Fist time at this location and at Dunkin' (in years). I think the woman I spoke with was Victoria, but I'm not 100%. Either way, outstanding customer service! It was a simple order but I had a few questions, she didn't hesitate. She explained everything and then some. Very kind and patient. I would love to recruit her! I look forward to coming back.

When I went to this location this morning to place my order, granted it was not a normal menu order. I do order it almost every other day at another location. The pricing was figured out and accepted there and at other locations. When a discrepancy in the bill came up she chose to get snarky and rude. She was a rather large woman, with a dark complexion, and tattoos. She was definitely not concerned with figuring out the pricing. Rather just getting snippy and asking me for proof of pricing with a receipt. By no means am I expecting the customers always right type of situation. But at least don't cop an attitude with me.

Go to Starbucks.... Ordered 4 egg, bacon, & cheese croissants. Extremely dry croissants and the bacon was burnt so bad it looks like the devil cooked it. Three of the packs of hash browns were dumped out in the bag and one of the sandwiches looks like someone put it in their hand and squeezed as hard as they could. Do yourself a favor and go to Starbucks down the street. $40 of regret.

Not all, but most of the people that work here are just rude, snotty, disrespectful people. They treat customers with that same disrespect, and every time you go in, all you hear is employees gossiping about everybody and they mama. Sorry but who wants to be surrounded by drama-oriented, childish, and disrespectful people when you’re just waking up and want some food/coffee? I’m not one to complain either, but this is a little extreme. If customer service is a significant part of your job, so is respect, compassion, and putting your pride and ego aside to be a great employee. It’s really not hard to be a good person.

We use to spend $60 a week. After numerous mistakes and very rude window person, we give up. Chris is great. Chris would make our drinks perfectly, however he's not there.Now we do Starbucks.

I go to dunkin daily. The only thing that gets me, is they like to toss all your donuts in one bag. Majority of the time I come home and all the donuts are messed up. The other day I got 2 Boston creams and the tops of the chocolate were stuck together. They need to be put in separate sleeves or if the icing is still wet they should put them in small boxes. It's just common sense! If I don't ask for them to be put in their own bags they are just thrown together.

Holy cow wait till you read this one.So I order 2 breakfast sandwiches toasted. With white cheddar over American. Remember it's toasted. I get American cheese on them, SO I let them know it's wrong. I ordered with white cheddar. So I kid you not dude goes back to fix the order by ripping the melted cheese off the sandwich and replacing it with the new cheese and hands them back to me. Like you can't make this stuff up. If your order is wrong watch them when you ask for the replacement.I ended up asking for a manager and got the both remade

Doors were locked despite the sign on the door saying open at 5:00 a.m. went to the drive-thru 15 cars in line waited 20 minutes not good!

They are charging $1 extra for light ice on drinks because the manager told them they’re losing product by doing light ice. It is shady to charge more without warning customers you are doing so. If they didn’t fill the entire cup with ice and gave what we pay for then we wouldn’t need to ask for light ice. They are stealing from their customers. Employees say they are told by manager to fill entire cup with ice to not waste product. Someone should report them to BBB.

Ordered an iced mocha coffe with liquid sugar and cream …. Supposedly I got an original with liquid sugar and cream according to the cup… there’s definitely NO SUGAR OR MOCHA IN THE CUP!! I don’t even think there is coffee in it!!!! Pretty sure I got a cup of watered down creamer on top of sitting at their drive thru window for ten minutes waiting on their card reader! Definitely not their best day!!

Went through the drive-thru and no matter what Dunkin I visit, they are always a little too slow for me! However, that doesn't subtract from the incredible customer service and great food I always get whenever I decide to go there, so please visit a Dunkin near you! I ordered the snacking bacon, hashbrowns, and a coconut mixed drink...was worth every second I waited for it, too!

Lately, disappointed to the extent that I don't go there. My routine is an XL coffee plain ordered on the app at least 10 minutes out to be picked up inside. When I get there, the empty cup is sitting there and I wait for it behind the people in the drive through window. Maybe some poor change of routine?Defeats the purpose of the mobile ordering option, right? There is no simpler drink and I like it to sit there a bit a cool down. Just disappointed, I guess.

Not sure why I keep coming here.. Everytime I order my drink it NEVER tastes right... So I started telling them how many pumps of French vanilla to add, for a while that worked, and now it's back to tasting awful. The person working the drive will interrupt me. I used to work at a fast food restaurant in the drive, I know you have questions you need to ask. But when I'm only ordering one drink and I'm telling you everything you need to know... It would be nice if they waited two seconds. The people working there tend to have an attitude and are never pleasant to talk to. They are always standing around and not working when there is a line of cars... I used to go there frequently, but within the past few months service has gone way downhill.

Everyone I go there I'm super disappointed. It always takes forever to get my order, for coffee. They open at 5 but sometimes have the doors still locked at 530. 75% of the time the coffee order is wrong. One person even responded in disgust that I didn't want a flavor shot in my coffee. The latest time which has pushed me to the edge of actually make a review... It took 10 minutes to get through 2 cars in the drive thru and when I finally got my iced coffee with extra cream and sugar the generously added hazelnut flavoring. I didn't realize it until I was on the highway already. I never go back, I never call and complain, I don't want free stuff, I'm not difficult, I just want people to do their job better. That's a tall order nowadays.

Not a five star review for two reasons: I don't go here regularly, but at least twice I've gone and they have had a limited menu due to some of their equipment being down. The other reason is that the drive thru is usually not fast. I have waited as long as 18 minutes from pulling in to leaving. Several times I've been asked to pull forward if I ordered something off the grill, but I've never seen them do that to anyone else, which I would think could help move the line quicker. Not a place I can count on for a quick breakfast on my way to work.

It would be nice if there was consistency in how the drinks are made, I could order the same drink 5 days in a row and it will taste different every time or not be made right at all. I'm not one to throw a fit over a drink but come on folks when something has 4 ingredients you should have no excuse for missing one. A few of the employees are very friendly and courteous and others don't appear to like their jobs at all.

Food and drinks were good. The staff was good especially Maggie. She was the nicest one there and brand new. My only complaint was an employee named Jason. I have never met such an egotistical and condescending person. I really hope he isnt the manager because he doesn't deserve it. Please fine a manager who knows how to interact with customers and their employees. Meeting him has literally brought this experience/store for me to a one star. Trust me when I say I was not the only one who had a problem with him. Customers before me had issues and he embarrasses his employees in front of customers. I feel sorry for that store.
