My husband and I boarded our Golden Retriever and Australian Shepherd here for a week while we were on vacation. From the moment we put in for a reservation for our pups, Patrick was quick to contact us wanting to know all about our pups so they would be well taken care of. He treated them as if they were his own dogs from the moment we dropped them off to when we picked them up. We even got updates about how they were doing, which really helped put my mind at ease! We plan to board our dogs here for future trips and plan to recommend this place to friends and family!

This place is amazing. My girls did not want to leave. Pat is amazing, gives them lots of attention and play time with him. When we arrived Pat gives a full history of how they were what they did, how the playedGreat peace of mind for us.

Another perfect stay at ShearJoy Pet Resort and Spa. My 2 Standard Poodles have never been left anywhere else. They are our children. Ari and Gigi are so at ease with Patrick. We drive 2 1/2 hours and will always use only Patrick at Shearjoy. Patrick treats his guests as if they were his own. I would give Shearjoy 100 stars if I could.

It doesn’t say anywhere to call before you come get your pet and we have never called before we came to get our dog and have board our dog a few times here and had a great experience, well today I got scolded for not calling because Sheri was taking a nap! They have lost our business we won’t be back.

Sherri is loved by pups as well as humans. The only problem I have is getting my dogs to want to leave this wonderful place!
