I asked the cashier if she could tell me how much the electric chainsaws cost, she said that I can't see them so I can't tell you. I said that they are right behind you on the floor. She just sat there and didn't go to see if she could tell me what the cost of them were. Nobody else was in the line behind me. I asked her if there was anyone else in the store who could help me find out the price of them. She told me that she wasn't talking to me, I said can you tell me your name and she didn't answer me. I looked around the store trying to find someone to help me, I wasn't able to find someone so I left the store.

Very good selection and prices. A narrower selection than a standard supermarket, but very good. Very good quality. It's becoming my go-to store. Did not really expect to like it so much.

Love the new look and layout. Also, they have added product without taking away walking/cart space. It's my first place to shop every time. Super staff, always friendly. I can do almost all my grocery shopping here.

Cashier named Sarah came off as extremely passive aggressive towards me for seemingly no reason at all. She seemed to greet certain customers selectively. I even went out of the way to greet her, with no response. I had previously set a divider on the belt to separate mine and the customer in front of mine’s groceries and she seemed to have mistakenly took it as that I was separating my Aldi Chiller bag from the rest of my groceries? I then asked if she was going to ring all the items together? To which she replied, “I don’t know? You put the divider up here?” I then proceeded to explain that it was placed there to separate groceries as intended? I suppose the flat bag slipped underneath it on the belt. A rather uncomfortable and cold experience that was totally uncalled for.

Honestly much better than the walmart here in town. The store is always stocked which leads to a more positive shopping experience. My only complaint is when it's busy it's hard to navigate at times. Best grocery store in Rochelle as far as I'm concerned. You'll save some money here too.

This location has always been nice. But today I went in and was yelled a and completely disrespected. Your employees need to know that the can not talk down and try to humiliate the customers of the stores. I believe the workers name was Cindy she was beyond inappropriate and rude. I know for a fact Aldi pays good and she does not deserve to be paid for being rude to customers.

The building is a little old/outdated, but it's a great No-Frills place to get your groceries (with friendly staff). I especially like the simply nature line they carry. My only complaint is that you need to keep a close eye on the freshness of produce there.

Good luck using your $5 off coupon. They don't work. My total was over the $30 minimum. The cashier scanned my coupon and hit enter about a dozen times. Then said "sorry it doesn't work" . No offer to call the manager. Just handed me my coupon back and said," well it isn't expired, don't know why it won't work". So after 5 minutes of her holding up the line long , I just paid full price and left

Aldi has an incredible source of not being Wal-Mart... just endless supplies of not being Wal-Mart, which is a great commodity. Besides that all the employees there are super friendly and helpful. The chain itself often has a great selection of unusual exotic foods that you don't see anywhere else. I give it 8 out of 7.

This store of aldi has everything that one needs for the house we love it because here you find everything and everything is very cheap and economical for our budget blessed be God that exists this store I recommend them sincerely because to find of everything and that they give Very sastifecho with all your purchases and with a very good attention to the public thanks.

Great prices easy to navigate and they now allow credit card payments! Samsung pay works everytime. The first aisle is hard to get back to so take your time. They do offer some organic items such as they're simply nature line and they also offer some organic produce. They also have a gluten-free line called G-Free. They also other a baby line. This is a small store with no frills. You won't see a lot of name brands here mostly knockoff but a lot of them are just as good if not better. They sell Friendly Farms milk and their almond milk is honestly the best I've ever had.

There are two gentlemen that work there , one who just throws your laundry soap on it side. Another who just rolls his stock up cart right in front of you. Get some people skills please.
