This chain of stores has really good prices on items. This is a no-frill franchise owned by the Kroger company. These stores sell mostly Kroger branded groceries at a very low price. Meat, dairy, produce, and frozen items are available.Always remember to bring a quarter with you to "rent" your shopping cart. Also, bring your own bags, or pay 10 cents a bag from the store.Enjoy!

I LOVE our local Rulers Foods! I stopped in today to pick up some more of the GORGEOUS strawberries...2 lbs for $2.97!!! Also huge, ripe, seedless watermelon for $2.97, too! Always so many sales, bargains and markdowns. And, wow, with the ungodly price of groceries now, every penny I can save is a good thing!

Great place to do your family shopping. More budget friendly than most regular grocery store, and Walmart. Have a full line of fruits, Vegetables, Fresh, and frozen meats. They have a nice organic section. Lots of drinks, snacks, and candy. Paper products, and some bulk food items. What is best of all is they often have discount items that are close dated.

I don't know who manages this store, but I want to say good job! The way you have trained your cashiers to be neat in appearance, smile, make eye contact, greet customers, and actually act like they want to be there is much appreciated! You would think that would be a no-brainer, but it seems to be hard to find nowadays. Please share with your employees that their efforts are much appreciated. The young man that checked us out today brought smiles in return. The store is always clean and I can find good bargains that I did not find at Walmart.

Good place to shop , price on food is slightly below average, very friendly service, but the rest room doesn't have soap dispenser and the motion sensor on the faucet is not working properly, could not wash my hands,are employees using the same restroom

Polite, an a nice good place to park overnight an do some cheap grocery shopping for my truck, don’t have a lot of selection but all in all I’m looking forward to parking here an shopping again good environment

Very clean store most employees are knowledgeable about the store and it's products today did ask one for help that didn't know much about the products and didn't go ask another employee for advice but he was friendly. You usually get through the checkout fairly quickly. They have a good selection of items. And they have a couple of discount sections for items that are close to there expiration date but still good and usable. The prices are reasonable especially with the high prices today.The parking lot is clean and maintained and the parking lines are well defined and painted clearly. Using a quarter to get a cart is a nice incentive to return your cart some don't so i do to get there quarters with prices today every little bit helps.

Clean, spacious store. Nice, helpful staff. Prices were a little lower on most things I typically get at Kroger, but others were pretty much the same. My only complaint is that there's not as much variety as I'd like. For example, there were several types of Kroger shredded cheese, but not the Mexican variety. Not as many ice cream, snack chip, cracker, & yogurt varieties & flavors, etc. Was able to use coupons saved to my Kroger card, which was great. On the whole, a good shopping experience.

I love Rulers and I hope it's here to stay! The meat and produce are great and prices on everything in the entire store will keep me coming back. I've been many times and every cashier and worker on the floor has been very pleasant and are really doing a great job. Clean store as well.

When a customer calls to see if Robinson Rulers has milk and the price for a gallon and the manager tells you it's 1.49 it should be that same price when I get there within an hour of talking to him.I got to rulers in Robinson and it sure wasn't 1.49 gallon, it was 2.39,RULERS CORPORATE OFFICE, IF YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE MANAGERS WORKING FOR YOU, TRAIN THEM, Rulers cost myself of driving from Paris illinois to Robinson illinois for no reason

The store is a great place to shop and save. The employees are so helpful and friendly. I would choose Ruler over walmart any day. The store manager does a fantastic job !

Ruler is Kroger's response to Aldi I'm not sure the prices are much better though if you're going to cut costs and that way you need to pass it on to the consumer
