First time here. Probably won’t return. Friendly attentive employee. Prices are reasonable. Seating is upstairs. It’s very clean. In my opinion, it needs some color or some music or some plants or something. They were out of lemonade, and for some strange reason they’re out of napkins - someone needs to do the inventory. Berries tasted off. Ice cream was a little freezer burnt. No trash cans only recycle bins so you have to wonder if you should throw your plastic and trash in there. They have a drive thru but not easily handicap accessible.Wheelchair accessibility: Theres a brick ramp but would be difficult. Also only upstairs seating

Super friendly environment.Delicious ice cream choices.The staff didn't seem to know what the specialty shakes actually included, then when I showed them what the sign said they said it was wrong.Then they still put whipped cream when I stayed multiple times I did not want it.Aside from that tiny mistake, I will return.I do find it bizarre that they do not offer drinks aside from water.

I enjoyed a date night and shared a piggy trough. it was delicious. I tried 24 flavors of ice cream for like $13!! So much fun. I like the dining on the upper level. Very clean facility and friendly staff. I will be coming back for some coffee, excited to try that.

Very nice building and the landscaping is pretty. It was funny thought that serve malts but on this day 7.17.21 they couldn't. Why? They ran out of malt powder. You'd think since they have Malt in the name of the business that whoever is in charge of inventory would keep that stocked🤨🤔. Fail there. But everything else was great!

Visited last Monday with my grandson for the first time. I got a Mocha and my grandson got birthday cake ice cream. Both excellent. The staff was so very nice. I'll definitely be going back. We also picked up a doggie ice cream cone which made my pup extremely happy. I'm so glad I live close so I can visit a lot.

Usually I wouldn’t leave a negative review but this afternoon stopped to grab a drink for my fiancé, the lady at the drive thru window had zero personality and the Frappuccino was absolutely terrible compared to ours stop yesterday that the young ladies had made which by the way was amazing. However I did leave her a small tip hopefully that can remind her too be a bit more personable with customers.

Every visit is great! My kids enjoy their speciality seasonal shakes! The ice cream is really good and there are so many flavors to choose from. Lots of coffee and coffee drink options too. They even have special little dog ice cream cones! My giant dog swallowed it whole but he still enjoyed it! 🤣

What a great place! I was so excited to see they have Cedar Crest ice cream. Definitely one of my favorites. Their cold brew coffee was so good too! And the staff was very friendly and gave very generous servings. Our new go-to ice cream place anytime we are up that way. Highly recommend stopping by!

Great service. Very generous portion of ice cream per scoop. I had a ⅓ scoop of peanut butter chocolate. It was wonderfully chocolate-y. Although I'm a bit of a chocolate junkie, for me, ⅓ was plenty of chocolate since it's so rich.The New York Cherry was the other ⅔ of my cup, and it was fabulous. Plenty of cherries and a palate pleasing taste.We shared a Vanilla Frappuccino, and my husband thought it was the best one he'd ever had. I agree it seemed to have a perfect balance of flavors in the cold drink topped with a large splash of whipped cream.

Goodbye starbucks! We've been here multiple times for ice cream after dinner at the Rusty Nail but just stopped by for a morning coffee. Phenomenal! The young ladies working are always sweet and the prices are so cheap. The drive thru is very convenient as well.

I used to really enjoy going there but the teenagers have really ruined my experience there. Every time I go there, they lie about not having flavors and the owners don’t do anything about it. I went there a few days ago and asked for a chocolate chip shake and it appeared that way but at the bottom there was cookie dough pieces. What if I had been allergic? They simply don’t care. And this has not been the first time something like this has happened. We have been told at the drive through they don’t have a certain flavor that’s listed on the website so we went inside and it was in there. This place is awful!!!! And I will absolutely be telling everyone I know not to go there.

The ice cream here is delicious and the portion sizes are very generous. I would love to go back here. The location is not what you expect for an ice cream place and looks more like a stately home. Very cool decor.

Creder crest ice cream I can buy that at local grocery store. Was looking for something small town home made. If I'm getting ice cream I'm not paying extra for them to scoop it. Would rather go to store and get whole gallon for same price as two scoops

Insane unique creations in a cute little double decker dairy with very patient and kind staff. Def recommend you bring your kids to dazzle their whimsical delights or for your date to wow them with sweet treats. Save room; their treats are whopping!

We had an awesome experience! The location is great next to the biking path with plenty of outdoor places to sit. The ice cream was delicious. There are very few places like this that we feel comfortable taking our family since we have a child with food allergies. There was great signage indicating allergens in each of the ice creams. The girls who were working even offered to open a new tub and got clean scoopers to help my child feel safe. Thank you for making him comfortable! We will definitely be back!

This place is a hidden gem! Great coffee and ice cream plus I think they serve Riverside donuts in the morning. They have a drive thru and also plenty of parking and outdoor seating. I think there was indoor seating upstairs too. Very efficient servers. Overall a great experience.

We love this place! Good coffee and ice cream at reasonable prices, but my only complaint would be the drive thru. The last two times we went through the drive thru, no one was servicing us. We were waiting for 5 minutes. This was during broad daylight and I know they were open cause their light up open sign was on. I didn’t want to be annoying and knock on the window, so I just went inside. It wasn’t even busy both times. The last time I went there was one person in front of us, and two employees, so the other employee could’ve easily helped us. This time I went, no customers were inside and there were just two employees standing there. When I go inside, from the employees point of view, I noticed the drive thru window is high up, and sometimes it might be difficult to see if there’s a car there, but I noticed there’s also a tv with a camera pointing at the drive thru to see if cars are there. There’s got to be a better solution besides a camera, especially when it’s busy, the employees are not always going to be looking. You should get a bell for customers to ring for service or maybe a sensor that makes a sound when a car is at the drive thru. Like I said, I love this place, but please do something to improve your drive thru service! Otherwise, what is the point of having a drive thru if you’re not going to be serviced?

If you want more milk than ice cream for you 10 dollar shake, this is the place to get it. We got the strawberry chocolate shake and there was barely any strawberry flavor, it only tasted like milk with a hint of strawberry. Not to mention it was spilling everywhere even before it was handed out to us. The worker had to wipe down the counter top they placed it on. You are better of going to jewel and buying a pint of Ben and Jerry’s for cheaper and it will actually taste like ice cream.
