45 min in drive. There are only 4 cars ahead super slow in customer service. I'm taking my meds elsewhere. This not the frist time it's alway like this. Update Wow still in line after 45 min .I don't understand the med are ready get the money give them the meds let's go. After all that 1hour and fifteen min.

This is a decent Walgreens however, they frequently have long lines at the front checkout. The pharmacy is good. They have a drive-through pharmacy which is helpful. It’s a little smaller in size than some of the other ones that I use but overall I would say it’s a solid four-star store. I come to this one a lot because it’s the closest to my house.

Yes it's clean with alot of parking and the items are well stocked. The reason for two stars is because since the staff has been there forever they are not fresh on customer service. no hello at the checkout, woman huffed in the isle when asked to be directed to an item. Seriously, smile a little. I mean you have to be there anyways. There's many places to spend my money. I'll avoid this place next time.

This pharmacy is probably the most unorganized, inefficient and incompetent I've ever experienced. The people are pleasant, but grossly incompetent, in fact I would go as far as to say they don't have a clue. Save yourself a great deal of headache and go to another Walgreens in the area.

Making an appointment for shots is a joke. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment. The person at the window i was supposed to go to left after she took care of the people she was taking care of before me to take care of the register and never came back. I had to ask if someone was going to take care of me 20 minutes later. 1 hour later I’m still waiting to get my shots. Appointments are a joke here. I should’ve just walked in.

All I wanted was to drop off a prescription to be picked up later, I was on my way back to work and didn’t have my ID on me. I told them I would bring my ID back upon picking them up and they wouldn’t take them, not sure why you can’t fill it - not as if I was taking them at the time of drop off.

I've been in the pharmacy drive thru line for over 30 minutes and they're still having me wait. Last week I called in to get my medication filled but i got covid so I couldn't leave. No one called to inform me that they would not keep it on hold. They returned it to the shelf and called me a week later today to ask if I would like to get it put back. I said yes I will come to pick it up on my lunch hour. They had me waiting 30 min and then when it was finally my turn they did not have the correct medication. It was a mess and no one was even apologetic. I hate this walgreens so much and my whole lunch hour is gone to waste.

Love this Walgreens location. The pharmacy always fills my electronic prescriptions quickly. I have had horrible luck with other locations nearby. The staff is always friendly and polite.

Just tried using my point and the new young lady there said she doesn't know how please get all your staff properly trained if I wasn't in a hurry I would have asked to speak to a Manger get it together guys please!
