Don't even bother. It took over 72hrs for my antibiotics to be filled. I actually had it filled at another pharmacy within an hour. You can't talk to a real person when you call in and pharmacy employees don't have a clue what's going on.

I have had a number of bad experiences with the pharmacy here and thus refuse to use it anymore. Pharmacy staff have told me on a couple of occasions that they can’t run a prescription through insurance at the drive thru - apparently they can only do that inside? It’s also a 24hr Walgreens, but the pharmacy is basically only open bankers hours. The rest of the store is usually well stocked and decent.

Pos staff member couldn't remember how to do a COVID test and so told me it was $160. It's 20 dollars on the website before insurance. Then they told me to come back in 20 minutes so they could process it BEFORE I even did a test, even though I scheduled the damn thing an hour in advance. Laziness in my time of need.

Called them while I was having a panic attack to have them help with my anxiety meds refill, and the lady on the phone screamed at me and told me to "just take myself to the ER" and then hung up. Good luck being treated like a genuine human being here. Worst experience I've ever had in customer service and this establishment couldn't care less about the mental health or well being of others.

Place sucks. If you want to actually get an order filled you pretty much have to write a Thesis about why you deserve your medicine. Either that or wait until the next lunar cycle.

I went in yesterday to get a prescription for a medication I needed due to coughing. Jayden, the Pharmacy Tech, was very professional and got my order taken care of in a friendly and efficient manner. The Pharmacist, Laurent, got my RX filled quickly and accurately. The whole team there is a well-oiled machine that does their job well. Keep it up, folx! :)

Website says pharmacy is closed 1-1:30PM for break. Arrived at 12:47 and it was already closed. Sign inside says 12:45-1:30PM.

I'm from out of town, stopped in to buy toothpaste, left buying a bunch more. Story of my life. When I was shopping, I saw a customer getting loud and snippy with check out staff. Not sure what about, but thought I'd mention that this place was busy, the line was moderately long but seemed to go quickly, and the staff seemed professional and friendly. I accidentally left my wallet in my car (after waiting in the line), I was quick to retrieve and the clerk didn't make me go to back of line. That was appreciated.

Only giving it a 2⭐️ Because of Christi. She is awesome and has a customer centric attitude. Lost 3⭐️ Due to the creepy older male associate that follows kids around at night, I sent my kids to grab snacks to another aisle and he stalked them, and he likes to yell at customers in front of a crowd. Not my first choice for shopping or pharmacy needs.

It's not easy watching 40 people in line and 40 people in the drive thru being served before me while I sit for 90 minutes in the pharmacy waiting room chairs trying to get the medicine that a family member needed immediately. Every time I would check, I was told that nothing was wrong, it would just be a few more minutes. At the end of an hour and a half, I only got 3 of 4 scripts filled.

Covid Booster appointments mean nothing. Got there 20 minutes before my appointment to check in as they suggest and the lady said, "I'll give your paperwork to a Pharmacist." Then I sat and waited an hour. Anxiety is already high that you're getting a shot, and then they do this? Do not recommend.

The pharmacist Ashlee waited on me. She had the worst attitude towards helping me. When I first got there she said my prescription wasn't ready so I asked how long it would be. She said I should just go home and come back later. I got a text that my prescription was ready before I even made it home. When I went back to pick it up she acted like we were disturbing her and she just stood there tapping her nails on the counter because she couldn't figure out how to put our insurance information in the computer. People like her should not be in charge of taking care of people in a medical professional setting.

The store itself is fine. It's clean, mostly organised. Nothing out of the ordinary. The Pharmacy, however, is where this store is absolutely awful. There are rarely more than one person at the Pharmacy counter. There are always long lines and no one ever comes to help speed things up. Sometimes, there are two there..but if the lines get too long, one vanishes for some reason. A 45 minute wait time to drop off a paper prescription is stupid and this isn't an isolated incident. You would think after literal years of the same issues someone would at least attempt to correct them.

Worst experience EVER!!! If you expect them to retain your insurance information from one visit to another- good luck with that! Heaven forbid you are needing lifesaving meds and forgot your insurance card! They will turn you away when other pharmacies are closed.

The main store staff are very friendly and helpful. They are currently closing overnight, 10p - 7a because of how rampant COVID is spreading in Quincy IL. It is directly impacting their staff. Many are out ill and they don't have enough staff healthy to staff overnight.

I felt the lady in the photo dept. Was rude. My sister went to Walgreens photo dept at 9am yesterday; (12-20-18) for the same day photo to have photos made for her children's Christmas present. She went back at 6pm last night and they said the pictures would not be done until today.I had to go to Quincy today; the 21st. I went in and asked for my sister's pictures and was told they would be ready after 3pm on the 22nd. When I told her my sister needed them for Christmas presents tomorrow because they were having their Christmas at noon. I also told her my sister was told they would be done today. The woman behind the counter said the computer screen says after 3pm tomorrow. I tried to explain again that it was supposed to be some day. She then told me, we can't guarantee that because they are still working on people's photos from Monday.The problem is, we live 1 hour away from Quincy and my sister should of been told that it wouldn't be done until Saturday so she could of took her pictures somewhere else. I have a hard time dealing with rudeness.

No staff..they dont seem to care if you get helped or not.. have thewalk in pharmacy closed with drive through only 40 to 45 cars sitting in deive thru waiting in line when gas is over $3.00 a gallon..Discusting that your a multi billion dollar business and you arent better serving your cusromers

If I could I wouldn't even give them one star. My doctor called Walgreens to verify they had the meds that I needed they said yes. When I go to get my prescription they don't have the meds. The person I talked to was very rude kept interrupting me. So I being sick had to call around and find a pharmacy that had the meds I needed exactly what my doctor was trying to avoid me having to do. And this isn't the first time I've had a bad experience with them some of their staff are nice but most of them are very rude and condescending.

1 is pushing it!!!!! Went here after my husband was discharged from the hospital in town. We live a hour away and where told to go here before going home since we wouldn't make it home in time for our local pharmacy. After telling us it was a hour wait... we waited another hour. Some people had been waiting for 3 hours. My husband was left in the car sitting after hip surgery. Is pain medicine was needed 2 hours prior to getting them and knowing a hour ride home. They keep telling me it was almost ready, that their systems where messed up and that they couldn't get the pain med's threw insurance. I told them to give me back the script or that I would pay the 150 for the script. Once they rang the order up it was missing and that it would be another hour wait for it at this point. They then told me I could go to my local walgreens (which is 30 minutes away from home) & they could call and get the script over to it. When we got home I call quincy Walgreens to tell them that's what I would be doing. And then they told me no they couldn't cause the medicine was a class 2 pain med. I said well I asked for the script back but you couldn't do that because you had already filled 2 of the 3 scripts on the doc. Pad. So no I will have to see if the doc is qualified to electronic send it to the localeft pharmacy which I know he can't do. So now my husband will have to wait till he sees his primary caregiver in 2 days. Very unprofessional, and under staffed. If you are going to take on a volume of customers you shouldn't keep taking in orders until you are caught up and tell the customer not just am hour but maybe a 5 hour wait or no pick up till the next day. Never again will I walk back into this store in Quincy, IL

A pharmacist Named Ryan happened to get me. He was very rude, Not to mention wasn’t even wearing his mask right. He got me A prescription, it wasn’t mine so i politely told him it wasn’t. From there he proceed to throw a tantrum like a 4 year old. I waiting in the line for 45 minutes just for me to not get anything at all.

The pharmacists have a tough job and I wouldn't want to be in their position. For that they get 2 stars. I was trying to get a COVID test though and after being told I have to sign up on the website (and getting 100% of the way done) I was sad to find out that the link to continue on the last page of the form is BROKEN. Tried on my android phone. Same thing, get all the way through and the last continue button is broken. So I have to now go to the ER, filling their waitroom on a friday and being in close contact with others to get my test. For shame lol

It's pretty sad that you can get alcohol, tobacco, and medication all in one place and then they tell you to "stay healthy!". They're slow, but thanks to OBAMACARE I can't use CVS or anything else better. They're rude, I tried getting my son's medication off my insurance card (which was supposed to work my insurance company reassured me) and they turned me down saying that he wasn't covered which he WAS my insurance company REASSURED ME! They have idiots working there.

We can't fill your medicine cause we don't have it or your insurance won't cover it?.... No problem....we just won't call you or let you know so when you really need your medicine or come to pick it up its too late to call the doctor. But that's ok....our computer system is supposed to call you and that's all we know. It not OUR problem! Glad I use CVS normally!

All the staff are SNOOTY!!!! They are not happy to help you find anything and when my husband asked for a certain product the girl working in the pharmacy had THE ugliest and most miserable look on her face and snapped at him saying she never heard of it and knows nothing about it. I will NEVER EVER return to this poorly run store. Don't go in there thinking you are going to get friendly smiles and help because you will walk out feeling bad about yourself.

I hate going to this store. You have to wait 3 to 4 hours to get your medication. I do not shop here only my parents. My mom had chemo done and we will still had to wait for 3 hours to get her medication while she was feeling bad. Hannibal Walgreens is my store they are great not Quincy.

Checker named Amanda extremely rude when I ask if they had thermometers. A pleasant no we are out would have been sufficient but she gave me a loud hateful No and had an attitude with it. If you are being bombarded and it bothers you then find another job AMANDA. This coming from a NURSE
