Sling 'N Scoops was the desert option at a wedding we photographed. They had THE CUTEST cart to serve the ice cream out of! And Kyle and Katie were absolute pros at dishing out the cups! I sampled Sling 'N Scoops at a wedding show and just knew it would be the perfect dessert for our wedding. Katie and Kyle were so great to work with - friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any questions. We had our own private tasting of all of their flavors to pick the ones we wanted to serve at the wedding. It was a difficult decision as they were all so delicious! Our guests loved them as well! Highly, highly recommend!

Kate and Kyle of Sling and Scoops are amazing! I used them for a build your own sundae bar at my birthday party and they could not have been any nicer or easier to work with. They set up a tasting for me to chose my flavors, worked with me on all the toppings I could want, set up a very fun ice cream kart and provided excellent service to all my guests. The ice cream is as good as if not better than their service. I cannot say enough good things about them and their product. Highly, highly recommend.

My husband and I booked Sling 'N Scoops for our wedding and it was such a hit! Both of us prefer ice cream to cake, so it was one of those details that added to the day to make it feel so quintessentially "us". Not only are you getting dessert for your guests, but you're also giving them an experience, not to mention a photo op as well! The cart looks incredible in any space and our guests are still talking about how good the ice cream was. My only regret was not having enough time to go back for seconds! Katie and Kyle are the most amazing people, and it shows. Thank you SNS for being a part of the best night of our lives!

We had the pleasure of having Sling N’ Scoops serving at my daughter’s wedding on October 8, 2023 and I can’t tell you how happy we were that we decided to have them there. Leading up to the wedding we did a taste testing at the shop in Red Bud, IL. The flavors and quality of their ice cream just absolutely blew me and my wife away. (The shop is so charming also.) Katie and Kyle are so wonderful and friendly that it really made working with them a real pleasure. They are just a great team and both wonderful people. On the day of the wedding, Katie and Kyle had a special flavor set aside just for me that I barely touched (because of my nerves) but one thing I didn’t have to stress about was if the guests were enjoying the ice cream. Everyone was raving about it! I highly recommend having Sling N’ Scoops at your event, you will not be disappointed I promise. They made a sweet day, even sweeter for my daughter and son-in-law!

If I could could give everyone a sample of ice cream every time I tell them about sling n scoops I would. They catered my wedding and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. We had their ice cream cart at our wedding and it was an absolute hit! Everyone loved the ice cream and the aesthetic of the cart at our venue was adorable. Would 100% recommend this place as a cake replacement at a wedding if you are more into ice cream. We knew early on we didn’t want cake at our wedding- and we were so happy when we met and booked Sling n Scoops at a Bridal Show! When we booked, we weren’t sure if the ice cream cart would fit in our historic venue, and Kyle made a trip to the venue to measure the doorway and build a ramp to fit the cart in! I can’t thank the owners enough for being so thorough and accommodating. Our guests loved the ice cream and we were thrilled there was a bit left over for us to take home! Sling n Scoops was definitely a highlight of our wedding!

Everything was awesome! The super friendly staff encouraged us to try a bunch of samples and gave great suggestions and details about each flavor!I had one scoop of Peanut Butter and Jelly in a waffle cone and it was absolutely awesome! One of the best ice cream flavours I've had anywhere! I also tried the Bourbon Bacon flavour which was really tasty and unique with actual bacon mixed into the ice cream.The prices also seemed exactly like I would expect. I payed $3.25 for one scoop and $.50 for the waffle cone. They also made sure to fill up the cone so for the $.50 you get some extra ice cream too! Also, the prices include tax which is super convenient!

We recently went to a wedding with an ice cream cart from Sling ‘N Scoops and it was amazing! All the flavors they had were delicious and Kyle and Katie were so nice and patient with all of the crazy guests that were there. We never felt rushed to get through the long line and they let us try each flavor before choosing what we wanted. We loved them so much we plan on booking their cart for an event of our own in the future. Highly recommend!

We met Katie and Kyle at a bridal show and ended up booking them the same day! We loved the idea of having an ice cream cart for our dessert because it was unique and we love ice cream! Sling 'N Scoops provided ice cream as dessert for our wedding. They were our favorite vendor we used throughout our whole wedding weekend. We felt extremely cared for by them - it seemed like they were genuinely excited to serve us. We had 7 different ice cream flavors delivered to our reception in customized cups and they were all delicious. I wish I could get give them 1000 stars for the service we received for our wedding. We hired Katie and Kyle to serve our guests dessert at our wedding and it was the absolute best decision we could have made. The entire process of tasting ice creams, working with them to come up with our plan, and having such a perfect execution of the plan day-of truly made our day so special. My (now) husband and I always knew we wanted ice cream for our wedding instead of cake. We found sling n scoops, because they are just a few towns over from my hometown. I grew up in a small town and knew I wanted to support a small town business. Kyle and Katie were so much fun to work with, especially during the tasting. Their cart to serve ice cream is adorable! Sling N Scoops rolled out the red carpet for us for our wedding. They were nice enough to give us a sample of every flavor of ice cream they had in preparation. When the time came to choose flavors for the wedding, they even let us have special bride and groom flavors. They are the best ice cream we have ever had and will come back many times in the future!

The girl at the counter was very very nice. I went in with my baby she came around without me asking and went out of her way to help get the stroller in the door. We had the blueberry lemon sorbet. Had a good chat with the very nice girl. Definitely gonna be a place I visit often with my baby.

Sling 'N Scoops came to the Shrewsbury, MO food truck Friday events this summer/fall. I usually don't eat ice cream because it upsets my stomach but I have been able to enjoy Sling 'N Scoops ice cream without any issues. Tonight they even were selling homemade dog treats which my Cavalier absolutely inhaled and loved them. Thank you for coming to our town to share your products. If I'm ever in Red Bud I'll be sure to stop by. Who knows maybe I'll even make a special trip to IL!

They make all kinds of different ice cream and so far we haven't found one that we haven't liked. Way to go guys and thanks for bringing a ice cream place to our little town.
