This was by far the trashiest Ross I have ever seen. Such a dirty unorganized mess and definitely a safety hazard with all the merchandise just thrown on the floor. You couldn't even walk down the aisles without tripping over something.

The clothes for guys look like they could be purchased from a garage sale, and for some reason, they have this bad habit of trying to sell broken items at a lower price . Other than that, it's clean and the employees are nice.

love this location, been coming here for 8 years. Never had an issue except for yesterday 8/27. So I’ve applied for their credit card, which by the way I’m glad Ross stores finally offers, but my issue with the managers, please train your employees before having them ask if they’ve like to open a credit card for the store. The employees had absolutely no knowledge about the product or how to process. I asked before applying if I was able to use it the same day, once I went to pay there was no verification or knowledge on processing the charge, I had to call customer service and the line was pretty long at the register which there was over 20 minutes wait on the phone. Very frustrating! The young lady “manager” had an attitude wasn’t much help with her poker face. I left the store and called customer service again making sure nothing was charged since I left the bag at the counter! Major headache! Train your employees please!

Love the prices and selections. Good quality products and cloths. Got some home goods (Interdesign) there that were priced 1/3 of what it would've cost on Amazon. I got heavy duty car mats that are just like the expensive custom made ones for $14.00. Color matched exactly! They always have new items so it's a good idea to shop often!!!😛 🤗

Huge selection, and a good one at that. I can't not give five stars when a place has my shoe size (that being 14). The changing rooms are big enough for me, though they're kinda easily peeked in to. The staff is helpful and friendly. Easy shopping.Can someone explain to me why they thought a "lingerie" section was a good idea in a discount store? :|

It was a great shopping experience. The store itself is a little all over the place but if your looking for some great deals Ross has them. I walked in and after a little bit of searching found myself some name brand clothing items for way under big retail store prices. I'll definitely go back again in the future.

Went in there on flute. Found all I wanted. Prices are very reasonable. Cashier was friendly and nice.. I am going back for sure.

As always stores like this offer those name brand items that did not make it through regular markets.That does not mean they are of less quality or bad.There is many different reason why these end up here. So, if you shop at N Rack and outlets... this is the same thing.Simple and direct experience. This is a no brainer specially for kids and all of us trying to make the most out of every dollar.

Usually go to this Ross and Cashiers are usually friendly and helpful but yesterday went and cashier named Gabbi was not only unfriendly she was not very helpful! As it that wasn’t enough, while taking care of me turned around and spoke to another cashier in her language after I asked her to double check the price on something without a tag. I felt like leaving the rest of the items I had at the register but my daughter had picked out all 10 outfits for her fall wardrobe.

My go-to place for amazing candles, throw blankets, holiday decor, pet accessories and clothes! Like any discount store, you need to go in with a little time to sort through the many items, but the staff are always so friendly and the security guards always have a smile and warm greeting when I walk in. Hands down my favorite location. Oh, they also welcomed my dog!

I work at the Ross in Pacoima and I'm impressed of how I seen this store it was clean and organized. I've gone to other Ross locations and I'm like wow.... if my manager walks up in here she would have been like, what in the world is going on here and get on the radio ASAP! Security is very visible and tight. You cannot use a cart to get your purchases to your car. You must carry them by hand. They worry about cart theft and eyeball you throughout the store. Not racially motivated. But still security is very rude and has an inflated sense of self importance. I will not shop there again on principle.

Terrible Costumer service!!The Cashiers need to be educated, I went to exchange an item and the lady gave me attitude because I requested a gift receipt, you may be thinking, well they are stress out, but they just started the shift, it was 7:40 am!!The day before I wanted to buy some jewelry and the same thing, the guy was like ashhh hurry up lady, i need to go back and do nothing..

Came into this Ross location after visiting 2 Target stores and another Ross and failing to find what I needed. I was looking for a dress and actually left this specific store with the dress, a cute 2 piece outfit, and a few other brand items! Staff here was very friendly and helpful even though it was late at night, especially the security at the door. I'll be coming in again soon, since I spotted other items on my list!

Somewhat disorganized (especially the shoe section) but really good deals. I gave it 3 stars because the lines get very long and they only open very few cash registers. I just went today and we were in line for 25 minutes. Only 2 registers open.

I have personally found great items here but the lines are always way too long. As if they were always understaffed. The women's clothes is always out of place including dresses and intimates. You might struggle to find parking during the weekends.

Went for a kids dress and the selection was dismal. Huge store with narrow aisles. Genius for optimizing every square foot, can't believe they couldn't fit more dresses for kids than a half rack which had probably 5 people crowding it.

Bad management. Saturday afternoon 30 people in line and 2 cashiers open. Saw multiple people leave their full carts and walk out. Maybe Ross has good prices but horrible sense of customer service. This location should definitely look into putting some competent people in charge.
