I must admit there was one associate named Patricia back in Fabrics and Crafts!!This Associate reminded me of the old Walmart!!Patricia was very kind she was very courteous she practiced the 10-ft rule!Patricia went above and beyond and she is definitely what Walmart used to be! If you want to go and get her back in Fabrics and Crafts I bet you a dollar to a donut that Patricia would take you wherever you needed to go to find whatever you needed to be!!Five Stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 to Patricia and she needs a raise or an accommodation!

This is the most AWFUL store for the die cast collector. I go in many mornings at open for the sole purpose of watching open Hot Wheel etc. cases come out of the back, raided before the consumer has a chance. The employees steal everything good and the useless management is surely in on it also.

The employees can be rude low cost on lot of merchandise but shoplifters make lots of merchandise higher and some things are more likely to be stolen.

Walmart was OK. It was Saturday and very busy! Our cashier was wonderful! $100.00 out the door into the Jeep to purchase farm fresh peaches from 2 young people who were working from the back of their pickup truck. On Broadway. The young ladies tshirt had a bunch of cows with bandanas and read " I hang out with my heifers "! The 🍑 peaches were a hit with our neighbors!

Prices are going up, and there's not enough cashiers to help you. They want free labor from us and then want to check our bags when leaving. They also complain about how the company is losing money due to theft but put more self checkout stations in.

Wow, checked in through app to pick up an order and made several calls and I’m still waiting for my order. Asked to talk to a manager and was told “ I am the manager and you’ll just have to wait” , even though I’ve been waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes and have literally watched vehicles pull in and out. Still waiting with my kids in the car.

Had $100 in my cart only to find out they don't have any kind of g-pay or "tap-it" technology. I'm waiting for a new card in the mail and can only pay virtually. They offered no assistance in manually inputting my card information or anything. I wasted almost $30 on lyft to get there and back today.

Always a great experience! I miss being able to late night shop and ever since covid they don't keep everything in store. However, when getting things online they usually are delivered with a couple of days! Not a big fan of self check out though! It charged me $49 for membership I didn't need nor want. I didn't realize until it was too late and it was nonrefundable.. -_-

For the third time in the past couple of months, I have placed a pick up order and at my pick up time I was notified that my order has a two hour delay. I live out of town, so I either reschedule or cancel the order entirely. Today, was the third and last time. I cancelled the order and went to Niemann’s. From today forward, I’ll shop at Niemanns or Target.

They will have what you want, good selection, I knocked 2 stars off because the card readers up front are way out dated. Both mine and my fiance cards would not read and both are new cards from a fresh new bank account. They need a remodel. I hate the square in the self check outs too. Hannibal is way way better, nicer, and up to date.

Worst place Ever!!! Use self check out and you can walk right out!!! Use a employee check out and you have Tami or Tamara chase you outside wanting to see your receipt. I has surgery on my hand a few days ago. I went to an employee check out because I wasn't able to checkout myself the lady in check out was great she helped scan my bags under the cart and even put my receipt in the bag Tami even watched me pull away from my check out lane try and stop me to dig one handed to look for my receipt. 😡

It used to be better. Now no one does their job or does anything to go the extra mile. I've had to walk several times when I need a cart. Why? Motorized carts were there, lots of them but they were all unplugged and dead. Observation is key it can go a long way in pleasing the customer.

My most recent experience with local Wal-Mart. Can it get worse? Yes. Still out of stock and so disorganized.Checked out at one of the only 2 regular checkouts ( not self checkout). It was in the evening so not crowded. Three employees were in a circle just talking as I went to leave. I was checked at an employee check out with 2 people working. One employee of the three just gossiping ran at us like she was deranged. No greeting, no polite behavior, just demanded to see my receipt. I just overlooked her bad behavior and took my receipt out of my wallet. I noticed her plastic gloves were filthy. I asked her if she had clean gloves as I would be putting receipt back in billfold. She rudely threw up her hands and went back to talk with her "co-workers". They had been policing the self-service area I assume.This was a rude and unexpected assault by this person as without even a greeting she almost attacked us on our way out the door.This store doesn't get good ratings for a good reason. I live in Quincy, but will use Hannibal, MISSOURI Wal-Mart where it is well stocked, more organized and the employees are polite.

This Walmart is really nice! I felt like there were more things on the shelves than back home in Florida. I got a shirt that says Illinois on it! So that's cool 😁
