Im in town for my grandfathers passing and placed an order with seven sandwiches for a pickup and received 6, one of which was incorrect and had ingredients that —I called the store to inform them and ask them to correct their wrongdoings and see if they could deliver the food since it was their mistake. This manager told us that they wouldn’t provide the food and that this wasn’t her problem. She began yelling over the phone, refusing to give me any information of her supervisor—simply that he wasn't available until tomorrow.This is the type of service you provide for people and the type of individuals you leave to have running your business?! Whoever she is needs to be let go immediately as she clearly doesn’t know how to conduct herself in a professional manner. I expect a FULL REFUND for this!

They mess up our order every time. This time they put tomatoes, onions and mayo on the #9 Italian night club and forgot my chips. It’s the easiest sandwich on the menu: Capicola, Salami, Ham and Provolone. They always either mess up a sandwich or forget the chips or cookie. It’s not hard folks!

I have been to jimmy johns probably about 3 times in my entire life😆 every time we have been our food has been on point! Even our specials that dont want this or add that. I just wanted to show how beautifully done our wraps were. The person taking our order was so nice and patient. She even gave us a box for our subs stacked,which i thought was very nice and much easier to carry,Our wraps were on top so the subs didnt smash them. Its hard to come by such care in the fast food service. The staff at this jimmy johns definatly takes some pride in their job and it shows, and as a customer who doesn't go to fast food often it's extremely appreciated. 😊👍

I've been ordering the same sandwich from jjs for 30 years. They recently stopped serving sprouts. The sandwich is definitely not as good without it! No more jjs for me... Not worth the price & extra drive. Plenty of equivalent competition closer to home. I WON'T be back.

We order 2 giants sandwich. One was #7 and the other was #4 was all wrong! I asked for NO Tomatoes, NO onions they covered the sandwich with Tomatoes and onions.... Italian seasoning on my sandwich didn't ask for that. This was a turkey sandwich! The sandwich was nasty 🤢 The girls working were on their phones rushing through making our sandwich and made them all wrong. That was waste of $36Rantoul IL, Young kids don't know what they are doing!

I went here a couple weeks ago but looks like my review is not up here so I’ll post again. The girl at the window is SO RUDE FIRE HER. She literally had such a bad attitude before I even started ordering. Why don’t you just leave it you hate your job so much.

We ordered on the app at about 6:25pm. When we got to the store the employee said that they had no bread and it would be a 20 min wait. She asked us if we wanted wheat bread or to just cancel the order. She put more emphasis on the cancel the order part. We were starving so we said wheat was fine. She did not offer to refund us any part of this order given that the wheat bread is just sliced bread and is a much smaller sandwich. As we watched the 5 employees, only 1 was actually working. He was making our sandwiches one by one while all the others stood there watching. Then one employee starts putting bread on the racks. This was about 2 min into our wait at the window....not 20. We sat there about 10 min while the one person made each sandwich, there were 3 and then cut a pickle. Other customers were also advised that there was no bread and they left. At this point there were at least 6 rows on the rack filled with bread. Poor customer service, poor store. I don't know if Rantoul just can't find any good employees to work or what but many of the food establishments here are bad. This Jimmy John's is one of them.

The sandwiches were the standard for any Jimmy John's. Nothing new there. They get a 5 star though for super friendly employees and my husband thought it was the cleanest Jimmy John's ever. It seemed standard for me but if cleanliness is very important to you, this shop may be a good stop for you.

It was busy because of all the ballgames going on at the sports complex. But the sandwiches were done perfectly to my instructions. Staff was kind and knowledgeable of what I asked about.Vegetarian options: You can get any sandwich as an umwich where lettuce replaces the bread. And they have a vegetaeian sandwich.

I walk up to the door to see a sign on the door that says "dining is closed due to short staff." But yet the 3 people inside that you can see through the window were all sitting there on their phones..... So you are telling me you are saving more money by not paying people better to get more staff and have your dining room open and offering a better service? 🤔

I've tried to eat here several times in the past month. Each time as I arrived at the drive up, I'm told they are out of French bread. As this a a sub shop, how can they run out of bread, one of the main ingredients in making a sub, that often?

This was my first visit at a Jimmy John's. The sandwich is huge, but the cheese was hardly detectable. I didn't know the sandwich is not toasted here. Mine was very dry. I only tasted the mayo and hardly anything else. Bit pricy and I am not sure if it is worth it. So far I am not a fan, sorry. Several members of my family love it, I am having hard time trying to like it...

Never really been inside the place. I have always did a phone order. The longest I've waited was an half hour but that was when they first opened. Otherwise I've always had a correct order delivered within 10-15 minutes. Fast friendly service with no problems.

Every time I order, it take over a half hour to get the food. It is ridiculous considering we are about 5 minutes from the store and I usually only order one or two sandwiches. Order from Papa John's, it's faster.

First of all the customer services and the manager is rude as heck. They tried to give me the wrong order and when I got home the order was still wrong. And when I called and I was told by the manager I was wrong and I heard it wrong. Me and my family will not be returning to this locating. Plus I found out I was a franchisee and not actually corporate jimmy John so with said I will only go to the Champaign locating not rantoul one. If I was you guys I wouldn't waste my time or money on this locating again. They give jimmy john a bad name.

I arrived at the location at 8:35pm. According to the hours online it says that it was open until 10:00pm. I tried walking in, doors were locked. 3 personnel were working and could see me….the drive thru wasn’t even open..

Jimmy John's always provides fresh and fast sandwiches. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because there was an employee slamming the chairs around while she was cleaning. It was super loud and people sitting down to eat were actually startled by her dragging and slamming chairs.

Today March 22nd ordered through the drive throughOf the Rantoul IL store #3639. I specifically ordered a #9 with no tomatoes, which wasn’t a problem and and a #8 with no mayonnaise, but asked for mustard in place of the mayo. My issue is the #9 bread was all soggy from oil which I did not ask for and the # 8 has no mustard this is the 2nd time I have had issues with this store. Love Jimmy Johns but not gonna deal with this. I will find somewhere else to occasionally eat.Thank you,An unhappy customer

What is there to say? Jimmy John's is the world's greatest sandwich, I've never been let down going to any Jimmy John's location. Clean, fun, fast, and delicious.

#4 large sub split with my wife. 1 potato chips & 2 water glasses. What more could you possibly eat? All good and got us from Chicago to Carbondale, 360 miles.
