Can't say I like this place the employees seem more worried about socializing then service. I've had an order of mine sit behind the counter for over ten minutes and nobody gave it to me. At the time I didn't realize it was mine until they finally handed it to me. The food never seems to be right and more often than not something will be wrong with your order if you use the drive thru.

Order was incorrect which wasn't the issue. The issue was I had nobody even attempt to even look in my direction to help. Finally a young man comes over, but just ignores me completely and talks with his friend who had just walked up. I let it go for about 30 seconds before I asked him if he'd mind helping a customer first. He just gave me excuses then another employee who has customer service skills came and gave me my correct order. I hope this young man will learn from the experience and do better.

I ordered for counter pick up at our local Mcdonald's from the app. It clearly said counter pick up. When I got there they rudely argued with me and said I had to go through the drive thru even when I showed them the order on the phone that said pick up. I finally relented and went through the drive thru, where they proceeded to tell me I had to come inside. I wasted so much time because they messed up reading the order and when we finally got it, it wasn't even right.

Insanely upset at the moment. Was enjoying my nuggets and this worker suddenly decided she’s hungry and gets to eat some of my nuggets?? Elyssia was her name? Over the moon with rage. Weight watchers is something that should be in consideration.Wheelchair accessibility: There was a sign on the ramp for people with wheelchairs. It stated “only walkers can use this, stand up.” What the heck.

Brought my daughters in for breakfast and there’s trash and fries all over the floor only 2 or 3 clean tables, ice machine empty, stood at the counter for 5 mins before someone even acknowledged I was standing there, some god awful hip hop blasting from the kitchen, and a employee that was definitely not wearing work appropriate clothing. And I’m pretty sure that’s a tooth in the third picture.

Went through the drive-thru to get my food the young kid taking my order got attitude with me because apparently they don't know how to listen when I asked a simple question about what came on my food and they then tried to give me something else on my order then when I told them that there wasn't supposed to be anything extra that what I wanted taken off was supposed to be from the food already on there and then you can get Lippy with me they need to get rid of all these young kids and get actual workers heaven forbid any of them actually say anything positive instead of just throw your food at you

Completely remodeled, clean and the staff was very helpful. I didn't have the issues that most people had with the food delivery speed, but then again the place was empty. Nothing special at all with this McDonald's, its McDonald's.

Drive there tonight and place an order about 30 minutes ago. We ordered two double filet o fish meals, large, 13 cookies and requested that it be made fresh. When we got to the window to pay, they told us NO ONE knew how to make cookies and they didn’t have enough so they had to issue a refund for them. First red flag. We live three minutes from the place, got home and noticed the food was not fresh NOR was it double filets. We went back and had them remake the order. Got back home the second time and noticed only one sandwich was made correctly, the other was made as a single filet. We called and explained the mistake, the person who we spoke too was very reluctant to take full accountability for the mistake claiming she watched the person make it. Well you watched him make it wrong. The same person who issued the refund for the cookies claimed she could not issue one for the full meal. Claimed to call her GM and said we’d have to wait until the morning before we could get a refund. It’s 11 o’clock on a Saturday night. $21 dollars for food wasted, not to mention the damn near $6/gal gas wasted going back and forth. This Mc Donald’s needs to be shut down, all bad reviews and no accountability for anything. Also Rachael is the name of the person that answered the phone and is a manager but does not know how to make cookies. If she spent more time doing her actual job instead of drugs, maybe you’d get a good review 😉..look like you STEAL money out the draw face ahhh

Edit: Tried my luck again. Fail! This is seriously the worst McDonald's ever! Ordered a sausage, egg & cheese biscuit. They somehow forgot the sausage! 🤦🏻‍♂️ At least the dogs are good this morning!People before me, people after me and myself included all had messed up orders. I ended up with the sandwich the poor girl from drive thru was missing. The food was decent and hot, but the service was horrible! The manager on duty was clearly upset about her crews performance, but it is her crew!

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The general manager is the most incompetent person I have ever met. I watched him treat his employees and his customers like trash. I had two groups of people in-front of me walk out due to the lack of service by the employees and the manger. I had to order twice, My own doing, But both times the kid who helped me had no idea what he was doing. I can only assume there was little to no training.

The absolute worst visit I've ever had at Macdonald's. Eat in experience. Only 1customer present inside eating. Facility had a bad body odor to it, tables and countertops were in need of cleaning, floor needed cleaning, placed order for 2 chicken wraps, see photo of one, looks like they were short of chicken. The other had a piece about 3/4's the size. I've ordered these at numerous other places and have never experienced anything like this. Ketchup dispensers (2) were empty, an inquiry brought me ketchup packs with no effort on their behalf to refill the containers and clean up the messy and unhealthy area. The french fries were hot and good along with my drink...otherwise a complete disaster and disappointment in McDonalds. It will be quite sometime before I or any family member visits McDonalds again.

I don’t normally write reviews and especially not negative ones, but this place is a dumpster fire. I’m on a carnivore diet so I only eat meat. I occasionally stop by if I forget to pull meat out of the freezer for work. I order a beef patty with cheese and bacon. That’s it…nothing else on it. No bun, no condiments, just meat, cheese, bacon. They mess it up every time…and it takes forever. I just don’t know if the kids here just don’t give a damn or are new or what, but service is awful. I’m sure they are good people and are underpaid so I feel for them, but they can’t follow instructions…

We ordered a Large Mocha Frappe on the app. Normally it costs $3.79 but the app usually gets you $2 off and the total was $1.92. This makes it considerably cheaper than the Starbucks equivalent. I always joke with my wife and tell her it's just "a chocolate milkshake with caffeine". While it's really delicious I often wonder why the outside of the cup is ALWAYS sticky. Who wants to drive with sticky hands?

Idk who makes your coffee in the middle of the day but they’ve routinely made it wrong. Iced coffee isn’t supposed to be half creamer and sweetened flavor it literally tastes like you shot creamer and vanilla only in there with a splash of coffee. There is a recipe. Clearly your people need to be trained to follow it. Your management should do a better job.

Came in on October 14th 2023 trying to get myself a meal before a funeral and was completely disrespected, the manager gave no acknowledgment to the gentleman attempting to take my order (the card reader was malfunctioning) was even trying to call him over and he as well got no acknowledgment I will say that the crew members are also visibly upset it seems that this is not a new thing to their staff of being disregarded and not heard. I also waited 18 minutes with no orders on their screen for a big Mac very disappointed in this service. Hopefully this place can improve on treatment

Chose to eat my lunch at the galena st. Location in Dixon il and as I was pulling in I instantly was regretting my decision as I witnessed the influx of students from the Dixon high school. I wished I hadn’t deleted my phone app to order but went in anyway. Yup, the lobby was packed with students waiting to order, so I decided to saddle up to the remote kiosk and place my order. Low and behold, 5 minutes or less my order was called up. I Was impressed. Additionally, the staff has handily processed all of the students that had migrated there for lunch before I was through my first sandwich. Then the second and third wave came through and were processed before I had finished my whole meal. Granted I took my time to watch how seamlessly this McDonald’s staff worked through the glut of customers without a hitch. My hat off the the owner/manager for excellent planning and training of her staff and the self respect the staff had for themselves to work that well.

This place has always been great up until the last few times I’ve been there. Las two times there’s been some little punk Mexican high school boys with bad attitudes trying to look hard. Lol please I know women that would clear y’all. Not to mention we ordered sweet tea and got unsweetened. Went back and asked them to correct it and got unsweetened again. Not sure if it wasn’t made properly or if the little punk did it intentionally. Quit acting like tough guys when you 80lbs and look like you have the masculinity of 13 year old girls. Where I come from acting like that can get you hurt. SMH lol

Laziest workers ever. I swear everytime we come to this location (which is rare), we have to wait in drive thru for at least 10 minutes just for them to finally tell us "sorry we're closed for renovations". How many renovations can this location possibly have. How about do your jobs and put a burger on the grill.. not that hard
