I get the same drink every time, and every time it tastes different like something was left out. My drink this morning tasted horrible. Makes me want to go back to DD at least I’m only paying $3 for a drink that tastes bad not $7

Always under staffed, half the crew has no idea how to make any specialty drinks, and any order besides black coffee tastes vastly different every time you order. Half of the time you order cold foam, they put about a tablespoon in there. If you’re going to charge $7 for a drink, get a freaking competent staff. The rest of these reviews are 100% bots, as I have gone to this Starbucks at least 20-30 times and almost never have a good experience.

I can say I am not a fan of Starbucks, never had been. I go there for one thing and that's the Medicine Ball. Having said that the young man who runs the drive-thru is exceptional. Always friendly and goes above and beyond. I wish you could send your workers to teach the Dunkin about customer service. I just wish I like Starbucks more. Thank you and wonderful job!

We love the Rochelle Starbucks! Staff is awesome. Never a concern with drink or food orders. We have been early in the morning, busy afternoons and evenings. My only critique - clean and reset your patio daily. With little ones, sun lovers and the occasional dog, sometimes outside works best. Thank you for taking a chance on Rochelle!

I ordered via a mobile order. Parking was easy with wide spots and easy to navigate traffic flow. The drink was made correctly and was ready upon my arrival. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (some random tissue was on the ground) but it was still in reasonable condition. Overall, it's a good Starbucks option if you are driving through the area.

Unfortunately, this location is going to operate like an Elementary School for the time being. It would be nice if they’d give someone a chance to scan their reward points before throwing the card reader out the window at you. Or maybe politely ask if you have rewards? As even the sloppiest McDonald’s will do for you.

Their kale and mushroom egg bites are SO good. I was skeptical because I actually don’t like eggs, but these were DELICIOUS. They were so good that i came back the next day and got two orders of them lol.
