Is fantastic! She has groomed my do since he was a pup. He is now 7. Fantastic work grooming and reasonable cost for grooming! Ask for Rita!

Very good with all my dogs. We had an emergency with one of my dogs when she broke her jaw and they stopped everything and rushed to help. Dr Haney and her staff are very nice and professional.

I have usually had decent service from them but this last time was horrible. The vet needs to get some new staff. I called Wednesday trying to get my dog in for an allergic skin reaction and was told they would try to fit her in and would call me back. The receptionist was super all over the place with that phone call very distracted. However I never heard back called 3 other times that day always went to voicemail. Left a voicemail still never heard back. Here it is now Friday and when I called complaining of a lack of phone call back the receptionist was rude and dismissive. Said she couldn't get my dog in until the next week. My poor dog now has to suffer for a week because they never called me back and failed to tell me they don't take appointments on WEDNESDAYS. No other vet in the area can get my dog in either as everyone is booked and only a select few take care credit. I wish the receptionist had told me up front they Don't take appointments on Wednesdays or called me back atleast because then maybe I couldn't have figured something else out. Very disappointed this time around with the service.!

We've been going there for over 5 years now. We have 2 English Bulldogs and a Lab/Boxer mix. Their prices are very reasonable and the staff makes you feel like family. The welcome puppy/dog kisses and kitty/cats purrs. They treat your fur children as if they were theirs. We've been going there not only for shots but for surgeries and etc.

They care about your animal. They have the best prices around. I mean a rabies vaccine is a rabies vaccine. It does smell like pets in there. But it’s a vet clinic.

I took my dog here for both boarding and regular vet care. The staff treated her like a queen and she would get so excited to go to “Doggie Hotel”. I was always able to get an appointment quickly when she was sick. The vet always explained the care plan and was not quick to order invasive testing. We recently had to say goodbye to our old girl and they were very compassionate with us.

I recently switched to this vet and I absolutely love them! I pay so much less and receive so much more. You can take your cats urine sample there and they run it to see if you actually need to bring your pet in. The groomer is so kind, she sat in on my cats vet visit and took about 10 minutes petting her and getting to know her since her grooming appointment was the next day. Very sweet people. You can send emails with questions and they are quick to help. This vet imo is much better quality than the ones i've been to in this area in the past, including Polo, Milledgeville, River Ridge, and Happy Tails.

Quite honestly, this is one of the worst places to take your animal. My grandma boarded her dog here and everytime she gets mistreated. They're lazy people. Her dog came back and when we went to pet her, she ducked. Whenever we touched her side, she flinched. I'm guessing from these things that she had been hit multiple times. My grandma WOULD NEVER hit her and she did not do these things before taking her to this place. Let's just say that we're never boarding with this place again. Try to go somewhere else if you need somewhere to board your animal.Note: We had no other options for her dog on such short notice. That's unfortunately why we had to board her here.

My dog Spinelli, is a very high energy and anxious golden retriever. Vet took the time to form a relationship with my dog, gave lots of positive reinforcement but without making him too overly excited. She was thorough with her exam, and answered all of my questions without judgment. I am a dog groomer, and often times groomers observations or opinions are shut down or dismissed because we don't have a "medical degree." she respected my profession and took the time to examine my concerns, as well as taking the time to educate me on things as well! I also LOVE Rita, their groomer. I work at a different grooming salon. Her and I both work together as a team to do what's best for all animals. It's not about competition or making money. It's about doing what's best for each pet and their grooming needs. We both refer each other clients if we are fully booked etc.. especially during the pandemic...we couldnt have done it if we didnt work together.I read through some of the reviews, and shake my head. If you bring in a matted dog, it will be shaved. It's the most humane thing to do. A lot of complaints about snell.. we work with animals. Sometimes scared, or excited animals will pee/poop or both.. unfortunately it doesn't smell great, and even with proper cleaning and sanitation can linger sometimes. Unless you see piles of poop and pee laying around, I feel it's a bit unfair to 1star for that reason alone. Unexpected charges can also be avoided if you explain in advance that you are unable to afford it at that time. Any additional testing isn't done to nickle and dime pet parents. It's done because felt necessary by the professional to provide your pet with the best Healthcare possible. Healthcare is expensive..especially for our pets. So if your only looking to get the bare minimum, communicate that. Otherwise any and every good vet is going to cover all the bases & coulld be additional charges. I recommend this vet and groomer 100%

You can really tell that the staff here truly cares about the care and health of the animals they help!We just adopted an elderly cat from them, named Snowwhite and she is SUCH A SWEETHEART.They gave us some fancy Science Diet food, some treats, and toys for her when we got her. You can tell they really care.
