They gave my large quantity of narcotics to the wrong person and told me I need to file a police report and try to get my insurance to re-cover the cost of the medication with is rather costly. How do you make such a mistake and why am I paying the penalty for someone else’s mishandling the distribution of medication..now i am suffering in pain. Shame on you CVS…..the young ladies and men that work there are such nice people. They recognize you and greet you with a smile….,where are my DRUGS…and I mean DRUGS….

The pharmacy is horrendous! Poor customer service and excessive wait times. Six people behind the pharmacy counter in the middle of a Monday afternoon with one person in front of me and I had a lengthy wait? I'm transferring my prescriptions to Walgreens!

I told person at drop off my dad just had his tooth extracted and was in severe pain. I told her he needed pain killers ASAP he's 73. She asked me for all my information then at the end told me it would not be ready till 5:30. It's 1:30 pm
