Nicole is great. Beginning this past Friday she spent time trying to help me with a back-ordered med, suggesting that I call back today to see if it was inbound.Calling today, and after being on hold for 21 minutes I spoke with Amy who was the polar opposite of Nicole. Amy advised me to call the manufacturer to find out what the problem is. I suggested that was impractical. She then told me to locate the med myself, and get my doctor to call in a new Rx. She was condescending and dismissive.I understand there can be problems. I don't have the resources to address them, but Walgreens should have multiple resources. No manager on duty. No helpful info.Again, kudos to Nicole. Wish I could have spoken with her again today

Like a Walgreens all on the corner make sure you don’t miss them. Place was clean employees were extremely friendly. There was not a lot of customers there I went to pick up flowers and they had a good selection was satisfied. Parking was very easy.

I've used Dekalb Walgreens for years, no issue thought Walgreens is Walgreens we'll switch to a closer pharmacy. THE BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER MADE!!!! All my son's prescriptions he's been getting for the past 4 years are a struggle to get filled at the Rochelle Walgreens. Every time his 1 is sent from Doctors office with the same instruction they can't understand that it's a double dose 1st dose & single dose the following days. After this call from the docot we will be returning to the Dekalb location!

You never know when someone needs to hear something kind. The wonderful associate just now literally made my day. She didn't know me at all, nor my current situation, but she passed along such kind words. I'm actually in my cat in tears because she really did make a difference for me. This Walgreens was pretty clean, spacious and well-organized compared to some other ones I've been to. The bathroom was clean, too. The Pharmacy staff was clear, professional and friendly. The Pharmacist was knowledgeable and explained everything I need to know. I'd recommend this location. Thank you to the staff for taking care of me.

Walgreens typically has some of the best sales on Dr. Pepper 12 packs and cereal. I also recommend the cheap gaming headsets ($10-20) they have as a decent low-cost option for kids.

Messed up my prescription for a cream 3 times and delayed it twice, yet they messaged me it was ready and I came in 3 times only to be told it’s not ready it. Finally when it’s ready they try to charge me 2400 for a small tube and tell me my insurance card is wrong. After calling my provider, the co pay was still over 200. Contacted a different pharmacy for the product and it was only 400 before insurance and no copay. Yet they don’t see the possible issue that their pricing is wrong. My insurance card was correct as well. Pharmacy techs were rude on all 3 occasions. Not impressed

I had dealt with a horrible pharmacy team at another other Walgreens before. At this one I have always been treated with respect and courtesy, ever since since I first dropped off scripts here several months ago. Very nice technicians, and the pharmacist doesn't use his "discretion" to over rule my own Dr. and insurance. Always consistent and reliable here. I am on no Class 2 meds, so might play a factor, but they never make me wait till I am completely without to get my meds.

I put in an app order for a cell phone charger and 30 minutes went by and the associate that answered the phone said they were short staffed and promised they would pull the item and have it ready in 10 mins at the drive through.I just wanted to say I know how that feels to be stressed and short staffed and she is doing a great job. I appreciate her time and I hope she sees this.

Although this Walgreens wasn’t able to accommodate us for vaccinations, they went above and beyond to contact another local merchant who they knew would be able to help us. They went out of their way to be helpful And put in a lot of Effort. Great job to the pharmacy team at this location.

Excellent customer service. Not to mention that the photo center is way better than the one at Walmart. I have them make a photo canvas for me for Father's Day and they went over the layout with me before proceeding to the end product, made it on the spot within 20 minutes and put it in a awesome protective box for me. They will have my photo business from here on.

I have several prescriptions which I had been filling at this Walgreens, one of those being a controlled substance (Vyvanse). Initially, this Walgreens created a big problem with my insurance regarding the Vyvanse... Long story, but it took a couple months to work out, and one woman working the pharmacy was rude to me on more than one occasion. Pharmacy staff have refused to fill my prescription until I've run out, or the day before I run out. I live 30 minutes away from any pharmacy, so this is pretty inconvenient. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this Walgreens pharmacy.

Everyone at Walgreens pharmacy and the store associates have Been the best and most real loving people I have met . I had an incident at their store a very bad one and they still opened their arms to me with even with my mental illness. Thank you so much for taking care of me you have this customer for life
