I'm going to clarify these review by saying I'm not a local, and I just stopped in without buying anything. The space was small and cramped, but perhaps some people would say that's part of it's charm. It also had a strong smell I couldn't quite put my finger on... perhaps it was some kind of deli meat. Honestly, the place didn't do anything for me but I give it points because it's been around so long the Flintstones probably shopped here. I'll give it 3 stars, just don't be offended if this is your go-to neighborhood bodega.

Great little place to grab a bite for lunch, and stock up on sandwiches for a busy work week. The soups, roast beef and barbecue sandwiches, delicious! They have convenience items, snacks, and grocery. Would recommend to anyone.

My first time ever going to Winkings market today for lunch. Best soup & egg salad sandwhich I've ever had for a reasonble price! Took my daughter with me and she was hooked too!! Thanks to my co-workers at Winters Insurance for telling me about it :)

Great place, great service. Dont make it in nearly as often as I'd like but yet they remember me and even ask about my kiddos. Theres no better place than one where my kids matter, even when they aren't present.
