I rarely ever leave reviews but I was so disappointed. I ordered one wholesale cosmetic box to try it out before buying multiples. I was excited thinking it was going to be great and I found a good source of cheap makeup for my budget crowd of buyers. I know it said some items would be out of date but every single foundation was out of date/expired and 85 of my 100 items were foundation. This was a waste of $60 for me. I tried calling several times, I tried operator, customer service, etc. and no one ever answered. I was really hopeful for this company and definitely let down. I really wanted to be a return customer over and over but I can’t sell expired makeup where I sell.

Placed my order April 11 and my visa was immediately charged. Typically online orders hit your credit card at the time of shipping. Was promised the order in 7-10 business days. 17 days later no products have been shipped. Left 3 messages with customer service and also sent 3 emails inquiring about shipment of products that I was charged for but never received. No responses if products were shipped. Put a dispute in with my Chase visa today. I do not believe this is a reputable company. Should have done my research first. Lesson learned.

Bad experience with this company 2 times- customer service is zero. On a previous order (July 16) one of the items I had ordered:Arm & Hammer Carpet Odor Eliminator Powder for Pets arrived broken with all the powder spilled out and item damaged by the spilling of one liquid product inside. I wrote to them 3 times about this in order to get reimbursed. They never replied. On a recent order *September 8) I had ordered Lysol wet wipes and instead received Fabuloso wet wipes!!!I have written to them asking for a refund and so far no news from them. Will be filing further consumer complaints and will never buy from this place again.

They're great. I ordered two products that were similar (each came with 35 pieces) and they substituted it for one with 75 (I got 5 extra!). My only complaint is that the underwear that I bought weren't exactly as listed. It was a picture of different colors, and stated "assorted colors" in the description, yet the ones that I received were only black or grey, and not red, blue, black, grey etc, as shown in the picture or described in the description. To simplify it even more, the description of the item is correct and not correct at the same time. Assorted can mean a bunch of different colors, or various as in it may vary on the combination that you'll receive, a picture showing it being the former makes it even more confusing when it turns out to be the latter. Basically, they're a great online store, they just need to make the description of some products more clear and accurate.

This was the only place I could find the same masks that I bought my daughter last year that she loved. The prices were good and I received the masks within a few days of ordering. No problems at all!

I searched high and low for a certain item (Secret Freshies for my travel bag, if you're wondering, lol) and managed to find some here! Honestly, I was skeptical about ordering, but I got my delivery today, and it's exactly what I wanted! I will definitely order from them, again. Thank you guys so much.

Really appreciated this company I purchased items that retail for more at stores like target Walmart and Amazon. Which is a shame bc they’re large corporations. I am always looking for ways to save money. So happy with my purchase. Even more happy I was able to buy from a small business during this trying time for everyone

Totally awesome !!! I ordered the wholesale box for my store under5store .com totally and I mean absolutely exceeded my expectations!!!A pleasure to do business with prompt service and so soooo happy with my purchase my only regret is I did not order more !!! :(But I will !!!

I have had a very bad experience with this company. I made a purchase for Amazon FBA seller for $ 600 and they sent me product that was not sold, it took a long time to send it to the Amazon warehouse and they never sent me an invoice of my purchase. I definitely do not recommend
