Without fail, the night crew will mess up your order. If you see the employee, possibly manager, with black hair and blonde bangs (Anita) - just drive away, don't bother. When trying to return a shake that was missing fruit it comes with, one of the employees sighed at me and walked away before announcing loudly that she was "going to scream" if somebody didn't handle me. Over the past 6 months, this Dairy Queen has gone from reliable to a guaranteed stressful situation if I dare try to buy a treat from them.

Always have very nice service at this location. So happy they have the dairy free dilly bar now. For a lighter treat try the misty slushes.

Not having being at Dairy Queen in such a long time I wasn't really sure what all they had on the menu. Luckily the employees there have great customer service because they were patient and kind with all the questions I had. Service was great, ice cream was good. Overall, nice experience.

Always enjoyed this DQ until the other night. The young man behind the counter was so ready to get off that he knocked over our son’s blizzard. It fell to the ground without a lid!Thinking we couldn’t see him he took the cup to the back, wiped the top off with a napkin, tapped the cup on the counter and put new ice cream on top! 🤢😡Kid, I get you wanted to go home but what you did was disgustingly unsanitary! The cup hit the counter(which had cleaning chemicals on it from it being wiped down) it then hit the trash can and fell behind it! Seriously...you wiped what YOU thought was dirty off with a napkin and then put new ice cream on top. OUR SON COULD HAVE GOTTEN SICK! All you had to do was make a fresh blizzard...a fresh mini blizzard.....I’ll be calling the health department buddy!WE WONT BE COMING BACK!

I love them, but unless only a couple of the people left over from last year are working, they are slower than slow! Chris is great! And so is the manager. Also one young, tall kid at night that knows my order as soon as he sees me pull up. The rest, I am sorry but they need a lot more training!!

I've been here multiple times, usually it's good decent service. A little slow, but not bad. Tonight it was terrible. They were slightly busy, but I have seen it much much worse. We're talking...4 or 5 people at the tables out front and 3 or 4 people in line. Maybe four cars plus ours in the drive thru. We waited for 25 mins. Most of which was at the window. So we got a great view of the 5 or 6 employees laughing and screwing around...and checking their cell phones. We we're really disappointed.

If you want a free blizzard on your next visit this is your spot! The ice cream is so melted they can’t turn it upside down before handing it to you which in DQ speak means FREE BLIZZARD. Honestly worst excuse for a blizzard I’ve seen(previous franchise owner).

I thought chocolate extreme was supposed to be chocolate? It was vanilla ice cream with a few chunks of brownie at the very top. Not much else after that

Understanding that their drive-thru was busy, the absolute rudeness of the "gentleman" who was at the window and who took my payment, was not only disappointing, but now, I feel obligated to consider not going back.I asked, just before paying, to make a simple addition to my order for a large smoothie...the "gentleman" flatly refused stating that he was too busy and for me to get out of my vehicle and place the order at the walk-up window instead.

Dairy Queen in Rantoul there's a really nice little franchise. They only have outdoor seating and a very limited menu on hot food that have all your cool treats. With plenty of outdoor seating and easy access to their franchise you won't be disappointed with this Dairy Queen.

Just left the DQ. Ordered two blizzards. Went to the drive up window to got the blizzards, paid and the male at the window did not turn them upside down. I said something to the kid. First he said next time I come there he'd give me a free blizzard. He closed the window and walked away. I sat in my truck until he turned my way, and I motioned him back to the window. He came back I said give me a coupon or something for the free blizzard. The kid said they don't do that anymore. I said, BS. My wife and I have been going there for years. Always upside down with blizzards.

Melted. Definely would not have passed the upside- down spoon test. 4 very tiny and 1 slightly bigger pecan pieces and no caramel in my mini turtle pecan blizzard. No wonder they sell bags of messed up blizzards for $6.
