I fully trust with the service of the phermacy. The staffs working in this location ( Riverdale, West Springfield) are really generous, trustworthy, family friendly and professional.Today, around 9 pm I stopped by to this pharmacy with $ 200 cash in my pocket which I dropped without my knowledge on the floor there. I picked up my need from over the counter & came to pay in the front desk. When I tried paying the bill, I could not find any money in my pocket. The lady (employee) was offering a help to check around the ailes right away, but I thought I might have mistakenly kept in my car & came out in the parking lot to see if it was there. Unfortunately, I could not find it anywhere so I came back home thinking that I unknowingly left at home. However, when I didn’t find anywhere at home, I went back to the phermacy. i reported her that I lost my $200 when I came there to buy something. When she was trying to check around, a guy ( employee ) named ‘Earnest’ showed up there & asked me wait a minute. He went inside the office and came with my $ 200 & handed over me. I literally got so emotional with this man kindness & truthfulness.I tried rewarding him the best out that $ 200, but didn’t accept it. I got my thing and left the phermacy fully satisfied with their treatment and service. I’m writing this review because I just wanna hug and Thank to Earnest. He is the best, God bless you Earnest!!

There used to be this one Black woman that used to work there and she will greet you by your name before you make it to the counter. I forgot her name but when she there, this pharmacy was doing such a great job! Around 3 years ago, I had to take my business to Walgreens because they wouldn't contact my doctor for refills. I live around the corner from this CVS! They don't care about our community like the previous staff did.

Counted my money out to load PayPal card 4 times between pulling in lot and handing to cashier. Somehow one of my $50 bills went missing. Manager counted register in private and basically called me crazy went she returned. Will never come here again.

The Pharmacy staff are rude and lack professionalism, a family member was picking up a subscription, instead of looking at the medical card they presented they assumed it was medicaid. The employer name was clearly at the top, but they were not aware enough to recognize.Needless for me to say, I/we will not be returning.

Do not get you medicine from the Riverdale location. With the exception of the African gentleman the rest of the cashiers in the pharmacy are rude, ghetto and can’t spell simple names.

I am not sure about the actual store, however, I visited the pharmacy drive there where I was greeted by the pharmacist, Katrina, who was very pleasant, welcoming, and friendly. It’s rare that you receive customer service like this anymore. Thank you for your service as I know it takes patience during this time.

It was an unbelievable wait time over 30min after being hung up on the 1st time to even speak to a pharmacist to transfer a much needed medication to another cvs location. Once I finally reached someone she told me to contact the other location and ask them to transfer medication to there location. And that gentlemen stated that location could habe handled that transfer for me. Unfortunately I just moved npt far from that location and definitely do not have any plans of using them for ANYTHING!!!!!

Definitely wouldn’t recommend. The service here is horrible. The pharmacy never answers the phones and they never have my prescriptions filled on time like they say they will. Why give someone a specific time to pick up their prescriptions when they’re still not gonna be filled when you go back to pick the them up later? Stop telling ppl “it will be ready in an hour” “it will be ready in 20 mins” and still not have them ready when they come back.

This pharmacy. Went back there and waited forever after they told me it would be done. Just for them to start goofing off at my last name when they called me. I correct them on how to say it and they kept saying it the way they wanted laughing talking about we heard you. I see this is the reason they so slow and everything looks a mess cause they spend all day talking. Was there over a hour and all they did was talk about stuff. I always go to Walgreens but since this is right by my house im like ok. Never again. Its a reason ive been avoiding cvs. Prices ridiculous and workers even more ridiculous.

The three stars are for the staff who try to make a really helpless situation better. I think the employees are friendly and helpful and the pharmacist are more than helpful. The store itself is deplorable!! It is dirty, rugs look filthy and stock is missing so it makes the store look upkeep everyday. The refrigeration system or cooler there needs to be replaced. I just shake my head when I come in there because it could and should be managed better. But this is what happens in a predominately African American neighborhood. No one cares Where is the outrage. I have called and complained written letters to no avail.

Not understanding why I'm being questioned about something that "SHOULDN'T" , be in my profile because I NEVER received the prescription in question from this pharmacy, I received it from another, so to me that sounds like patient confidentiality has been breached! Also, if I was to continue taking that prescription, wouldn't I still be currently getting it? Also, since I've been getting my prescriptions for the past month in a half why wasn't that prescription questioned that I never got from this pharmacy then!?Furthermore, for me to come in to pickup my prescription, only just to talk to me to see if I was lying about something was pretty obvious. I analyze everything, but something's are obvious, I know pharmacies do things for safety & so they won't get sued. But the specific questions that I was asked, should've been asked when I first started getting my prescriptions almost two months ago. I changed pharmacies because of Walgreens unprofessionalism! I have no reason to lie, nor will I never harm myself!

Worst Pharmacy ever I want to go drop off a prescription for my father who had just gotten surgery done last night the young lady at the counter told me that she was going to have the prescription ready for 7 a.m. she never said nothing about noon. I call her today and I asked her to talk to a supervisor so she she supposedly transferred put me on wait for a little bit and then hangs up on. My parents who are elderly that's the closest pharmacy to them is the CVS I keep on telling them to change to Walgreens the Walgreens I use as in Posen and they are the best unfortunately my parents don't live closer to the Walgreens in Posen the CVS on Riverdale is garbage my parents had so many issues with them please if you can use any other Pharmacy go ahead and go anywhere else

The CVS is Riverdale is a disorganized and unfriendly place. Calls to this pharmacy go answered for long periods of time. Times given for prescription pickups are often missed, which require waits. Worst of all, the pharmacy assistants with whom I have dealt have been unpleasant and unresponsive. We will be looking for another CVS location where customers are treated with courtesy and respect, and prescriptions are ready when promised.

I've been having alot of problems with getting my scripts filled, they almost never have enough of it. They say they order it and it never comes in, they give me a few here and a few there. I've been trying to be patient because I walk and this place is a 15 min walk. But this is unacceptable. I keep getting excuse after excuse. I won't be filling here anymore.

The phone wait time getting through to the pharmacy SUCKS!!! The pharmacy hours listed are 9am to 9pm. I started calling at 9am up until 10am, when I finally spoke to a pharmacist. I called at least 7 times between an hour. Each time, except the last time, background music played and after several minutes the music would stop playing and the call would be disconnected.

I’ve been having issues all day with the pharmacists there. They are extremely incompetent and have attitude problems. They lie and say they don’t receive faxes for prescriptions when I know they are getting them they are just to lazy to check.
