Jeff in the meat department is always so friendly and helpful. I look forward to talking with him when I'm in the store. Yes the prices may be a little higher but I don't have to drive to Sparta or Waterloo and check myself out and bag my own groceries! I'm exhausted by the time I leave those stores and I sure you know which store I'm talking about.

The produce section could use some love. I've bought plenty of items from IGA, and produce seems to let me down every time. Whether it's moldy and half smashed strawberries, molding grape tomato with gnats in the container or small watermelons for $7 that are bruised up and tasteless.

Prices tend to run high but there are some really terrific sales deals if you plan ahead. Great customer service, particularly the deli and meat cutters. The bakery is a separate entity - they're awesome too.

A great local grocery store. We enjoy having one close to avoid driving 20+ minutes the closest big box grocery store. Friendly Staff and the produce is always extremely fresh. Love the Sally Cakes products available inside!

The dark haired young lady is always rude. I've dealt with her a few times and every time she's rude. The prices are high most of the time. I found a mess up from the workers and pointed it out, she got a serious attitude. It seems like every time I give it a shot again it's a horrid experience all over again. I've lived in Red Bud for years and I DREAD going here.

I have been shopping at Red Bud IGA for many years. Everyone is professional, but yet friendly and helpful. The quality of the food is exceptional. I do not mind paying a little more, the store is close and convenient. Without Red Bud IGA, one would have to travel farther to obtain food for their family. Prices are terribly high....$2.79 for a 2L of Coca cola!!! $7.99 for a quart of heavy cream!!! (3.74 at Target). Worse than gas station prices. Just don't go unless you have no other options. Also, the deli lady didn't know anuthing about the cheese I asked for (provel, which is a local STL staple) and instead tried giving me provolone, because, in her words, "what's the difference?" Big difference if you are a local!!!!) Stay away from this store unless you absolutely HAVE to stop here. It is a small town monopoly that doesn't have to be competitive with service or prices. So, don't expect anything other than a bad experience. Owner/Manager's name is TJ. NOT a good (fair) guy.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. A little bit expensive, but all small town grocery stores are. Very convenient with lots of parking.
