Long wait. Terrible drive thru..Update. Drive thru is a bit better since they added a lane.Wait times still vary. Food quality is consistent with other McDonalds. Ok for a quick breakfast.

I watch them try and hand my hand my food to the car in front of me they went through it and handed it back and said it wasn't theirs when I got to the window he handed me that bag back after the car in front of me it just looked through it told him I didn't want it I took it back when they did when I did get my phone the fries was cold so was the Big Mac everything in the sack was cold

Always sends you to the side of the restaurant and don't give you the food at the window ever. Count on waiting 15 minutes for a mcdouble.this has happened 15 or more times now. Constantly mess up orders. You must go through your bags of food before leaving the store or you are guaranteed to be disappointed!! Just went six months later it's the same thing. They mess up the order and to increase their window speed they send you to the side and make you wait about 10 minutes while they serve other customers. It's a joke. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

Ooof! I regretted our decision to stop here. I thought perhaps we had pulled into Skid Row. Workers with long hair, tattoos and dirty clothing handing out food orders. What happened to portraying a professional image? Come on McDonalds! You can do better than that! Scary woman handing out our drink was not wearing gloves and had long nails--a health code violation.

First they screwed up breakfast by not filling the order completely. It was a DoorDash order, so no chance fixing it, but they took my money!Decided to give them a shot for supper on the same day as I’m in town on business.10 piece nugget meal, bbq sauce and unsweet tea.Got back to hotel, NO sauce and it was a sweet tea, despite asking the girl when she handed it to me that it was UN sweet. She confirmed it was. It wasn’t.Horrible.

I worked here in the late 80s/early 90s, and I hate to leave a bad review but this place has become pathetic. I was the first person in the drive thru when the store opened. The lights came on in the drive thru at 5am, but my order wasn't taken until after the employees were done smoking. After I paid for my order I was asked to park in front of the store. I waited out front for approximately 10 minutes before my food was brought out to my vehicle. I can understand being made to wait for 10 minutes if I had a large or specialty oder, but my order consisted of a #2 with a milk and a burrito with hot sauce.

Save yourself the time, money, and hassle. Just go to a gas station and get a burger. It'll be FASTER, cheaper, and you will have friendlier employees to deal with.I'll never spend a dime at this location, again.Parking: Be prepared to become good friends with the parking lot. You'll spend considerable time there waiting for your order (which will likely be wrong.)

The food and the service were great.The app sucks! Every visit last week I had to have someone come and help me. It wouldn't let us put orders into the bag, or let us use standard items with special deals and it was a big hassle. Whoever wrote the app needs to get back to work on it. It is not customer friendly. That was the only thing that reduced my score from perfect

Ask me how my Jalepeno Bacon Double Quarter Pounder wirh Cheese was......well, I wouldn't know because I got somebody's QPC w/out onions!I understand mistakes happen, but we sat in line waiting for a bit so they could have taken the time to make sure we had the correct order. The girl who took the order kept saying, "Is that all?" "Is that all?" Then she left work and flew thru the parking lot. Not being safe with people in the lot going to and from their vehicles. Do better guys!

This place is going down hill, verybslow service for food that is pretty much made up and sitting in steamer, almost always forget something from straws to part of the order, fries are almost never fresh usually saggy salty, and greasy, so like let fries cool over hit grease, iced coffees usually taste like burnt day old coffee, sodas however do taste great, staff usually friendly, apple pie and ice cream cone are delicious if you can find them fresh in stockbornmachine working so 50/50 🤷🏻♂️

Can u go lower then a 1 i sure would took 22 minutes after asking us to pull by pickup area to bring food out 6 cars served after us. Kept asking if orders were ours completely wrong all the time. This place must be run by someone that shouldn't manage. Worst McDonald's i have ever been too for service. Somebody better straighten this place out or go somewhere else for better service.

A face-lift to the building hasn't fixed the service. It's worse. The new two lane drive through is a nice concept but only if the employees are trained to handle it. What a cluster every time. Today the person cut me off while ordering and told me to just drive around. I drove off instead. If this is the service they deliver (and seem to do now on a regular basis) I'm going elsewhere and you should too. If you are going to wait and deal with incompetent staff you might as well get better food.Update 8/27/21: they have finally figured out how to use the two drive through lanes. When they are on their game they are fast, efficient, the orders are correct, and the food is, well... McDonald's. However, when things go south they go down hard. To their credit they will dig their way out one just needs to be willing to wait. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get a decent cup of coffee there in months.

Ordered drinks and Apple pies at the drive thru. The ice was mostly melted in the drinks like they had been sitting around for quite a while and the pies were not hot just barely warm. And they charge $.39 more for iced tea than other soft drinks.

This is probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been at.. they are constantly busy.. probably because of people wanting something cheaper and easy.. but.. they are also constantly getting orders wrong..especially in drive thru.. this day we ate inside.. the decor is dreadful.. looks like jail was the inspiration.. not clean.. under cooked hamburgers, chicken and fries...

Went to drive thru and ordered 2 combos and 20 nuggets after a long wait. Get to the window and its 3 young kids just standing there talking. Finally get our food and notice we didn't get our fries. Pull thru again and explain it to the kid at the board and he says he'll get them to us. Pull up to the window again and he tries charging us for fries we already bought but they neglected to give us. Not the first or last time this has happened. Won't be returning to your theft shop again. Dealt with this far too many times and I'm just done. Either train your staff to be responsible or close down. They never get orders right because management is as bad as their employees I guess.
