This is the worse Family dollar I have ever been too! I came to pick up an online order followed specific instructions and still haven’t received my order due to the fact that no one knows how to process an online pick up besides the manager. The manager is never there .. Everytime I call the store the phone line is always busy .. I will never shop at this store again.. I normally don’t leave reviews pertaining to situations at stores, but this has been the worst!!

For some reason you can never get good customer service here. Lines are always a problem. I feel like if you know what time people are getting off the train and know thats the busiest time of the day why not have more than one register open. Employees should never take a personal call while dealing with customers. We come here because it's convenient but there's never been a time when I've come to this location and customers aren't complaining.

There are supposed to close at 10pm I get that they want to close on time but I can pull up at 9:30 and they have the doors locked.I’ve pulled up at 9:45 sometimes and the doors are open—-all I’m saying is be consistent. Do you close at 10 , 9:30, or 9:45 which one is it. Also I get off late from being an essential working at the hospital and sometimes I have to pick up things on my way home and I’m thinking I can make it there before they close at 10pm and they got the doors closed at 9:30‼️

Clearly staffing is an issue. I came in looking for a school shirt, very last minute and they had only ONE shirt in the size needed and it was damaged. There was, what appeared to be orange soda spots on the selected shirt as well as several others. I asked the “manager” for the item to be discounted and she claims that she could not do it because this was not her home store..but you’re the manager in duty?? Very poor customer service. Excuse me while I go hand wash this dirty shirt.

Like someone else said recently, they don't answer the phone. I went into the store while holding about 30 minutes, and asked why no one is answering the phone. I was told the phones didn't work. How in the heck can you have a business and can't get someone out to fix your telephone so you can answer calls? I don't get it. Now I have to drive up to the store and hope they are stocked.

Its OK. A little messy, being that some of the aisles were unorganized, and they appear to be under staffed, yet when I apply, I don't get a call-back. I prefer the one on Greenwood st in Dolton.

BAD MANAGEMENT and BAD CUSTOMER SERVICEAfter the new updates to the store, it offers more choices. The employees nor the manager is sure where anything is. Employee's sit and talk to each other rather than help you locate anything. The cashier even pointed at the receipt once it came out of her machine and told me "there is your receipt." BAD MANAGEMENT and BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

This supermarket has all the things we need and food stalls as well .We eat snacks or have dinner many times of our shopping as their food is delicious.Nice parking as for the car.
