Super nice Pilot, lots of selection, well marked entry and exit for trucks. Had one of the best showers, really clean, HOT water. They have deals on sweat pants and hoodies even nail polish for us lady truckers (even though I don't use it nice to be remembered)

Restrooms nasty. They need to be properly cleaned. There was an employee in there just flushing toilets. That’s not good enough. CLEAN YOUR RESTROOMS PROPERLY.

Stopped for fuel and lotto tickets.The pumps work and are clean.They have a lottery ticket vending machine, so it was simple to load some cash and try my luck.

Not sure how long it’s been a Pilot but looks like a New place…. But for sure has sum issues… they need someone outside cleaning the area and also the fuel pumps… the inside of store is pretty clean…. I’m not sure if the floors are dirty and need mopped or what the deal is…. Another issue is they have this women sittin at the back door selling life insurance and it looks like she has her friends up there and some kids… so all them seats are take up…. As for as the tv room looks pretty nice beside all the cardboard box’s of def stacked up to the TVs… I like the new design on store but seems like they trying to draw in business like Buc-eeS and at the end of the day it’s the Drivers they need to be worrying about and making sure we have what we need…

6am on Sunday no wait for showers and plenty of truck parking. Best quality breakfast at any Pilot I've been too from California to Pennsylvania.

Fueling first time here and it was a great experience. This gas station is so good for truckers that they get everything under one shelter. I also took the shower and shower's were pretty big as compared to other station and there are lots of parking spots are available here. Customer service was also great here and you will get lots of food options here.

The fuel pump stop at 40 gallons for me twice! So that sucks. But parking is limited because apparently truckers stop driving at 3pm. Anyway. The showers were huge and clean! The PJ fresh food was actually good which was shocking. Overall I think it’s one of the best pilot in Illinois

This is the worst pilot I have ever been too I just went to do a relay card less money code and they don’t know how to do it and it shows step by step on my phone how to do it but they didn’t want to look at it so I said screw it and I will go to another pilot or flying j where someone was trained right and knows how to do it I will never come back to this pilot since the pump didn’t work last night and they barely have hot water for showers managers please train your cashiers on how to do things

( at the time of this post 11/29/21 )Otr’s if you’re in this area. This is a quiet, clean, fairly spaced location for a 10 or 34. Showers overly spaced and cleaner than your grandmas bathroom before the holidays. Definitely consider this location before other truck stops in this area.

Best Pilot to date! Everything was spotless, showers are huge, food was fresh and delicious, and not only did they have enough staff (big challenge lately) but all the employees were courteous and friendly, they actually smile !! Thank you !

There is a high yellow older black woman with glasses who should apply for a job elsewhere. She is terrible and very unfriendly. Zero customer service skills. I'm sure she'll still be here as long as she wants to work here though. Ironically I look like the gentleman who referenced her behavior several views down. I can't imagine that she treats everyone the same because there's no way she'd still be here. She was working at 3:30 a.m. 9-16-23

Usually my truck stops reviews are 2-3 stars because well, most of them suck. How refreshing it is to stop by this location to see the size and cleanliness of the showers and cleanliness of the facility in general. The parking lot is a littlw.tight but I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me a place where I can actually ENJOY my shower and get some rest. I encourage all truckers to get your fuel here to help support this leadership team. We'll done!

Been stopping here once a week since they opened. Pumps keep going down or drizzle out and no hot breakfast this morning. No pot roast or sides last night. Same wings and pizza under lamps from last night. Petro and Iron Skillet from now on.

DUDE!!! I don’t know if all the showers were like the #2 showers but DAAAAYUUUM!! Two showers heads!! My wife and I live out of our truck. Very nice when you come across these giant showers!! You want to talk about CLEAN? You ain’t going to get a shower any cleaner than that one was!! Good Job Pilot!! Love’s, TA, Petro, you’d best take notice!! 😎

I don’t go inside after 10pm because of discriminatory behavior of a light skinned woman with glasses. Every time I go inside and she is working, she’ll stop what she’s doing and observe me to see if I’m going to shoplift. This has been going on too long to ignore. I got the store number 1181 and wanted to expose stereotypical discrimination atmosphere for black males.

This Pilot suffers from awful parking lot/fuel lane design. If there's a sufficiently long enough line, it completely immobilizes anyone trying to park or leave their parking spot. The inside is fantastic, but P/FJ has been designing truckstops for over four decades. There's got to be a better way to handle fuel traffic. I can easily foresee trucks lining up to the street at this location.

It's now standard for a sleeper truck to pull a 53 foot trailer, the parking spaces here are 5 feet too short to be able to Park safely. Definitely needs an expansion, it was packed full by 2pm. Showers are awesomely huge. Although I can see the staff is getting a little lazy at cleaning them.

Clean showers and friendly staff. Thank you to the employees of this pilot for being there for the truckers that stay there went away from home. You are definitely above and beyond 95% of the pilots I stop at. Keep up the good work. And to the one kitchen gal, thanks for have everything fresh in the morning. It really made for a nice morning to be able to get fresh food out of the pan.
