The experience of ordering online through the app and picking it up at Walmart is fantastic. Straightforward and simple. Unfortunately the app often doesn't reflect the true supply of the store in question, which can dampen the experience considerably. But the associates are almost always friendly and quick.

I was with a friend that was picking up 2 gifts for her stepson. Only had one of the 2. I liked the call in option, it didn't take to long for the guy to come out but good thing we were looking out for him because he looked extremely lost trying to find where we were which didn't make any sense considering the stalls are order specific?!

I love Wal Mart pick up. I will never go inside a Wal Mart ever again. Sometimes the wait for an associate to bring stuff out is a bit long and sometimes the app acts buggy but it's all worth it IMO.
